The dock stopped working after 5 months of ownership, so I messaged the seller for the warranty they provide. They responded within 2 days to offer a code to order a replacement, only for me to realize that my USB hub was the problem. I changed the USB plug I’ve had for a while and it worked perfectly. Moral is, I didn’t properly diagnose the issue, but the seller was ready to send a replacement. 10/10 would recommend for gamers who run through two batteries gaming.

Not bad pretty but essential.
So it works but I have a couple complaints.
*no black version? Tho white can look pretty to some people, I prefer black.
*fans and cooling is pretty weak by themselves. I bought the outake fan Accessorie which are a beast that helps with the cooling. However alone without those fans I don’t see how the product fans would be sufficient to cool a ps5. With the fans I bought help push the hot air from the back and the ones on the stand help cool the buttom of the ps5.
*unless your ps5 is turned on or in rest mode your controllers won’t charge. I had a stand similar to this for my ps4 and it would charge your controllers even if your PlayStation was off.

basically title, its the only gripe i have with the stand. 2 speeds for the fan, which is nice and the dual controller charger is very convenient. wish the stand turned on with the console though :/

Livraison catastrophique par colis priv…, mais produit gnial, trs silencieux, refroidissement par aspiration et rejet de la chaleur par arrire, branchement direct sur prise arrire usb ps5, et socle solide avec patins caoutchouc antidrapant. Notre console est plus stable et parfaitement refroidi dornavant.

Thought a lot before purchasing, but the decision was indeed a good one. Matches the colour and contact of ps5 slim and also enhanced the look, loved the touch controls as it feels premium. Have to see how the cooling system works.
Great Stand! It can fast charge 2 controllers and it has 2 cooling fans, control panel in the front to make it easier and a 12 game storage as well. It is working great, it was easy to install and it even has 2 more usb in the front to charge another 2 controllers. Overall a very complete stand powerful and easy to use with a lot of functions. Totally recommended!
