You can adjust this skipping rope (Although it’s plastic so rope isn’t the correct word) by unscrewing the handles and moving the plastic clip to your desired position and then tuck the excess “rope” into the handle and screw the top back on. The handles are really soft and comfortable. It’s lightweight and easy to use.

it’s really lightweight yet really strong. I like how i can easily grip onto it for ages without slipping off. It is a really nice colour too and it looks exactly like displayed. I like how it is adjustable as well which is good because i’m not particularly tall, so i would say it is good for all sizes. The delivery was also really speedy which I love of course so overall i give it 4 stars out of 5, there is always space to improve
