From the brand

Decent watch that has lasted a few weeks now
Have been wearing this since I got sent it for review – its your standard, low priced smart watch.
It does the job and it looks great – think its perfect for those who don’t want to break the bank and just want a nice watch.
fitness tracker and more
My husband recently started using this smart watch, and I can say he’s quite pleased with it. With over 111 sports modes, this watch covers a wide range of activities, which is good for him because he likes trying out different workouts. He’s been impressed with how accurately it tracks his exercises and provides detailed data to help him stay on top of his fitness goals. The call function is good for him. He finds it super convenient to make and receive calls directly from his wrist. However, the app that connects the watch to his phone can be a bit buggy at times. It usually connects fine, but occasionally needs to be restarted
Smart and handy
Great for tracking steps and a easy to operate system. The app is just OK and hasn’t the whistles and bangs of fitbit. Much easier to read and I’m very pleased with my purchase

I would recommend it.
A really nice smart watch with a nice big face and all the basics you’d expect. It links really quickly and simply to your phone via a free app and as well as the usual health monitoring lets you receive texts, notifications and calls. Unlike the Apple Watch it has a nice round face which I think makes it stand out. It is relatively plain which isn’t a complaint, it means it is perfect for everyday use and goes with anything. For the price it’s a great product and would make a great gift.
Great value smart watch
This review is of the A-Black option there is also an A-Rose option which gives it a different look for a slightly cheaper price. The Smart Watch is supplied in a slide out branded box which contains the watch itself attached to a silicon strap along with a charging cable, instructions and a 1-year warranty.
The watch has a 36mm in diameter touch colour screen that is black when not in use. When your hands are cold it sometimes does not respond but is bright and works well most of the time. The charging cable is magnetic and bespoke so make sure you do not lose it. You also need to remove the plastic covers from the front and back before use.
You need to use it with the associated FitCloud Pro app which is in the Apple or Google stores. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth and is simple to pair and set up such as personalising the watch while the date and time are updated automatically. A useful feature is the phone function with contacts being stored in the app plus you can answer and return calls as well as read text messages. This works well when you get used to talking to your watch although you have to remember it is on loudspeaker and others can hear as well!
The watch also has a built-in heart monitor which seems to be accurate and fitness information is captured on the watch and associated app which can also be linked to others such as Google Fit. There are a number of fitness modes accessed via the second button which work well and seem to be accurate from initial testing along with alarms and a stopwatch function. There are a wide range of watch faces, both analogue and digital from the minimalist to garish with others available for download so you should find something to suit.
The screen is activated by pressing the button or swivelling your wrist and this works well most of the time. The screen is touch sensitive and quite responsive in use although the text and icons can be a bit small in some modes. The battery life is excellent lasting 10 to 14 days with intermittent use and it charges quickly via USB although the connection is a little fiddly and you need to make sure it is connected. The case is sealed to IP68 standard meaning it is protected for up to 1.5m of immersion for up to 60 minutes, so is fine for general use but not for swimming.
Overall taking into account the current price of less than 35 as long as you remember to tick the box for the 40% off voucher, this is a clever smart watch at a great price. It is a step up from the budget offerings with the built-in heart monitor, touch screen and phone features but does not quite replace an Apple watch with no pay options and an interface that is not as slick. It looks stylish and well-made and while it needs to be looked after a bit more than a traditional watch it should last well and give good service.
Colourful display and a stylish look
I’m very pleased with this smartwatch as it does everything I need it to. The AMOLED display looked amazing, and the touch sensitivity was great on this smartwatch. It was quite easy to set up and link to my phone, looks great on my wrist, and the price is amazing for the features you get. The smartwatch is waterproof, has a slim and stylish design, and the quality doesn’t feel cheap. Also, the battery life is excellent, and the smartwatch is well-built, robust, and reliable. I would definitely recommend it for its quality, style and features.
Stylish, ok at the reduced price
Supplied in a neat box, this watch would be ideal as a gift.
The strap feels cheap but that can be changed and the face is large, clear and bright.
The app was easy to download and use but I was unable to pair through the QR code on the watch face. I finally paired the watch to the phone.
It has many different functions, most of which I’ve not gone through yet but it has all the typical sports features.
Heart rate and oxygen level work perfectly. The timer has not/will not indicate or sound that the time is up.
Calls and messages come through OK and I can make calls through the watch.
