Assembly was tedious but not difficult. The assembly instructions were incorrect and written in very poor English, but that's to be expected from many Chinese products. I used it for the first time today and had zero problems. It was comfortable, and it did the job. I'm happy. Only time will tell how it holds up.

As I’ve tried a few creepers over the years, this one does the trick. My old creepers had side rails higher than where you lay so they would gouge your shoulders. If you turned a little bit, not with this one and it’s low enough to the ground or you don’t have to jacket the car every time.
Overall this looks nice and will get the job done. Good wheels and good support.
Ships without wheels attached. A screw, spacer, washer and nut are required x2 to attach each of six wheels. My set had an extra spacer, but was short two screws and one nut. (!) So, I’ve got two wheels held on by only one mount point. Good times.
