We bought this as our firm orthopedic mattress was a little too firm. This has given us far better night’s sleep. It takes a couple of weeks to really come into it’s own, but definitely worth the wait.

I bought this mattress topper as my normal mattress is a little bit saggy on one side. I’ve been using it for a week and it’s very good. I use the memory foam side up and appears to have solved the problem. A excellent discount of 20 was appreciated.

This is like lying on a marshmallow I’ve suffered with a bad back from a child and after having this a couple of months now I don’t wake up crippled it keeps it shape moulds too you and just feels so comfortable to sleep on , don’t think I’m matter how you lie I’m a side sleeper and it’s great but equally as good when I’m on my back watching tv in bed too , highly recommend this toppe
Thick and comfortable toppe
Bought this for my campervan. I already had a compact one but it’s too uncomfortable and although I now have to leave the bed out at least I can sleep now.

Topper is as thick as specified. Be advised that this is a firm topper. If you want to sink in deep – this product isn’t for you. It is however comfortable and supportive.
The chemical smell that is present with many toppers is much less subtle with this one which is good.
So comfortable
I brought this to go in our caravan, we have a fixed double bed at one end, there is a join in our mattress to help when putting the sheet on. It has been starting to get uncomfortable for me so I thought I would give this mattress topper ago. It was packed really well there was also I small tool to help the unwrapping which is very handy to keep. I wasn’t sure if it would make much difference but OMG! It’s fantastic so comfortable I don’t feel the join in the bottom mattress at all. I highly recommend, best night sleep ever.
So comfy
I’ve seen reviews where people whine about the smell of these mattresses when they’re new, but I couldn’t smell anything from it at all.
It came with a nice little cutter thing so it opens nicely. I’ve kept the cutter as it’s so useful- and sharp, but safe.
The instructions say to open it and then leave it for 48 hours but I just don’t have the spare space. It was on my bed immediately and when I went to bed a few hours later, it was very comfy indeed.
It took a couple of days before it became perfect, but my bed is now my favourite place to be in, in the whole world.

Soft and supportive
This was a game changer,almost went to purchase a new bed as my bed was hollowed out and springs poking you in the ribbs. I first threw it in the lounge floor after unwrapping it,to my surprise no wrinkles from the vacuum and packaging proses. I then went lying on it to test the durability of it and was shocked to how soft and comfortable it was. So anyway I then left it to put on bed the next evening and wow what a surprise, my bed was higher and much more neater looking due to the perfection,and it was like a brand new bed sleeping on it. It was well worthwhile buying as most of the other ones on the market looks like a duvet not even worthwhile buying. But this one is a winne
Very comfy
I’ve been sleeping on 2 pieces of memory foam for years, never finding anything as comfortable. Other toppers I found too hard, so this one is great. It is softer on 1 side, a bit firmer on the other. The soft side is really comfortable – it’s deep enough to make a big difference and is exactly the right size for my bed (some others are a bit small, presumably to save product).

I bought two of these toppers with this transaction and I had also bought 2 previously, and the quality has really gone downhill. These are just not as good as they used to be, uncomfortable, unsupportive, more pain inducing (sadly) and at a much higher price.
I can accept that everything has gone up price wise, but I can’t accept how let down and disappointed I am with this product(s).
To be fair, I gave the product a good amount of time before I fired off a review. i wanted it to work, I needed it to work (for my sleep and my body) but because of the many hours of sleep I have lost and the many hours of pain I have had to endure and the price I had to pay, I felt I had to write an honest review from my perspective.
My recommendation is to avoid this product.
As an independent reviewer I should state I’m picky when it comes to anything sleep related, having been through both ‘pillow gate’ and ‘mattress gate’ prior to ordering this.
I loved my mattress, but for me it was just a fraction too firm for my tastes but I didn’t want to send back yet another mattress and risk getting worse, so ordered this topper.
It arrived quickly and vacuum packed, it upon opening it soon started regaining ‘life’ but I did leave it for 48 hours before using it.
And oh my, what a difference it made. The design is incredibly clever, have it one way and it’s softer but spin it and it’s firmer. I had it with the slightly softer end because I was looking for a little ‘sinking’ sensation rather than support as the mattress was already firm. From the moment I laid on this I was comfortable and instantly slept better. My only niggle was the anti slip technology didn’t seem to be the best, and I kept having to reposition the topper every few days, so corner elastic would have been good. That said it was super comfortable and it was a small niggle.
Unfortunately though I had to downsize recently to a single bed, and thought I was looking at a partial or complete loss for this topper. But to my surprise, when I looked at my Amazon orders I noticed that this topper was still eligible for return. To put this in perspective I got it in November 2023 and have just returned it in January 2024, with a little time left on the product to return.
The returns process was easy enough, and the company made no quibble about no longer needing the topper and issuing a refund once I’d returned it. Of course the only trouble was that it was a topper for a double bed and came vacuum sealed, so boxing it to send back was a pain. Fortunately I had a large box from a previous order still waiting to go into the recycling bin and once rolled as best I could and tied, it went in the box and off it went.
I highly recommend both the product and the company, especially as I would have kept the topper had I kept my double bed.