Overall it’s fine at the current reduced price of 56.99 but I wouldn’t want to pay the full price of 119.99
This smart watch is truly an incredible piece of technology that has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. Right off the bat, the Bluetooth call capabilities are so convenient – being able to make and receive calls directly from my wrist is a game-changer. The audio quality is crystal clear thanks to the built-in speaker. Not having to pull out my phone every time it rings is so freeing.
On top of the call functions, having message notifications from all my social apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook stream to my wrist is amazing. I’m always in the loop without constant disruptions from my phone. It’s such a streamlined communication experience.
The comprehensive health tracking is another standout feature I’ve come to really appreciate. Monitoring sleep quality, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels gives me a much better overall picture of my health and fitness progress. The sedentary and hydration reminders also help me maintain healthier habits throughout the day.
For fitness, the 111 sport modes cover every activity I could possibly want to track. The IP68 waterproof rating means I don’t have to think twice about wearing it for a swim or in the rain. It’s held up perfectly to all my sweaty workouts so far.
The large, brilliant 1.43″ AMOLED display looks fantastic, and having the ability to customize the watch face keeps things fresh and stylish. The added smart features like music playback, the stopwatch, breathing exercises, and camera remote are also incredibly handy.
Battery life is the one area where this watch doesn’t quite hit a home run – while the 260mAh cell lasts a respectable amount of time, I do find myself having to charge it every 4-5 days with regular use, which is a tad inconvenient.
But in total, this watch delivers exceptional functionality, tracking, and style that has truly upgraded my wearable experience. The battery life is a minor gripe in the grand scheme of how feature-packed and well-designed this smart watch is. Highly recommended for its smart capabilities and fitness focus.
For a smart watch at a smart price, this is worth considering.
This is quite a ‘smart’ Gerpeng Watch for Men as it does look quite impressive. It has a 1.43″ AMOLED display, with the usual features you would expect but in much more expensive models. It comes in a presentations type box, so handy if gifting to anyone. Also in the box is a small book of instructions plus the designated charging lead. Among its features is an impressive and clear to see display screen, with really vivid stand-out detailing: it has Bluetooth, a heart and sleep monitor plus a handy pedometer with tacking data easy to access plus a host of other functions listed in the specifications that I won’t bore with again here! It’s also waterproof plus it’s possible to formulate or customise the features you require in preference on the dial. The strap is a ‘rubber type’ that is quite soft but feels robust plus with the easy to change pins, could be changed easily if required. It certainly packs in a lot of features but it doesn’t cost a fortune but it’s design and functions suggest otherwise. For a smart watch at a smart price, this is worth considering.
Good entry level smart phone
For the price this is a good entry level smart phone. Arrived well presented and packed. The smart phone itself has a stylish design. Good clear if small instructions. App eaay to download then set up. Like the many different clock face options. Loads of features. Very pleased with everything here.
This smart watch comes nicely boxed, making it great for gifting. The watch looks sleek, modern, and stylish. The only thing I’m not very keen on is the strap, which I think looks a bit cheap.
The watch connected quickly and easily to my phone, with all the functions working as they should (although the step counter isn’t overly accurate). The screen is clear, easy to read, and responsive. I particularly like the analogue clock face option.
Overall, it’sa decent, reasonably priced, budget smart watch.
Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope you found it helpful.
One of a big bunch of similar products
I do like a smartwatch and, to be fair, everything works as well as is expected with this one – from answering calls, to seeing text messages, to telling the time.
No issues whatsoever and step count is accurate.
Strap could be more comfortable and the watch could retain more watch faces.
The dial centre comes with the usual array of possible faces and, as usual, most of them are not for me.
There a loads of watched out there that use the same Fitcloud Pro app and have the same operating system so, on that basis, I’d suggest buy whichever brand is cheapest at the time.
Doesn’t do anything badly but it’s very much the same as others.
Feels slightly dated but great features
This Smart Watch would have been quite exciting about a decade ago, but now with watches carrying their own GPS trackers for very little more it just feels dated.
It will track heart-rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure (but not entirely accurately), and links to a phone for messaging and calls (but not, for some reason, GPS tracking).
And you can also select from a (limited) range of watch faces — and this is where it does look good. The display is quite sharp
However it’s a very walled garden of options, with little hope of the range updating or expanding.
