Excellent customer service.
Our bike arrived and Mt husband put it all together,for some reason the LCD screen would only count to 3 seconds and was stuck on stop. I emailed customer service and I had a reply within a few hours, a new screen was promptly dispatched, but upon further inspection my husband spotted that the cable was faulty as well. I sent another email and some new cables were dispatched. It’s now in full working order, a lovely addition to our other gym equipment. These things happen and I can honestly say that this has been one of the best levels of customer service received.
Good customer service
The first bike we received had been damaged in transit but customer service was very quick to respond and helpful and sent a new bike. The bike is easy to use and quite neat so doesn’t take up too much space. There are also wheels on the front bar which allow it to be easily moved.
It completed my mini gym at home
Incredibly sturdy and does not bulge when you pedal. The resistance knob is easy to adjust giving you more quality. The resistance bands included for the arm workout is a great addition!
This exercise bike is a good addition to my home workout. It is multifunctional and has an option for upright and recumbent positions. The LCD display and tablet holder are handy. It is easy to go through. The foldable design is a good for saving space however I always leave it open. Anti-slip pedals make it safe. Transport wheels make it easy to move around house. It is really a good and affordable choice for home gym.
Great Exercise Bike
This product comes well stocked, a bit heavy to carry in the box but had all the parts. It was easy to set up.
The instructions are highly specific with numbered parts in diagrams and the bolts and nuts arrive sealed in a plastic pack so there are the exact number required.
I have no doubt that machines that cost more should be better but I’m also sure that this sweet little exercise bike is quieter, neater, less obtrusive than my old equipment and makes me smile. I’m relieved to have finally banished the banging monster of a full-sized running machine in favour of this dinky gem that doesn’t dominate my room. It’s pretty solid considering that it’s foldable, not comparable to a fixed one.
It’s easy to set it up and use following the manual. This exercise bike is in good quality and design. I could adjust the seat height so my wife can also use it. It’s quiet when I ride it. When I don’t use it, I folded it and put it in the corner which save me a lot of space. So far. it works very well.

All parts work great really can’t fault this get a good workout and watch TV at the same time it folds up to go unflder a bed or in a cupboard to take up less room
Awesome foldable bike
Love this bad boy folds up and disappears when I’m done. Sturdy as heck! Assembled it, and I can tell it’s not flimsy at all. Magnetic resistance is whisper quiet, so no annoying whirring sounds. It glides through resistance levels like a dream- smooth and seamless. Seat’s comfy, and the adjustable height is a lifesaver. Highly recommend!
Good quality and sturdy
I like the foldable design though assembling it up takes some time. It is heavy so very sturdy. Have wheels when moving around. I am quite satisfied for the first week. Hope it will help me get fit.

I am veey happh I was really surprised with the quality of the all parts and how easy it was to put together. One of the great features is the little space it take when is folded, and during the use the display help you to achieve goals, like calories and distance made. I will recommend this product.
