Easy to use
Finally a harness that fits the chonk.
I am super happy with the harness. The Chonk not so much. We’ve been trying several different harnesses but she’s always managed to get herself out of them somehow. This one she tried her best, and even with the chest a bit loose, she did not manage to get out of it. One mad cat, but one happy owner.
Good strong quality
We needed to buy a stronger leash for the cat, and this is perfect as it goes under the legs also, so a lot safer for her not to escape, would highly recommend this particular one
A bit big but otherwise is fine ( size got - XXS )
Not sure
Thought this would be ok. Robust and looks durable but young cat really didn’t like it and managed to squirm out of it to make this work you would have to persevere
This is a great harness. It fits well, is soft and the quality is amazing.
I was a bit apprehensive when I first looked at it as I thought that it was going to be too small to go over my cat’s head. I adjusted the neck to almost its maximum and it fitted perfectly. It felt very supportive too.
My cat is a Domestic Shorthair, he’s approx 4.8kg.
If your cat is any bigger than this, I would say to size up.
I would prefer it if there was a clip on the neck rather than it going over the head but overall it’s not an issue.
I would definitely recommend.
Third Time Lucky
This is my third XXS harness I bought for my 3.2kg puppy. She slipped out of the first two (other brands) like a Houdini in under a minute. However, with careful adjustment, this one finally does the job and keeps her secure. No idea how sturdy it is.
Great product
Our 1 year old mainecoon boy is pretty large in size. I bought the extra small due to the comments about it not being “escape proof” the neck is snug and has to go on nose first. Once on it fits well with room and not restriction. The body clasps I initially left on the widest point however there is elastic stretch built in here. I have since tightened them up. So he doesn’t slip out of it. A really good snug fit with no restriction on movement or discomfort. Our boy was still able to hop, leap and jump through the garden safely. We currently use a retractable lead for more freedom. The lead that comes with the harness isn’t to our taste. Thanks for such a great product !!!
It’s early days so we’re still learning, but so far so good! She’s not completely alright with it yet, but with each day she’s doing better and better. We ordered the smallest one (xxs) and it’s perfect size for her, even though she’s over a year old (she is a tiny cat). Love the colours and quality of the product – it’s sturdy, soft and light so the cat can barely fell it.
Good harness, would recommend
Really good quality harness which my cat hasn’t escaped from yet!
The only issue I have with it is that it doesn’t unclip on the neck meaning I have to push it over my cats head to get it on and off which he doesn’t really like!
It does come with a small lead but we use a small flexi lead instead
Super quality, pretty colour and fitted great – once it was on. Due to Maine Coons having broader heads than most cats it was a minor tussle to get on, luckily my cat is very placid and put up with a little discomfort whilst it was pushed onto him. An extra 2mm expansion on the neck piece would make a huge difference. Easy clasps on side of chest, lightweight and soft. Definitely recommend.
Comfortable and lightweight. Cats got used to them quickly despite being older and never having had harnesses. However, they are difficult to tighten and one cat worked out very fast that to escape they tug to the limit of the leash, execute a rapid 180, and wriggle out backwards. However, excellent for travelling when they don’t actually want to escape. Would recommend and suggest buying a smaller size than you think you’ll need.
I have 2 home cats who enjoy coming in the garden for fresh air. At first the cats took a few days to get used to having something wrapped around them but eventually they were fine.
One thing I would suggest is to ensure that the straps are on tightly otherwise our furry friends will have no problem slipping out of these.
Overall design is good, I think an extendable strap would be beneficial because you can find yourself getting pulled if sweet little kitty fancies chasing a fly or bird so just need to be mindful of this. I also thing the straps could do with being thicker and stronger as they feel thin. I have only used these in the garden but not sure if I feel these would be safe enough to take my cats to a park.
My cats know where they are heading when they see this now so thumbs up from us!
