Great item that once combined with dehumidifier work well, however the tabs themselves seem to be crumbled or slightly damaged more often than not. They also only last about a month. They’re great though and do work!
The product fits the unit and does seem to do the job. Smell is pleasant, and easy to assemble. Have to take care when removing the residue from previous tablets.
Much cheaper than the shops I have sticked up for winter, but as it’s a very humid summer its been great having them ready for the unit. These products work exceptionally well
Use these damp blocked a lot in our house they keep damp and condensation away from windowsills and curtain do very good job es more in winter months I saw these and bought them as they were a good bargain compared to local shops
Have been using these for a few years now. I am always amazed at how much water they collect. The price varies depending where you get them from, but they are worth the money. They arrived on time and were well packaged.
I’ve written this review because I’ve seen so many comments stating used for excess moisture in bathroom or similar. These aren’t really useful for that job think about it these may collect a couple litres in a month. My electric dehumidifier will collect that in a day. These are more suited to say damp in a wardrobe or a car and area that isn’t subject to a massive amount of moisture. I have now doubt they work but do not buy this thinking it will clear up the masses of moisture from a bathroom, it just won’t.
Helps Remove some of the damp & mould from around my windowsill,
Lasts around 16 days before needing to replace Absorber,
The variety’s of scented affordable refiles make this product great for use in any room.
5 Stars
I use this under my washing rail and it dries laundry incredibly quickly. Much better than having damp washing creating a damp atmosphere
Very efficient, portable, the refills last for ages.. cheap to use
I recommend it to everyone
i have been using the non scented blocks in the Aero 360 moisture absorber and decided i would give these a try, the rooms smell lovely once you put the blocks in the units and the smell lingers as the block melts, so much nicer than the plain blocks
These work really well far better than any other dehumidifier product I’ve used.
But they’re not cheap I wonder if it’s be cheaper just to get an electric dehumidifier for my room rather than keep buying these refills!
I worry about that next winter or the one after as with this bumper pack I might be okay for another year.
Works well, but an expensive way to reduce damp. Only suitable for small areas, like a window sill, in my experience. It does do its claimed job however.
As the circular attractant does its job and degrades, it can leave a sticky blue mess around the inside of the holder, requiring cleaning and drying everytime it is replaced.
I have a steel roof on my garage which causes a huge amount of condensation that literally rains on everything stored in there. It was huge problem until I bought one of these humidifiers. The first one I bought was not this make but cost 20 and this Unibond Aero was nearly half the price but works equally as well. I use them both at the same time spread out and the condensation seems to have disappeared and the joists are drying out. Brilliant I am so glad I did not buy an electric one.
I bought two, one for my bedroom and one for the bathroom as both suffer from terrible condensation. Once you understand how to put it together it’s easy to use. Each block lasts about 3 months, works well in both location, condensation still happens but knowing it’s being cleared rather than allowing to stay and the potential for mould is helpful.
I have a couple of these moisture absorbers at my holiday chalet by the coast. The air is quite humid so the tablets don’t last as long as they would elsewhere, but they are obviously working as they draw a lot of moisture from the air.
Bought this for my son’s room and so far in last 3 days, its doing the job alright. It has managed to collect some moisture from the air already. Good value for money and enough for a medium sized room.
The first two out of the box were fine and now need replacing – of the two still in the box I’ve just found that one is perfect and the other is broken right through in three places and is unusable. The box was undamaged, the three others were perfect so the fourth one MUST have been broken before being put in the box! And of course, it’s now too late for me to make a complaint…
Got this to be more environmentally friendly than buying loads of the small disposable moisture absorbers – though I still use them in the smaller, harder to reach, areas. The Aero seem to work just fine, in that the block disappears, but they don’t last very long (maybe 2 months) and they are quite expensive. So as usual it’s expensive to be “green”!
