This is an excellent watch for anyone who wants to monitor their health, whether it’s for keeping tabs on their daily sleep duration or monitoring their heart rate, pace, and length of run. Because it weighs so little, the watch is incredibly comfortable for everyday usage. I wear mine on the hand that isn’t usually used to wear watches, and I don’t feel it at all. Both the watch and its rubber strap, which is included with it, are soft and simple to clean. It requires very little upkeep and is quite robust. To customise it, you can also get more watch straps on Amazon for a reasonable price in a variety of hues and materials.

The watch’s screen is bright enough and snappy enough to utilise during the day. The Zepp Life app allows you to personalise the watch, including the layout and shortcuts you wish for quick access. Although it isn’t as nice as other fitness apps, the software is still functional. You can, however, accomplish that because the app lets you sync data with other apps.

If certain features, such the 1-minute heart tracking, are not enabled, you can achieve the 16 days of battery life that is stated. The battery will naturally drain more quickly if you start turning on those features and use the watch to track daily runs, for example (from my experience, to around 8-10 days which is still amazing).

This is, in my opinion, a fantastic investment for anyone looking to increase their overall health awareness or who is just beginning to get more healthy. I wouldn’t recommend this device to someone who is serious about their exercise and demands the best tracking and features. But you won’t be let down if you do fit into the first group!

I got this watch for my kid. It is very comfortable. Easy to put on and off.
Very easy to setup and quite intuitive as for how it works.
    Battery lasts several days.
The only negative I have so far is that the measurements of the hearth do not seem accurate at all. I have compared it to my apple watch (see picture attached) and the difference is massive.
Additional 2 improvements I would like to see is on the app (higher quality, easier to use) and the USB cable which should be USBc but is not (it is still the old version).
A part from that, and considering price, it is a good product.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great watch. Not super accurate on health metrics

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a top quality smart band. It fits well and is fairly easy to clip on the wrist. It is comfortable too. Even though it is a small watch, the screen fills the entire area and just look so good.

The fitness tracker includes the usual functionality of basic smartwatch features, with health monitoring in a really easy to use interface. This watch has no buttons, but you can still get used to it in seconds. It’s intuitive. The screen is actually a 1.62-inch AMOLED screen, and you can see the quality. It has vibrant colours and sharp detail. Expect about a week of use on a single charge too.

Fitness modes wise, there are over 150 of these. Of course, most were useless to me, but at least I find the standard running, walking, ball and racket activities on it. The additional smart health assistant, now typical for most smart watches, gives the usual with SpO2 monitoring, heart rate tracking, sleep analysis, and female period tracking, among it’s options.

I really do like the look of this fitness band. It is easy to put on and take off and works really well. A good choice if this is the style you are after. The display really is superb too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Looks great on the wrist - a bright, colourful fitness tracke

Apple Watch is my normal go to but I was intrigued to see how things had progressed since the early Band 2 watches.

A lot basically since my old 2 – Gone is the smaller display graphics, added is oxygen monitor, plus with a gyroscope you get better sports tracking, new from all the older models is there are now straps over the all in one shell/strap of older models, oh and allways on display if you want it – Im sure there’s a lot more but thats what I initially noticed.

Only downside for me is the strap its a little fiddly but thankfully these days you can replace the strap to some thing more useful that isn’t a surround like the old model.

Would it replace my apple watch though – yes and no – Im now using this for round the house and working from home but still need Apple Watch for things like apple pay and proper alerts and apple centric functionality

The other big stand out is the price – for what it costs you get a lot of watch

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBehold the KARUOLA Mi Smart Band 8 – a budget fitness watch that flexes its muscles where it counts! A 1.62” AMOLED screen commands attention, making it clear that this watch means business.

In the realm of calls and texts, it prefers a quiet life, sticking to its fitness forte rather than drowning in smartphone chit-chat. It’s like having a workout buddy who’s not a fan of small talk—focused and ready to break a sweat. You won’t be able to use this to answer or send messages or calls!

Battery life? This unsung hero dances to its own rhythm, hitting the 8-9 day mark in my full-throttle fitness fiesta. Not the fabled 16 days, but who needs a marathon when you’ve got a reliable sprinter?

Straps to my wrist with sleek finesse, this fitness maestro feels comfier than a Sunday morning lie-in. Its snug fit delivers comfort as if my wrist and the band had struck a secret handshake agreement – minimalist style meets maximum coziness. I really like this watch, just the right face size, the pictures I have included make it look big but it’s perfect.
The touch screen is very responsive and lights up when I lift my arm, which can be adjusted through settings.
It as alot of features, I like the sleep one and stress test.. I do like the strap and the click style fastening,

Only had it a couple days ago still alot to play with till I set it up completely but as of right now I’m very impressed with this watch and you can’t even really feel that you are wearing it
    Love it.
