A great quality water filter.
I have used these water filters for years and give me good water quality.
They each last a month and easily changed for a new one.
I was pleased with the price for these filters and impressed with the prompt delivery.
We’ve used BRITA filters for a while now and the difference is huge. It completely removes the chlorine taste.
It’s so effective that my daughter has become a “water snob”, she doesn’t like the taste of the water at school anymore and only wants the filtered water from home.
I also love the convenience of being able to recycle the used filters at Sainsbury’s.
We always keep a spare pack at home so we’re never without it.
Simple, effective, and much better for the environment than bottled water.
Clean taste and easy to use
Been using Brita for a long time and these filters are very consistent. The water tastes noticeably better and cleaner. Easy to install and use. Definitely worth it for everyday use.
The original and the best from those I have tested. Cheaper filters will still leave a bad taste in the water but these take the majority of it out.
Water flow is reasonable, takes a few of minutes to fill the jug.
Replacement is simple and fits the XL jug perfectly.
We live a short distance from a water pumping station and sometimes especially in the morning if you make a hot drink using unfiltered water it tastes absolutely disgusting and nobody wants to drink it, not a good start to the day! Using these water filters ensures we get great tasting drinks every time and definitely improves the quality of the water. The filters are easy to use and long lasting. The filter jug fits nicely in my fridge providing a constant supply of decent water. We have tried cheaper cartridges but they are not nearly so good as Brita cartridges so now only buy Brita cartridges and recycle them once used which is much better for the environment than buying bottled water. Brita definitely are the best.
Amazing as always
You can literally taste the difference and the feel of filtered water, water clarity is also better. The filters are easy to use, very easy to swap them out and fits perfectly. Brita Pro catridges are amazing, good value for money and the recent Prime day has even sweetened the deal! My only hope for improvement in this product is to have eco friendly models.

Cannot Live Withou
I live the way I am not bugged by limescale now, and my water always tastes good..without the filter it always seemed to have a kind of nasty twang to it…
I have two, one for my kettle and one for my drinking.
Delighted that now, one cartridge will filter a lot more water and I can recycle the spent ones…and the new ones will still fit into my original jug.
Product is what it states
The filter is what it states (looks and all). It was simple to replace the filter into my Brita jug. There is no odd/ unexpected taste from the water it filters, so all appears in order.
Great Value
I purchased two boxes of these whilst they are at this price. A box of six in the supermarket is almost twice as much. Great value, have enough now to last all year.

After using BRITA MAXTRA filters I have noticed there’s no Limescale anymore in my kettle,whereas before you could see a lot of Limescale from boiling water.
I’ve been buying Brita filter cartridges for around 20 – 30 years and have always liked the crisp refreshing taste. I can literally drink tonnes of filtered water but virtually no plain tap water at all.
So, last time I noticed the new Limescale expert ones and thought I’d gave them a go as I live in a hard water area. I noticed the taste straight away and the fact that it just didn’t taste as crisp as the Maxtra +. I didn’t really notice any difference in the limescale removal either when compared to the previous Maxtra +. I mean they’re good, but so were the aforementioned.
After using the 6 Limescale expert cartridges in a freshly (plain white vinegar) descaled electric kettle (so 6 months worth) I’ve found it looks exactly the same as when using Maxtra + (which is very very minimum limescale, but equally equivalent).
So this time round I thought I’d go back the Maxtra + only to find that they are no more, and now the choice is either the Limescale ones or the new All-In-One version. Well I ordered the All-in-one hoping to get that crispness back and the taste is again not as crisp as the limescale ones (which didn’t taste as crisp or refreshing as the Maxtra +). It has a softer taste to it (it’s hard to explain exactly what I mean) but to some up, the taste seems to be diminishing with these newer cartridges. No other reviewers have made such a comment so perhaps my taste buds have died recently? joke, but I’ve definitely noticed this over the last 2 newer cartridges.
As for performance, both new types filter at the same speed as I have always remembered and fit perfectly in my Morella (if I remember the name correctly) fridge water jug.
I will continue to buy either of these newer 2 types of filter (as it’s now the only choices), but it will literally be whatever is cheapest at the time of buying as I’m not really a fan of either compared to Brita’s original Maxtra +.
There is a slight bonus in these being an extra 50l longer lasting and as I bought these at nearly half price, 23.99 for 6 (I ordered 2 packs with this being the case) so this will create savings in the long run.
I am happy with these cartridges, just not as happy as I would have been with the original Maxtra +.

The water flow starts off ok but quickly declines
I have used brita water cartridges for many years and found that they greatly enhance the taste of the water. However the water flow often starts off ok but quickly declines. I have tried everything from agitating them and leaving them to soak in water for an hour after agitating them but the result is always the same.
I follow the instructions given on the packaging to no avail. I put up with it to get the better tasting water. One of these days, hopefully they will modify these cartridges to get a better water flow especially as the price is going up rapidly!

I buy these filter packages every 6 to 8 months, however what I see is that the price increases about 10-15% every 6 months. I hope that I can find a seller who provides stable price for the brita filter refills.

Stopped buying water bottles.
The only problem is that it’s a bit big for fridge door. But it is enough to fill 2-3 big bottles which you can put in the fridge. Suitable for 2-3 person household not more.
Water taste much better than tap water but a little bit different than bottled mineral water.
This economical and cheaper (way cheaper) than the maxtra + filters I used to buy , nearly 45 for 6 where these are around 26 for 6 and they fit and they work. Going off that what else do I need to say. Excellent product and almost 20 cheaper no trainers
The Brita filter is a blessing for those who want to save some money on drinking water, without a sacrifice on taste (to a great extent). I recently moved to the UK, and found it very difficult to drink the tap water hence had to depend on bottled water. But as you know, for the long run its not very cost effective and the cheaper bottles almost made no difference from the tap water in taste. I tried Brita and was immediately impressed by the difference it made to the tap water. I find it lacks its performance by the 4th week, and I tend to replace the filter every 4th week.
For small family, this filter safety filter the the drinking water enough for us.
These or any other Brita filters can’t be used for one month. They can be used perfectly for two weeks afterwards boiling water with more calcium (white).
Anyway, good for short duration.
