I’m not even a kid and I still wanted this when I saw it. As a fan of the Halo series, I just thought it was neat. It is and it comes with 2 moveable figurines as well as the Mongoose model. The instructions can be a little confusing, but that may relate to my experience being primarily with Lego which has its own way of doing things. The quality isn’t as good as Lego but I had no issues with the tightness of connection. It’s a quick build and fun for adults as well as kids.
Best banshee imo, keep in mind the purple of the hull is not as bright as the image art in the box. But besides that, the banshee is beautiful like the one from Reach, the Elite is really cool and unique in concept and Soren has good quality.
It’s great, brings me back to halo combat evolved. My son likes how it’s not actually a scene from the show, so he can just pretend. Turned the elite into a custom general because of how different it looks to other elite figures, over all the set hasn’t broken on me yet so great.
This lego set is pretty cool. As a halo fan I really like the design of this lego set. My complaint is that the pieces don’t snap together easily and the instruction were a little confusing at times. I’ve done a lot of legos and I thoroughly enjoy creating legos but, the instructions for this set could be little better. I found it hard to distinguish which pieces were needed at time and the exact placement of some pieces. That being said I did find the build for this set to be a little frustrating. Keeping that in mind going into it patience goes a long way because the set is cool once it’s fully constructed. Would definitely recommend this set to those who are good with legos and have the patience with off brand legos as well as serious Halo fans. It’s a fun unique set for halo fans.
