Comfy
Oh my goodness I have kicked against having one of these as I thought they were hideous but I decided I would try one out and found this one. My decision for this particular one was down to the price and I wasn’t expecting too much. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It arrived and I was initially disappointed as I thought I’d ordered the red one but it was grey but going onto my order I realised what I’d done. So I tried it on and was amazed at how comfy it is that I decided the colour didn’t matter. It is heavy and very soft. I am 5′ 3″ so it comes down to my ankles which is great as it keeps my legs warm. It slips over the head which can be a bit difficult as it is so heavy and bulky but when on I would quite happily wear it all day when it is cold. It is not the most attractive of garments but is so warm and snuggly and ideal for the winter it doesn’t really matter. I am so pleased with it that I recommended it to a friend who then ordered it for her daughter for a gift who is equally as delighted with it as I am. I would highly recommend it for it’s comfort, warmth and definitely value for money.
Cozy and warm!
Love tye fact its so long, longer than innpic. It comes down to my ankles. Really warm. Very cozy. Washes fine and dries pretty quickly in or out of the dryer. Would defo recommend it! I love this brand 8n general. Very good quality.
Wow value!
I wasn’t really expecting much for the price..however!!! I live in the highlands of Scotland, and it’s fair to say we get our fair share of below freezing temperatures. With the massive increases in fuel costs we have had to be frugal with the heating- this wrap is honestly a lifesaver, full length, incredibly warm and cosy..I am delighted with it and have just ordered another for my partne
Super warm, long oversized hoodie
This oversized hoodie is very cosy and warm. Perfect for keeping you warm when the heating is off. Highly recommended. I wanted a very long one and this is perfect.

Perfect hoodie for winte
Absolutely love this hoodie. Perfect for the winter, and keeps you really warm. Took a star off as I would have loved it longer but asides that it’s a great hoodie and you get value for money

I don’t dislike anything about this cosy, light, comfortable piece of heaven. The friend I bought the other one for feels exactly the same.Saving on energy alone would make it worthwhile, what a boon for the cold and tactile among us. May be the best thing I have ever bought.
Radiator cove
I purchased this to keep warm on an evening and hopefully lower my central heating thermostat. It certainly has achieved both, it is like having your personal radiator cover, it’s glorious!
Lovely and warm apparently
Bought as a pressy for daughter in law. She loves it. Says its v cosy and lovely and warm. Got brownie points for that one. Was her best pressy this Christmas.
Thick & Warm
I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It is very thick and warm considering she doesn’t want to use central heating. This keeps her warm all day. I purchased a second one for her, so that she can always keep one on, even when she needs to wash the other one
Very warm
Bought as present, very warm and snuggly. Medium size fits a size 14 well and is 3inches from the floor for a 5’6″ lady .Only downside is that there is no shaping to it – could do with coming in a bit a the waist ,but let’s face it if you are wearing this you are probably slobbing out and style isn’t a high priority!
Comfortable, soft and attractive
Wonderful warm and cuddly – firm yet soft navy robe with pockets/pouch and white woolly lining. Comes in 2 styles so bought both – which my brother tried and found very acceptable too! Excellent purchase and very pleased. Looking forward to cool evenings!
The length of blanke
Model wearing it must be tall. I’m 5ft 2in and it’s so long I’m sweeping the floor when I’m wearing it. Probably wouldn’t have purchased if I’d realised. But saying that it’s very warm
Soft and very warm!
Lovely velvet soft and very long hoodie, keeps me really warm so can save on the heating lol Washes well and can be tumbled dried on low. Very happy as the last oversized hoodie I purchased was not well made and disintegrated within a few months.
Warmth
Great buy. Very warm and snuggly. Bought the shorter length, as was cheaper at the time. I was concerned it might be too short but its just below knees. Allows for more freedom of movement. Hubby is over the moon with his.
Wonderfully warm
I’m very happy with my purchase. It is heavyweight, good quality and keeps me very warm. Lovely to have the warmth over my legs too but no so long that o would trip over it. I bought another similar oodie type from Amazon but the quality and warmth is not a patch on this.
4* due to the one small negative point…Hoodie arrived vacuumed into a plastic bag to make packaging easier but once extracted,there were 2 plastic clothing tags stapled through the hoodie which caused flaws in the fabric when being carefully removed.
Now for the positive!
Thick fabric inside, sift fabric outside.
The long, soft, stretchy cuffs allow you to push them up your arms when washing hands.
At 5′ 3″, the Medium reaches my ankles and needs holding up when accessing stairs. I chose the longer version as the shorter one did not appear as long as the one I already have (different brand).
The pockets are a vast improvement on the cuff version! A mobile phone is safer in a pocket…mine falls out of the cuff. The pockets do not catch on door handles as you pass, either!
Machine washed on arrival. Washed well; sherwani fabric did not come off on other items. Colour (grey did not bleed).
Worth the money.
Super warm
Central heating broke down just before the cold snap started coming in, have been living in 9-10 degrees working from home waiting for it to be fixed this is the warmest thing I’ve ever bought went for the long one as sitting at a desk for 8 hours, DID have to take about 6″ off the bottom as I’m 5’4″ and kept falling up the stairs but sits on the top of my Polar slipper boots, have been proper toasty toasty! I must have picked mine up at a discount, gutted as I went to order another and it had gone up quite a bit too much for me to spend on a ‘spare’ for when this one is in the wash, sadly but would pay full price for just the one
I bought this in the Black Friday deal and it is absolutely gorgeous. It’s very soft but warm and cosy and covers my feet. The two pockets are great and the oversized hood is very comfortable. It arrived beautifully packaged within two days!! I highly recommend this item.