The charger is also a bit non-standard and I cannot find any source for a replacement if anything went wrong with it.
The problem this watch has is that it falls between the stools, between cheaper and slightly more basic introductory fitness band, and proper smartwatch like a Garmin or a Fitbit or the Amazfit range.
If you are wanting to try out the idea of a smartwatch, this is a bit expensive, but if you want a serious device well, this isn’t it — spend a few quid more a get a proper one.
Stylish and Functional
The Gerpeng Smart Watch for Men is both good-looking and easy to use. Its big screen is a plus, and it offers plenty of useful features. It’s a decent alternative to more expensive options.
Nice watch
Gerpeng Smart Watch for Men – 1.43″ AMOLED Display, Smartwatch with Call Function, 111+ Sports, IP68 Waterproof, Fitness Watch with Heart Rate SpO2 Sleep Monitor Step Counter for Android iOS
Price 119.99
Arrived in a box with charging cable. charged relatively quickly and was super easy to install onto my phone.
It has various functions and certain things can come through on the watch like messages, texts, emails etc you just need to go into the app to allow this. The screen is big and allows for easy navigation and viewing. It is also waterproof which is a bonus. The battery life lasts a couple of days with medium usage and Im sure longer once the novelty has worn off. Nice watch I am happy with it and hasn’t dropped off from my phone unlike some others I have tried in the past.
I really love this smartwatch, it’s very comfortable and looks high-end without breaking the bank.
The watch comes with only one strap (silicone) but that doesn’t bother me as I prefer the rubber straps to metal or leather types. The strap is attached on tension/spring bars so it’s very easy to remove/change if you do prefer metal/leather straps.
The watch screen is quite thin and sleek which I really like and the colours are vivid and crisp. The screen is nice and bright but you have five brightness levels which is great. It also has the function of being used as a little light which is really useful. It comes with 4 watchfaces loaded, but when you connect it to the app there are over a hundred to choose from so you’re sure to find something which you like. The menus are easy to use and there’s no lag on the touchscreen control.
The app is clean, and easy to use. You can connect it to other fitness apps on your phone (Samsung fit for me) which is really handy. The app doesn’t use too much battery on my phone when it’s running in the background either. Connecting the watch to the app is super simple and takes less than a minute to do, the watch has a QR code on screen which directs you to download the app.
Battery life is fantastic, it takes a couple of hours to charge the watch but the charge lasts days (I’m on 90% after two days of basic use.) The charging cable is a fair length, and a standard USB connection to the power. The connection to the watch is via magnets, it snaps into place easily and stays securely connected so if you bump it whilst charging it doesn’t disconnect. The screen shows a green circle whilst charging and the watch vibrates once charging is complete which is really useful.
In terms of functionality; other than the expected time/calendar, phone connection etc, there’s various useful things like: heart rate, blood oxygen, step counter with a distance and calories burnt measurement. It also has timers, weather, sleep tracking, and some other things like breath training. The one thing missing is blood pressure, which tends to be standard on smartwatches but isn’t included on this one. I’m not too bothered by the lack of a blood pressure reading, but it could be disappointing to others. I love the fact that it’s waterproof too so I’m not worried about splashing it when I’m watching my hands or getting it damp after a hard workout.
Overall I think this is a brilliant smartwatch, it’s sleek, well designed and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it, but be aware of the lack of blood pressure measurement. 4*
small scree
I recently tried a Smart Watch for Men with a 1.43″ display, but I found it to be a bit small for my liking. While it offered a range of features and functionalities, including fitness tracking, notifications, and even some smartwatch apps, the screen size was somewhat limiting.
The smartwatch was sleek and stylish, with a comfortable band and lightweight construction. It looked great on my wrist and didn’t feel bulky or obtrusive, which was a plus.
Despite its smaller size, the smartwatch still managed to pack in a lot of useful features. It tracked my steps, heart rate, and sleep patterns accurately, and I appreciated being able to receive notifications directly on my wrist. The battery life was also decent, lasting a full day with moderate use.
However, the smaller screen made it somewhat challenging to interact with the watch, especially when trying to read messages or view detailed information.