Very good communication from seller during purchase. Comfort of safe receipt via courier. Not actually tried the mattress properly yet as it’s for a campervan, but feels and looks good quality.
Deep Mattress Toppe
Lovely deep mattress topper, although it has no ties to hold in place so does move. It’s very heavy so not so easy to push back in place if you have damaged joints! Used for a month or so now and my back pain has eased somewhat but not as much as I was hoping. It already has a slight mound in the middle of the bed on the bit neither of us lie on. It states it reduces the heat experienced during the night. Not found this to be so at the moment, but hopeful.
I’m absolutely delighted with this 4″ mattress topper! I’ve only just fitted it on top of the existing mattress on my guest bed, but lay on it to try it out. (The real test will be when a guest sleeps on it overnight.) However, it looks to be very good quality and well made, it fits perfectly and it doesn’t move about. Not only that, but it feels as comfortable as my own bed, which has a 2,000 Tempur mattress!! First impressions are 5*! So many mattress toppers to choose from. Having chosen this particular brand, I firstly ordered the 3″ version, but having thought about it, I managed to cancel that order and reordered the 4″ thickness version. I’m glad I did as it has that extra bit of thickness when two guests use it. All round quality, even down to the little useful tool supplied to open the plastic bags. Brilliant!
It is a good mattress topper but even though I gave it 3 days to expand, it stayed more or less the same than when I took it out from its wrapping. Fully expended, it comes just under 9 cms.
It is not a problem for me as I am not using as a mattress topper but to put under my son’s new hospital mattress (see pic), which is not as thick as his old one. My son was uncomfortable and not sleeping well but with the extra layer, he seems comfortable and sleeps thorough the night without complaint.
The reason I decided to use it under the mattress and not as a topper is because I read reviews saying that it gave them bad back or made their backache worse. My son is either on his bed, or in his wheelchair so I didn’t want to take this risk.
Personally, I found the quality of the mattress excellent. It is well made, quite firm though I expect it to reduce in thickness, due to the weight of my boy plus the weight of his mattress. As long as it doesn’t go lower than 6 or 7 cms, I’ll be happy.
The base of the topper is anti-slide. It is a good idea but a feature I don’t need as I encase every mattress or topper in anti bed bug mattress protectors.
I do recommend it. Especially I bought it at its full price (129.99) which quite dear for a topper and at the time of this review, only few days later, its price has reduced to 99.99. So, take advantage of this reduction.
By the way, there was no chemical or bad smells on opening the wrapping. Which is good.
Only 4 stars because it didn’t expand to the full 10 cms as described. Be aware of this fact, if this important to you. Maybe it was just mine but I measured it to make sure. On receiving it and after 3 days .
Arrived super fast. One day and it was delivered.
The product came vacuum packed in a tall-ish box with a clever splicer tool to release the vacuum without damaging the mattress.
The matress expands immediately, even befor the vacuum wrapping is removed. So need to be quick with this. Once out it takes an hour to puff up fully and is ready to be used.
The material is soft and comfy with enough support so as to not sink too much. It was used first as a spare bed for my daughter’s 2 night sleepover. That went well for her. It was then used as a Topper for my own bed, even though the mattress is a medium firm and good enough without any extras. I just wanted to judge the difference.
The firmer underside of the memory topper can be used as an alternative experience, though its really designed to lightly grip the floor or mattress so as not to slip with movement.
That said its an all round winner. Very good quality. Its a thicker topper of about 4-5 inches and is way better than the airbed variants.
A great addition to our guest’s sleeping facilities.
Best sleep ever.
I resisted buying this as I’ve slept on guest beds with inches of corrugated foam toppers in the past, which were so horrible, and sometimes even thought about sleeping on the floor as a better alternative. I usually end up covered in sweat and keep waking up all night long. Even getting out of bed with this type of toppers felt like a workout.
My current setup is a double size mattress, very well made, contents don’t shift, but it’s not comfortable enough for side sleepers.
So, after trying a dizzying array of various mattress pads, all claiming to be 4″ thick, soft, fluffy as sleeping on a cloud… utter lies! Had to return all of them, even the ones in the 200 range… they all flattened & offered no cushioning.
I finally settled on this gel foam topper after searching for weeks. It was the best decision. It offers great cushioning, but I don’t sink down to ridiculous proportions, it offers good support to spine/joints for me. I can’t rave enough about it. Since I’ve been sleeping on it, I don’t move around as much, I fall asleep right away, sleep soundly & don’t wake up with all over body pain. Haven’t had that in a long time. It’s a wonderful product & worth every penny of the 100 I didn’t want to spend… it was well worth it.