My new favourite thing
I already have an oversized hoodie but it only comes to my knees. This one is a perfect length – to my ankles (I’m 5’4 and got the medium long). It’s warm and cosy, with a huge hood, which I love. The only thing is that the pockets are too small.
The 3rd type I’ve tried and it’s perfect. I’m 5’7 and the medium comes nearly to my ankles. Really well stitched and the outer material feels good quality. The length keeps your legs much warmer. Also looks smarter than other types. Cheaper than a certain brand too. Definitely recommend this garment.
Good quality, thick and warm and comes right down to the top of my feet. I am 56 inches tall, 5ft 6.5. I was not sure how long it would be on me so I also ordered the long as well, but the long one is far too long and rested on the floor. I am happy with this, I only paid 17.33 as the reduced price was discounted again by a voucher at the checkout. The product is excellent quality and thick like the description but not too thick. I put it on and I was too warm because it is not cold enough yet, it will be good for the winter weather as I am not putting the heating unless it is absolutely necessary.
Amendment: I put this on when it snowed and my flat was cold, it was not as warm a shorter fleece one that I have. I still felt cold so had to put fleece top under it. I am am quite slim and tend to feel quite cold any way so it could just be me but I might return it for a 100 per cent sherpa fleece one.
I’ve looked at s few of these blanket hoodie and I’m so glad I chose this one. It’s really well made and super warm and I like the fact it’s got cuffed sleaves. I got it on sale so excellent price too, it’s by far superior to the more expensive ones on the market. I bought the long one which is a bit long for me to walk about in at 5.5ft, but solved that by tying a dressing gown belt round and bunching it up. Lovely though for snuggling up on the settee as it covers my fee
I could not believe how thick and heavy this wonderful fleece lined hooded tunic is! At such a reasonable price I was prepared to be disappointed, but this garment has exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend this highly enough for anyone who is working from home or otherwise forced to sit still in a cold house.
Actually really good
Brilliant thickness. Nice and long too. Cozy. Comfy. Great in nearly every aspect.
Only gripe is this – having made such a good garment, a better range of colours would be good. This is as plain looking black as you can possibly imagine. Some folk may want that, but a little colour or different shading somewhere to improve the look would take it to the next level of luxury.
Exactly as the photo. Great room to move about in it as well when chilling in the sofa watching a film or reading a book.
The great bit. It is super soft and very warm. We like the rest of the UK have had to pinch our heating costs and with these Blanket hoodies we are not freezing to bits. My husband loves his as well. He got a Navy Blue one.
I have had a chance to wash and dry mine before doing the review. It took an extra spin cycle in the washer as it is a large bit of fabric. I wouldn’t suggest doing more than one at a time. It dried up well in our dryer and had to hang for just a bit as didn’t want to want the dryer a second time. Only the insides of the pockets were a bit damp. It didn’t change in touch or feel. So I think it will hold up with a few washings.
The only downside I have is I wish there was a zipped front to make it a bit easier to get in and out of, as I suffer from mobility issues.
I will say I wore it out in -2c to feed the birds and only my feet and lower legs were cold. It does keep you really warm.
I had one oodie, which I love, but I wanted a longer one. This one is top class. It is very thick and soft and soooo warm and cosy. I’ve turned my heating right down and still had to take it off because I got too warm, and believe me, I feel the cold more than most. I bought the 130cm length. I’m 5’2″ and it just skims the floor. Curled up on the sofa, it even keeps my feet warm. The sleeves are a bit long on me, but the ribbed cuffs stop them falling down over my hands. The colour is a lovely rich, warm, taupe. I’ve taken a couple of photos to try and show the difference in the quality of the material to my other one, (the blue one) which really surprised me, as they were both more or less the same price.
Incredibly warm and practical
I was lucky enough to have been given a voucher to spend for Christmas, otherwise, with money being so tight, the cost might have put me off. Friends having bought cheaper versions elsewhere had recommended hoodie blankets as great options for working from home and saving energy costs.
I am absolutely thrilled with this – it is very high quality, so warm, comfortable and snuggly. It’s allowed me to avoid switching the central heating on and I wear it all day when working from home. The looser fit means it’s equally comfortable over pyjamas, day wear or light outdoor clothing. Having pockets is helpful too. If you choose the red one, the white lining does give it a look of Santa Claus!
I’m planning on getting another one soon, so as to be able to always have one to hand – ‘wash one, wear one’.
I thought service was excellent…..and instead of the usual shrink wrapping, it was beautifully folded in a bag I could actually get into.
I’ve had to buy so many Oodies from Amazon and frankly this one is the best bar one simple thing (which is why I deducted a star) that the pockets aren’t deep enough. Ive dropped my phone which has slipped out of my pocket several times…but luckily a nurse has been with me to pick it up.
It’s beautifully made and a sensible length, instead of when I get out of the wheelchair with the others…step on them as they’re so long. I should add that I’m an OK height person saying this…and come in at 5ft 6in.
I’ve been in hospital having very difficult surgery on my spine since end of October. This is the only one I’d buy again.
Wow i love it. I wondered at the price as it was rather cheap compared to most others what it was going to be like, i needn’t have worried. It is absolutely fantastic. Thick and warm and so cosy. As for size, wowzers. I am 6 foot tall, it is mid calf on me, so very long. I am a rather large lady and there is plenty of room. If there is any downfall then it is the size of the pockets, they could do with being either one huge pocket or two larger ones. Enough for a tissue or two but nothing to get excited about. I love it, thankyou 😀
