Lovely looking Machine
This washer/dryer arrived on time and looks absolutely amazing and has a decent size drum.
Unfortunately it was damaged on unpacking and had to be returned,the return process with Ship it was good,collection arranged and completed as advised-refund was promptly issued and i have no hesitation in recommending both Ship it and the machine.

Got this for our son as moved into a modern flat with kitchen in same room as living room so this is great as so quiet and does not interfere too much when watching the telly .
It holds a good amount and drys well , don’t forget to take out of machine once washed and shake everything as I once did in my early years not realising that those creases are hard to undo so had to wash again but that was a very very long time ago so I passed on this to my son . The machine has lots of settings plus a quick wash which is an asset to my son .
This machine looks good aswell as preforms well and no it does not do a tune when wash has finished just a gentle beep .
It’s just really good. We weren’t sure about not going for a more obvious brand but it’s better than the bekos and the hotpoints we’ve had before. Had it for a couple of months now and everything comes out spotless, it’s quiet (so the dog’s happy) and the drying function is a life saver. It also looks good and it’s easy to use. Honestly absolutely love it, would get the same one again every time – thank you 🙂
It’s quiet when running
To be honest this is my second new washing machine my last one wasn’t a willow it was a well known brand it lasted 3 years was noise, moved about and rusted on face before taking a trip by itself across my kitchen. Then stopping. This machine is great in quality and washablity well worth its cost and electric bill is lower as I bought the washer/dryer so no need to hang in my drying tent. In all happy customer nice one willow.I’m now going to order your brand fridge/freezer hope it’s as good product as washer and drye
Quiet and dryer function doesn’t need a big vent hose. Drum narrower as a normal machine which makes it a shallower depth. Perfect for small spaces such as our fixed caravan.

Works fine so far ..quick delivery ..well packaged. Works fine so far .very happy with the purchase. I can choose the speed and the temperature. That’s so good. Definitely I recommend
