These did the job fine for a first time skier on a 4 day trip. Comfortable and didn’t fog. I’ve not used expensive goggles so can’t say if 100+ pairs are much better but I was happy these.

I’m really pleased with these goggles.

My niece stays with me frequently and between us are setting up her room with everything she needs. She was due to go skiing (first time!) in February, and was so pleased to have these new goggles. She had tried them on, delighted with the colour and said they felt “really comfy”, and chuffed, she says, that they fitted over her eye glasses

She – and me lol – was so excited to be going skiing and had saved hard too throughout the last year. The Goggles were a bonus. Sadly, my niece’s appendix burst several days before she was to leave..so never got to do her first skiing trip, or try the goggles. Even now, there is no consoling her. I have promised her though that she can go on the next skiing trip

For the moment, it means I cannot provide a full review of the goggles in use. However, our first thoughts are that these goggles are really comfortable, look and feel good (although very large in size), and fit over her eye glasses too.

I will update my review once my niece actually gets to ski and provide further photos in use

I would order these goggles again, because they are comfy and look robust and good quality, and the price I think is very reasonable (16.99 at time of review). To that end, I’m happy to recommend.

I got these for my lads impending ski trip to Austria. They come in a very attractive bag and seem to be of excellent quality. I’ve tried them myself and the fit is excellent once adjusted, soft foam around the face and nose which didn’t leave marks and the strap is nice and thick so feels like it would hold in place hurtling down a ski slope. At 20 at the time of writing I think these goggles are good value for money.

The anti-fog function is essential, however you might need to sometimes tweak. It has been evident throughout, and I’m rather happy with this Google. Safety and comfort of mind are guaranteed by the UV protection.

For those who enjoy winter activities, this is a premium outfit that is well-made and cosy to wear. Great design ensures a tight fit and fashionable appearance. Overall, a good kit that is highly recommended.

This is a high quality kit for winter sports lovers, well made and comfortable to wear. The design is great to ensure a stylish look and snug fit.

The anti-fog feature is a must although you may have to readjust occasionally. It remain clear through the events and I’m really pleased with this google.

The UV protection ensures safety and peace of mind. All in all a quality kit to recommend.

The ski goggles offer reliability for winter sports enthusiasts. The cylindrical lens and UV protection contribute to a satisfying experience, although adjustments to the straps could provide a better fit. The anti-fog feature adds convenience, but it may require occasional readjustment during intense activities. Overall, a dependable choice for skiing or snowboarding, with room for minor strap adjustments.

Ski goggles protect your eyes from environmental factors and also physical trauma. Almost as important as this to some is image.

These Vgooar ski goggles are one pair of two in the same price bracket that I picked up recently. These have a wide strap that extends to fit over a helmet. There is a soft bag to keep them in.

The lens I got is blue coloured and flat/cylindrical, which tends to be more susceptible to glare, fogging and distortion than spherical lenses. They do have anti-glare and anti-fog coatings and are double-skinned and OTG. The vents are protected by foam on the inside.

The glasses are a snug, comfortable fit with no gaps or pressure points on my face. I’m certainly happy to use these and I also obtained a second opinion from someone who is much more of an expert skier than I am. She said she is very particular about her glasses and wouldn’t choose these herself, however they are a good budget pair and of the two I showed her these have the better vents.

As the January frost blanketed Austria’s slopes, these ski goggles proved an indispensable companion. The cylindrical lenses weren’t just stylish; they offered a panoramic vista of the snowy wonderland, keeping my eyes shielded from the sun’s dazzling alpine rays. The adjustable long straps ensured a snug fit, while the 100% UV protection safeguarded my peepers from those harsh mountain beams. No fogging woes hampered my view, and the sleek mirror/black aesthetic added a touch of panache. For any winter sports enthusiast, these goggles effortlessly blend function with flair. They’re a must-have!

I have never really been a Goggles person as the lenses always tended to get damaged/cracked in transit. So after a while it was getting a little bit expensive to keep replacing them.

I therfore switched to a Photochromic sunglasses and I have basically used those ever since as they are easier to protect in a small hard case.

The problem with Goggles is their size. They take up quite a bit of room and can be fragile as well as expensive.

Ideally all Goggles should come with a protective rigid case, but unfortuantely these do not at this price point which I think is fair.

The good thing is you can get a goggles hard case for under 10 on Amazon – something I would recommend you do.

Other than that these are very comfortable (I was wearing a helmet at the time) and have a good wide field of view with only limited restricted vision due to the surrounding foam.

Where these are better of sunglases is in cold or poor weather conditions as they will not fog up especially if your helmet has 2 vents directly above your eyes so air is forced inside the Goggles to keep them clear.

From the supplied picture you can see these Goggles have a very snug fit with the helmet so the vents match up.

Basically these are easily worth the money as they offer good visibility and are reasonably sturdy and will last a long time especially if you buy a hard case for them.

If you leave buying your Goggles until you are in resort you will be paying a lot more than the price of these. So buy before you go

Ok. If you are a spectacle wearing guy, with a normal to large head and off skiing, these are perfect. Really good quality, the vision is superb, (once you’ve peeled off the protective strip), head strap is thick, high quality and easy to adjust. Really comfortable. Glasses don’t steam up. The orangey colours of the lense are different in a good way – they look amazing. Quality drawstring bag to protect them. Cannot fault them.
But it does advertise these as suitable for both women and men.
And if you are female with (it now appears ) a small head, these are HUGE. It’s not like you can’t get them to fit, you can – but they are sooooo big they look a bit strange.
It’s possibly because I ordered these for myself, and hubbie wanted to nab them for himself for forthcoming skiing hols, that he commented (rather deviously) I looked like a giant wasp in them.
As this was not the image I was wanting to achieve on the ski slope, he has been successful. They are now his.
Overall though they are fabulous and recommended.

