Great Product for small DIY jobs
The product is good but it does not do what I bought it for.It is too small to check main drain.Light is weak, screen is small and cable is thin and impossible to push through drain. Bye

    Borescope
Well wrapped, good quality, easy to understand and manipulate. Camera and display screen are very good. Long borescope camera cable is quite stiff and quite long but I bent it to suit my investigation under the floorboards in my house. Certainly did help. If I could control the brightness of the light that would be an extra advantage as reflections can be distracting. Otherwise an excellent device.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWorks really well and is exceptionally good value
Although I bought this to examine a drain, and it worked well for that, I can see that it will be useful for many other DIY applications. It is sturdy. The two cameras are on a stem that is 7.63mm in diameter, so will get into quite a small opening. They give a clear picture that focus down to within an inch. The cable is on the firm side and holds its shape. it is not floppy. I am glad that I have not paid for a more expensive item as this works well.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersUseful Borescope for home DIY and mechanics
I have found this LITTLEJSY borescope / endoscope useful around the house. In the past I have tried a Bluetooth endoscope that uses a smart phone for visuals, but this all-in-one works so much better.

The semi-rigid snake cable is a good length at 16.5FT, this makes it ideal for those DIY jobs. The dual-lens borescope has an IP67 water resistance rating, so it can be used for drains, plugholes etc.
I really like having the dual camera, so I can switch between looking sideways or forwards, there are multiple LEDs for lighting any dark spot. Both cameras are able to record video at 1080P, which is a good resolution for most DIY tasks. The cameras can also take2MP images, both video and images can be saved to a micro-SD card, there is a 32GB supplied with the borescope.

To power the borescope is a built-in 2600mAh lithium battery, this is recharged via a USB C port. Also in the box is a USB A to USB C charging cable, any USB C phone charger or powerbank should be suitable for recharging the borescope.

Just recently I had some new kitchen cupboards fitted, but I noticed there was a cold draft coming from underneath, I used the borescope through a small hole to find that the expanding foam was missing from around the gas and electrical pipes that comes through the wall. I was able to use the borescope and a can of expanding foam to refill the gaps, I would have this difficult without the borescope. I have used this quite regularly to check the bath plughole, both my wife and daughter have long hair so there is often hair slowing the flow of water.

It’s a shame this doesn’t have a carry case to protect the borescope and to store the charging when not in use.

Overall, this is a very good borescope for the price, it’s ideal for home DIY and home mechanics.
I hope you find my review helpful.

    Works well, consider buying i
    DO YOU NEED ONE?
An endoscope is a useful thing to have even as a DIY tool. 54.99 at the time of ordering, this one is great for a domestic user and is acceptable for a professional.

    DOES IT WORK?
Yes and very well. I was examining a drain today with it, looking for cracks/blockages. The picture was good considering the size of the camera. To control the direction of the view at anything over a couple of feet, you have to attach it to a solid object like a pole/drain rod that you can twist and direct more appropriately.
Controls are easy to master after about 10 mins of playing with it, zoom, light level, record, picture quality ETC. It has a large battery capacity.

    WILL IT BREAK?
    Physically it seems robust.

    VALUE
54.99 at the time of ordering, is high but OK for a DIY device and low for a professional device, It is in the middle of the range both in ability and value.
I think it is very good so consider it.

My reviews follow this star rating:
1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product. I do not recommend buying it,
2 Stars; Significant deficiencies, does not fulfil its expected functions,
3 Stars; Average product. Complies with expectations,
4 Stars; Very good and satisfying. I liked it and it’s a quality product,
    5 Stars; Excellent, exceeds expectations.

    Very useable
A while back I had an endoscope accessory for my Android phone and found it fiddly, the probe cable was too floppy and therefore difficult to direct, and the whole thing temperamental because it didn’t always talk to the app. It was frustrating and stopped using it.

This endoscope is well made, with an integrated screen and not only a micro USB slot for a memory card but they supply the card too. This enables you to take snapshots of what you’re looking at, or video of the process. You can review the images or footage on the device and delete unwanted ones through the menu.

They also provide a couple of tools, a magnet for retrieving a lost item if that item is made of a ferrous metal, and a hook for anything that can be snagged for retrieval.

The probe has two camera feeds, one straight ahead and one on the side of the probe for looking at the side of whatever conduit or recess you’re examining. You can raise or lower the brightness of the LEDs too.

One thing to bear in mind, until you’ve actually tried to use one of these and get it to go exactly where you want, you’ll not know how devilishly difficult it is to do; it’s a motor skill you’ll have to learn.

I have given four stars rather than five because the buttons for control of the functions are not very intuitive and if you don’t use this often you’re going to press the wrong ones and get unwanted video or pictures while you work out what you have to do to, say, switch cameras. Also, while the ability to recharge the built-in battery via a USB C port is ideal, there appears to be no visual indication that charging is complete. There’s a red LED showing charging is in progress but it doesn’t seem to go out when it’s charged. It may be that I didn’t leave it charging for long enough but it was charging for over two hours.

In all an excellent tool, which I can recommend.