Good alternative if you don’t want one of the big name brands
I’m not going to wear this everyday, as an Apple fanboy I’m devoted to my Apple Watch – however I travel abroad a lot and go to some dodgy areasso when I travel I have a cheap Samsung I go with and install a local sim. Testing this out with my Samsung, it works pretty well and performs all the basic functions I need,
The strap is comfortable, the quality of the watch itself is acceptable at this price point. Have a good selection of watch faces, easy to find and pair with the app (it comes with a qr code to scan).
It really can do most of what my Apple Watch can do, but not as customisable of course for obvious reasons. But for tracking fitness and basic things whilst travelling, this is a win. If you don’t have an iPhone, I’d suggest this is better than wasting money on a Google or Samsung smartwatch.
Nice, basic smart watch. Clear scree
I’ve owned quite a few different smart watches over the years. For a budget one, working out at around 36 at the time of review, via a voucher, it’s actually not that bad.
The screen is full dial and clear, with nice crisp colours.
The functions work well. Although you don’t get GPS in this price range, tracking is easy to do and, I believe, will work alongside your phone.
Steps. Heart rate, etc all work as they should and are generally close enough.
The strap is a nice fitting rubber one. It’s comfortable to wear.
Battery life is quoted to be reasonable.
My only issues is that the built in memory is small, so you can only have one additional watch face saved at a time. This is a little annoying when there are so many to choose from, yet you have to download and flash each time.
Overall, fairly good for the price and recommends for anyone who doesn’t need a fancy branded one with GPS.
This is a great smart watch.
Installing the software onto my Android phone and setting up the smart watch to sync to my phone was very intuitive. I didn’t need to look at the little pamphlet that came in the box with the watch. Switching the watch on, a message suggested that I charge up the phone, which I did using the USB to phone cable.
After a couple of hours of charging, the watch told me to install the fitnesscloudpro app from the Google Play store, which I also did. I had to set up an account – providing an email address and creating a password. This took a few minutes.
After that, the watch synced to my phone and I was able to use the two of them together. For example, the phone app let me choose from many dozens of watch faces ranging from simple and moderately sophisticated to bright and suitable for kids.
I was able to choose the specific notifications that I wanted to receive on my watch. For instance, I tend to use Facebook Messenger for social messaging and WhatsApp more for work. I can toggle the options on the phone app to allow messages from one of them but not the other (or both or neither). There are many, many options for choosing exactly what notifications I want to have come through to buzz me on the watch.
Other functions work as expected and are very intuitive. Simply swiping the watch face in one of the four directions brings up further options. A few more swipes and taps allows me to control music on my phone using the watch; I can check my heart rate; I can shake the watch to get my phone to take a photo. It’s all very useful.
The fact that the watch has an AMOLED screen is a big bonus. The dark colours and blacks are so much darker than on an LCD watch that my partner has.
Overall, I’m so pleased with this Gerpeng watch. The strap looks good and fits well. The watch face looks good – and having an AMOLED makes it look so sharp and stylish. The functionality is good too. I think it’s a great combination of looks and features at a very reasonable price.
Very good value for money
Really comfortable to wear. Painless to install the app (scan the qr code on watch and straight to play store to download) and to setup the notifications etc.
Nice looking dispay and works really well. The photos show one of maybe 100 plus watch faces, the AOD and the settings screen which is an easy swipe down on the main screen.
I have another smarwatch which costs me 350 and this really doesn’t offer much less functionality for a seventh of the price. The band is very soft and comfortable.
Overall it a decent smart watch/fitness band. Very hard not to like at the price.
Watch was paired with a Samsung galaxy a34 .
Good quality smartwatch. Everything works well except a problem connecting WhatsApp with my Samsung phone. Online instructions for this particular make of watch are difficult to find and the instruction manual that comes with the watch doesn’t give much help.
Great affordable smart watch
After arriving a couple of days ago, I’m very happy with the watch, as it’s perfect, it’s big, the numbers look clear, it’s looks very nice, has a lot of functions, you can receive calls and you hear very well from the watch.
Reading WhatsApp or SMS messages, control music, measure your steps, the exercise you do, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep measurement, it’s really a very complete tool. I’m delighted with it.
Arriving in just 1-day, I recommend it, as you can also customise the screen with photos, and the design is beautiful, elegant, simple and very decent quality at a very affordable price, meanig you can’t go wrong.
“Premium look!”
This is great alternative, premium looking smart watch. Well made and easy to set up and use. I like the size and the slimness of it. Price is not so bad actually and good as a first smart watch and for gifting as well.
