I’ve been getting a lot of pain in my hands and holding and changing the page on my kindle has been so hard. This clicker thing has been a game changer.
Only received yesterday and it’s made such a difference to being able to read again. I shall be telling everyone about it.
Now I can clip the iPad (Air version 1 – keeping it in its Apple case) onto a stand on my bedside table a couple of feet away, and click the remote to turn the pages.
The actual unit that turns the page is fairly unobtrusive, so while the “finger” might cover a couple of letters on the screen at a time, it doesn’t affect the reading experience.
The wrist strap for the remote control is a good idea as well, meaning I don’t end up losing the remote after I’ve fallen asleep!
I can imagine for those with certain joint issues or mobility problems that this would be a life saver for doing any reading (ie not just in bed) on an e-reader.
Does what it says on the packaging, this was a gift for my partner and she loves it and didn’t realise how useful it could be, the packaging is solid, nothing rattling or moving around, and the actual device feels strong and not cheap – would recommend!
Arrived very quickly! Excellent and reliable products that easily allows you to read your favourite kindle books without messing around trying to turn the fiddly pages. I position my kindle in front of my eyes and cover myself in a thick blanket so that I can stay warm and read in complete peace
