Have over 3000 photos taken during my life, early life, wedding, children growing up and now grandchildren, all on my photo device to stand and view any time of day, instead of being tucked away or even on pc . Fantastic buy

Bought this for my mum as a gift and she absolutely loved it. Was super disappointed when it broke just after a couple of weeks. The screen blank and wouldn’t come back on.
The company contacted me and sent me a replacement no questions asked. I will highly recommend them as a company. I have never experienced this quality of customer service online before.

This is an excellent photo frame with an impressive image and video quality, and well worth the money for the all features it boasts. However, every feature of the frame is touch screen operated (no remote control), which means once you’ve gone through the setup process, uploaded all your photos and videos, you need to wipe the screen to remove all the finger prints. Other than that, it’s a brilliant photo frame.

Bought as a present for my 90 year old grandma so that the family can share photos with her without having to print them. She loves it! The app was easy to set up too and is on multiple family members phones. Only downside is photos can only be removed from the frame by deleting on the frame itself not via the app. But that’s not a huge problem as it has a lot of storage.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI purchased this product (15.6″ version) as a gift for my ‘challenging to buy for’ husband – he loved it. Out of the box it looks much more like a proper photo frame (and less like a tablet) with an internal ‘mount’ around the screen. The display is very clear, and appears to use non reflective glass, so it’s easy to see. It seems necessary to keep it plugged in to a mains socket to work (rather than having a rechargeable battery). This might make it less suitable if you wanted to hang it on the wall, for example).
It was easy to set up and very quick to add photographs using the ‘Frameo’ app (from both phone and tablet). It is possible to give secure remote access to the frame via the internet (and the frameo app), so remote family members can send photos directly to your unit. The unit also has small speakers, so a video with sound can also be displayed.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersVery pleased with the frame and, after some initial frustrations, its operation.

For some reason I couldn’t send photos to the frame via my mobile but could with my tablet, while my brother had problems with his tablet but not his phone! However, once the apps were successfully linked to the frame, the process worked very well.

    Positives (in my opinion):
    – Size of screen and frame
    – Good picture quality, subject to the sharpness of the original photo
    – Looks like a picture frame with thin bezels and smart inlay; other models look more like tablets
    – Easy to add photos, once app is set up
    – Good value

issues worth noting (in my opinion):
    – Experienced some problems linking the app to the frame (old phone/tablet?)
    – Some photos appear differently, generally closer, than the original. I think this is due to the software making adjustments for portrait/landscape. For example, I sent a photo of a person with a colourful drink on the table in front of them, only for the drink not to appear on the screen.
    – The order the photos are displayed is based on when they are sent to the frame. I don’t believe the order can be edited.
    – The price seems to alter, up and down, quite frequently.

Overall, very pleased with the digital frame as a present and I intend to buy another one for myself!
