I got these to replace the water bowl on my bird feeder station.
More durable plastic than the original, so hopefully won’t crack.
The sides are angled, which is good as it should fit most rings. It would have been too big for mine if this was not the case, but it wedges in nicely and shouldn’t get blown out easily.
If its the right size, it should clip on under the rim.
Can be used for water, grubs or seed food.
I chose these to replace the water bowl on my bird feeder. The bowls are a tight fit in the metal hoop but they do what is needed. Having a set of four means that you can swap them and keep them clean, which is an important hygiene factor.
They are made of a lightweight plastic and would be knocked or blown over quite easily if placed on the ground but fitted into a hoop on a standing feeder they are okay.
