I bought this for my grandmother on her most recent birthday, although still very basic it’s a bit more modern and up to date compared to her old phone and has some useful features like the external screen.
She’s found it very easy to navigate menus and she much prefers the traditional keyboard layout with big buttons than touchscreens as its much easier to type.
