Great chai
Bought this for the spare room/office/craft room which was having a makeover and purple is my favourite colour.
I did struggle to put the feet on myself but my brother managed fairly easily, only problem I had with it.
Quick and Comfortable
Ordered this yesterday and had it delivered today. Instructions were easy to follow and only took about 10 or so minutes to assemble. Comfortable to sit in and fits in nicely with most offices.
Pleasantly Delighted
My experience of flat pack products has ranged from appalling to mediocre, so I am delighted to say this one in wonderful.
The instructions were clear, items clearly marked, most importantly of all its well threaded and all the screws were easily tightened.
I don’t spend much time at my desk so went cheap and cheerful, I don’t know how this would do in the long term comfort category but I’m thrilled with what I’ve got already.
Good quality chai
The chair was easy to put together and fits nicely into the desk that I bought with it.
Feels sturdy and comfortable and all of the screws and washers came in secure packaging.
I really like the size of this chair, it’s not too compact and there is plenty of room for the bigger person.It looks nice with my other stuff which is also black.you can move anyway you want and it feels like it could support a heavier person. The best bit is the shaped back which gives total support for anyone with back problems. Which is why I bought it and it is so easy to put together too. It’s a win win for me.
Great value
My 15 year old son assembled himself and he is neuro diverse. So I’d say easy to assemble.
He is happy with the comfort and I’ve not heard a peep from him since.
Good for occasional use
Really good chair for occasional use, it was very comfortable to begin with.
The customer service was excellent – had an issue with the base during set up and they sent replacement parts without fuss.
I’ve had it little over a year now and with daily use from working at home, all the padding is squashed and it’s very uncomfortable for long periods.
Other than that, it’s still sturdy. Couple of squeaks that I could probably solve if I had the inclination to.
Overall, good for the price you pay.
good value
Good value buy however I have one for myself which is fine, I bought another one for my teenage son and that has not lasted as well. I suspect not designed for a teenager wanting to virtually lie flat in it all the time! For the price point though and as long as used conventionally it is good quality.
Cheap, but good chai
Usually good price, even better on Prime day! Good chair for my daughter’s desk. A bit wobbly at times and slightly bigger than a standard one, but so far so good. Happy with it!
Comfortable and good value.
Some people may feel the seat depth is a bit short – but in my experience, unless you pay 3 or four times the price, that is the case with all seats at this price. I am a big guy and I find this seat comfortable and fine for work (even using it 8 hours a day).

Not much back support due to back frame being made of plastic but you can lean on it a bit and for the price very decent.

The lever to adjust height needs someone with someone of a bit of weight for it to adjust. I can do it but my child couldn’t but probably not a bad thing so it doesn’t get messed about with
It works OK as an office chair.
My last office hair suffered a catastrophic failure when a couple of bolts failed simultaneously. Thus, I was compelled to buy another and this one seemed to fit the bill. It was reasonably easy to assemble using the enclosed Alen key. It is rather higher than I am used to and indeed won’t adjust much in the height mode: it goes from very high to not quite so high, but I can live with that!
Easy to assemble. Ok quality for the price
Very easy to assemble. It took about 20 minutes on my own.
The seat is a little firm, but this may soften with use. The back is very comfortable – I hope the mesh lasts.
There are a few rough edges to the plastic around the top of the back piece.
The arms are ok; could do with a bit of padding. I don’t really use them apart from leaning on a little to sit down and stand up.
The wheels seem fast over hard floor and the chair was moving away from me a little to start with.
Overall, I would say it’s a good basic chair for the price.
Basic Chair but does the job
Just recieved my chair after a delay in delivery. DPD issue not Amazon.
Very easy to put together and like i mentioned it is a basic char but for the price cant go wrong.
It’s comfy. and provides enough support for my back. it doesnt tilt back like my office chair at work which i actually prefer it doesnt. Overall for the price really pleased with my purchase.
I had been looking fo an ergonomic chair for alittle while and was not ready to pay silly money. Saw the deal on HOtdeals UK for this chair and got it for less then 40. After reading a few reviews was a bit skeptical, but though would give it a try and then if not for me can laways return it.
Well not used it a lot but over all good bad and ugly is below:
Pro’s.
1. Easy to assemble and was ready for the throning in under 15min.
2. Cushion is comfortable and has enough padding for long hours of usage.
3. Wide enough for healthy to husky people to sit comfortably.
4. The ergonomic back rest is comfortable, but I prefere to add my cushion on it. Makes it a bit more snug.
5. I am healthy bordering husky so it can take the weight comfortably.
6. The gas cylinder works fine and I had it a full extension and it did not slide down, so pretty good so far.
Cons.
1. As there are no brakes or lil flaps to slide down, it does meander like a river. It doesnt help, I have marble flooring. So people with carpets should be ok.
2. The plastic armrests can cause a bit of elbow pain, even though it has a smooth finish. A little bit of cushioning would be preferred.
Overall:
Can’t go wrong with under 50. Longevity/lifespan cant be mentioned but overall if it does last about 6 months, you cant go wrong, less than a tenner a month. Hope you people found the good, abd and ugly useful.
A 50 chair is going to provide exactly what you would expect – a basic but functional product, which is exactly what this chair is.
I purchased it for my teaching studio. I sit on it myself when teaching, but quite often students and parents sit on it during a lesson, so it will get dirty and well used. For this reason, I didn’t want to spend as much as I would an a dedicated office chair.
This chair is simple, with a solid construction on the base, and good height mechanism, and a comfortable mesh cushion and back rest. Assembly was easy, taking me about ten minutes on my own, with no extra tools needed.
It is lightweight, so can be easily moved, but it is clear that it is a product of its price point. Don’t compare this to office chairs in the hundreds of pounds, because there is no comparison. This chair is ideal for those that need a smart, simple, and functional chair that is likely not their main office chair or place of work. As I said, this is a secondary chair for more public use, and for that purpose it is ideal.

So the colour is great. Looks great however you set it up, bedroom/office/work station. The only thing is, is that it has a one lock mechanism. So if you wanted to to lean back and lock the chair to stay in that position- it is only set at one position to do that. There are no others on it. Other than that its a great chair to set up. Considerate therapeutic. All the things you need are in the box. If you are setting it up yourself consider a wall for balance or stability ie to hold the screws in place. The up down feature of the chair /gas lift is good. Its a decent chair. I would have preferred the back rest to have an extend and decline function but – its not a work chair! So be mindful if you are looking for certain features such as that, this is not it. All in all its a decent price and you dont get much chairs that look purple, so id go for it.
Amazon as always delivered very quickly, so no issues there.
Construction of the chair was quite straightforward and similar to any other office chair. It’s worth noting it was difficult to get the bolts to bite into the threads so it took some fiddling to get everything fastened up. There were also spares of everything which is a nice tough I always appreciate.
First impression of the chair are average, although I am taking into account that the chair in incredibly cheap. It feels a little on the flimsy side, the first time I reclined it I thought the mesh back was going to rip in half, I suspect it will eventually. Everything bents and shifts about a bit, but again it cost just over 50 so it’s hardly going to be Herman Miller.
I tend to slouch and I think this chair is doing a good job with improving my posture. It feels comfortable when sitting upright and typing. I work from home and don’t envisage any problems using this for 8 hours a day. I am able to set it up so that my arms bend nicely and are parallel with the desk. I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome so hopefully this should help avoid any reoccurrences of that.
I’d say for the money it’s on par with where it should be.
