This pen was just what we needed whilst we bond our 2 rabbits. Its sturdy and can be used to fit any space. We used cable ties to add extra support but it will stay together well without.
I bought this for my rabbit to keep him in when no one is home. Really customisable and easy to build and fit in a variety of areas. The gate is perfect too as it makes getting him in and out so much easier.
Thought I would give it a try for my guinea pigs and I I’m amazed with this product I have had to buy another and make my cage even bigger, great value for money and would definitely recommend
I have 4 chins and all 4 could get their heads through it. Have had to request to return it for a refund and try and find something else with smaller squares.
It is an easy product to assemble, and a good idea, just not for a chin that can squeeze down their bodies to fit through small gaps.
Bought for my bunnies to give them some height – it was very easy to assemble and sturdy enough for two bunnies to potter about it.
Good value for money
Easy to build on one level a bit trickier adding the second level and knowing how to build a ramp or steps. Have got round that by using bricks as stairs and a small piece of carpet for the flooring, otherwise their legs will slip through the holes.
Guinea pigs were 4 weeks old when bought this and they ran straight through the holes so I had to tape the first and second holes to keep them in. 4 weeks later and I’ve been able to remove the tape now they are settled and don’t want to escape!
It looks good and enables you to make it into any shape to fit any room which is helpful. Not adding the roof level makes it so much easier to pick them up, otherwise they cleverly hide somewhere you can’t reach them!
Overall 100% recommend and I wouldn’t want any other type of cage than this one.
The additional 5th star would be earned if there was an option to choose or later add more pieces to extend it. And have a better secure on the door. I’ve added a clip from their old pen to secure it overnight but they can easily open it.
Makes a perfect mansion for a guinea pig! Honestly I’m really impressed. Was so easy to put together and you can arrange it whatever way you like. You would never find a guinea pig cage that size for 30, it’s an absolute bargain. Buy some correx sheets and your sorted..wish i had seen this sooner, could have saved myself some mula, but hey you live and learn! Great product seriously, I’m gonna buy more to mine bigger. Thanks
This is by far one of the best models on the market, the plastic connectors are ABS plastic and really grip the metal grids for a sturdy build, for the amount that you get and the price you can’t go wrong.
Having the c & c cage fixings in either black or white is good to have a choice. The amount of squares in the pack with the fittings and also some cable ties is very good value for money from others I have compared with. Would recommend.
Really happy with the product because I was able to set up a cage for my guinea pigs exactly as I wanted and gave them so much more space. Can easily be changed around in future aswell
Update second pack came still had plenty grids from fist pack but not quite enough for the one I had in mind second photo is with second pack.
This is very good. I use it for a guinea pig run. You can make different shapes to those in the picture. It clicks together easily and unclicks easily for cleaning. Its light. Just lift up together or in sections. I have done a large single layer and my hutch goes straight into the run. Great.