This will be a long review but worth the read. So, I’ve had 3 cervical spine surgeries (4 level acdf) 2 of them following an auto accident. I’ve also had a shoulder & hip replacement. I have an extremely expensive memory foam bed and have gone through dozens of pillows which I thought would be the answer to all my sleeping issues.
My daughter has a pretty incredible bed and the past few times I’ve stayed with her, I’ve had the best night sleep (the only good sleep) and she finally told me it was because she had purchased a mattress topper. She sent me photos (she had a gel/foam topper). I set out on a mission. I had no idea how many options there were to choose from. So many claims / conflicting reviews — I researched dozens and dozens and read dozens and dozens of reviews on each one — Then, I came to this specific topper!! I narrowed it down to 3 different toppers and ultimately — I purchased the Newentor Dual Layer Gel Topper
I chose Newentor topper because 1) it had more positive reviews than any other on the market 2) It came with a cover that would encompass the memory foam portion of the topper (and it’s so deep that it even covers my deep Memory mattress) 3) it was a combination of the 2 types of toppers available 4) I was afraid the 2 inches would be two thin and the 4 would be too thick and felt this combination would be the perfect compromise (and it was). 5) It was extremely affordable in comparison to all of the others available.
My first night and all subsequent night’s sleep have been pretty incredible. It is slightly/noticeably higher and you do kind of fluff into the bed but not nearly as much as some of the reviews indicated. One review had me laughing so hard , it made me cry — that I’d be literally fighting and at war with my mattress every night– not true!!!
I can say that I had the absolute worst bursitis pain imaginable following my hip replacement surgery. I really did not know that is what it was until about a year after my surgery, I went to my surgeon telling him how much pain I was in down the one side. After examining my hip and showing me xrays he indicated how perfect it looked and then did a few “touch tests which were immensely painful. I received the first of many shots right into the bursa and typically count the days till I can have the next one (about every 45 days — until I got this topper (the last shot I received was in September) — Before this topper, I could not sleep on that side — EVER!! I had to lift my leg with my hands to help me turn over in bed, had to lift my leg with my hands to cross them like a lady!! Now, it’s barely noticeable and I even told my husband the other day that not only has it helped my sleeping (back, neck, hip) but my pain level during the day is almost a “non issue” like it was prior to the topper — It’s pretty darn amazing!
My husband has terrible hip issues and arthritis and he’s the biggest Negative-Nellie there is about anything I try. He had always hated our bed but he’s really loved the first days of having the topper. He has said he does feel much better since having the topper (but he needs hip surgery so his issues are different than mine).
I for sure can say that the Newentor Topper solved the exact issues I needed it to solve without it being so significantly different than what I’d already had previously based on the reviews .. I hope that if I ever need another one, this exact one will still be available because I will never order any other kind. I plan to get one for every bed in my home as soon as I start to remodel and will buy them as gifts when I can. I’ve told everyone I can think of “my story” — including all my Doctors, Nurses, PT’s etc — — If there is a way for me to sell them for you, let me know! I’ll be your No 1 sales person for sure!!