Trying to peel the protective film off the inside of the goggle lens was a small nightmare. I had to remove the lens from the goggle frame to eventually get it off, then carefully pop the lens back in. After that the goggles have been good in use – nice and comfortable to wear with a wide range of vision which I like. Pretty good for an entry level goggle.

These goggles have been a reliable companion during my skiing adventures. Their unique red lens not only adds style but also enhances visibility in different snow conditions. I appreciate the adjustable long straps that ensure a secure fit, and the fact that they comfortably accommodate my glasses.

The 100% UV protection and effective anti-fog features provide peace of mind during extended use. While they may not be top-tier goggles, they offer excellent value for the price, especially for those who wear glasses on the slopes. I’d give them four stars for their practicality and comfort, especially considering their glasses-friendly design.

These felt slightly on the small side for me (although they looked fine), so I gave them to my son to test. He took them on a full day’s mountain biking to try them out. They fitted him well (his head is on the smaller side) whilst wearing a full face helmet.

They were well ventilated and when he fogged them accidentally a few times by breathing upwards through the vents, they cleared again straight away.

He’s quite fussy about his gear but was happy to wear them all day, getting them frequently splattered with mud and wiping them off. They stood up well to this and came back looking pretty much like new.

He was pretty happy with the tint during a sunny winter’s day in and out of the forest.

These good looking ski goggles fit well both front and back, boast grade 3 UV400 protection, and claim to have a good capacity for fitting glasses underneath.

I’ve knocked off one star because both my reading glasses and my everyday glasses are just within the stated specifications for these goggles, however I could not fit them inside without them pushing painfully against my nose. Even if you can force them fully inside, you risk bending your frame and your glasses will certainly come off with the mask every time. If you do wear glasses I’d advise knocking at least a centimetre off their advertised tolerances.

For unscientific fun I also tested their UV blocking abilities by comparing the fluourescence given off by a uranium glass figurine with and without the goggles between the figurine and the UV lights source; pictures are attached!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good but a few issues

We like the full UV protection and the ease of adjusting the straps. The design of the goggles allows for certain glasses to be worn, although I don’t have such requirements and can’t test whether they are still comfortable. The foam padding makes it comfortable to wear, although I must point out that if the strap is placed too high on the head, the goggles tend to slide up, so making sure the strap isn’t placed too high is key to my comfort level. The straps are long enough to allow for a lot of adjustment if needed.

I’ve never used Sky goggles before, but this product seems to be of decent enough quality to get the job done as promised.

    Review of Vgooar Ski Goggles,

One has to express surprise at how large these Ski goggles are, the actual frame quite deep, however it is noted that these can be used over normal eye glasses so does go some way to explain the added depth, the packaging also includes a drawstring cloth carry bag, cleaning cloth and user manual

The Goggle frame made of Thermoplastic polyurethane plastic which is quite flexible, the depth of the frame incorporating air vents top and bottom, the lens a single removable object with a mirror lens to the front with an anti fog lens attached to the rear.
Soft two layer memory foam is glued to the rear of the frame which does provide comfort and seals well against wind when worn, a long wide adjustable elasticated strap is permanently attached through the frame sides, the extra length being made available for wearing over a helmet, two lines of silicone on the inside of the strap are provided to prevent slippage also if worn over a helmet.

Although not stated on the packaging or goggles it is believed the ones received are category S2, these goggles for cloudy foggy days and not designated for UV or sunlight such as S4, however when tested against a bright white LED light they were very effective in reducing glare such as that experienced from snow, the inner anti fog coating effective but very susceptible to finger marks and scratches dissipating it’s effectiveness.

When worn the goggles are quite comfortable and although vision is lacking high definition colour due to the tinted outer lens it is very clear and wide, these goggles perfectly acceptable for the use intended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable with clear visio

The goggles are very comfortable to wear. They are very light in weight and the facial padding ensures a snug but comfortable fit. The adjustable strap has some silicone beading which should prevent slipping when worn with a helmet. If worn without a helmet, the strap material is very soft and you are not aware of the plastic buckles. The strap is both elasticated and adjustable ensuring a comfortable and secure fit. I found it quite difficult to tighten the straps as adequately as I thought necessary. However this did not impact the stability of the goggles on my face.

Although I have not worn them in extreme conditions, I didn’t experience any fogging. I assume this is due to the lens treatment and the mesh venting in the face cushion. I wear glasses and was able to fit the goggles over my glasses. A little care in positioning is needed but this would vary according to the shape and size of the glasses. When removing the goggles, there is a tendency for the glasses to come away with the goggles.

A sticker on the inside of the lens instructs you to remove a protective film. This is somewhat difficult to do.

I hope you found this review useful.

I wear glasses and so was keen to see how well the goggles would fit over them. They do fit but take some adjusting as the sides arms of my glasses rub against the inner side foam, slightly wider internal clearance would be better for me (my glasses are 14.5cm wide where the arms are jointed)
The goggles have two densities of foam padding running around the edge to provide a good comfortable seal with your face. I did however find that I had gaps in the seal around my nose and I’m guessing this is where a pair of personally fitted goggles will have an advantage. Also wearing glasses probably doesn’t help. Visibility is good, although to protect the lens they come with a film coating on the inside that needs to be removed (the only way I could do this was to partially pop the lens out of the goggles). The head strap is fully adjustable, elasticated and 4.5cm wide so Does not feel as though its digging into the back of your head. The goggles are well made/strong and have plenty of foam-covered air holes above and below the lens. As well as the goggles you also get a fabric bag and lens cloth which is good to see.

I wouldn’t necessarily recommend these if you wear glasses unless they are small, personally I would rather have prescription lenses built into them, or a pair with a wider internal clearance.
