    Very good
My first multi-temp kettle. Very pleased so far. Good quality, boils quickly and nice to be able to heat without boiling. Doesn’t appear to be noisy or produce too much steam on boil as other have said

Boils fast and looks good !
I was a bit apprehensive of buying a brand that I had never heard of but I needn’t have worried. This kettle is so much better than the Russell Hobbs model that I have just returned. This one cost a few pounds more but well worth it. Solidly built, looks stylish and most important it boils very fast. I am impressed.

After reading the various reviews I still went ahead and purchased this product. I love it it is so fast and the reviews which complain about it not being steady on the base is true until you look for the reason why xxxx you HAVE to make sure the power cable is secure underneath. Once you’ve done that it’s as steady as a rock Remember IT MUST SIT FLAT ON YOUR WORKTOP. A brilliant kettle

Quick to boil and quiet. If you are buying this because of it’s low noise reputation, you will find it is quite noisy to start with, but then it gets quieter over time and the more you use it. After 3-weeks average use, you can barely hear it.

We bought this to replace our older and very expensive “smart” kettle. We like that you can choose the heat setting to suit your needs and love the keep warm setting too! You can easily see how much water is in the kettle without needing to see the gauge with the see through sides. We live in a hard water area so know that we will need to descale it regularly to keep it looking good
I can highly recommend not just for the functionality or the price (it’s excellent value) but it’s also made in the UK!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLove having options.
I really like having different temperature options. No more waiting for the kettle to stop boiling at 100 and the kitchen steaming up. I mostly use the 90 function for teas & coffees. Has a nice slow pour. Feels sturdy without being heavy. Very pleased with my purchase.

    Fast and quiet.
When making an Americano, the 70degree setting is perfect. 100degree makes a great cup of Ceylon tea.
The only issue I would note is that with a glass body, you can clearly see how much limescale gets deposited by our hard water. Then again, a dash of descaler every now and then is not too much of a hardship.

Have started using it for almost two weeks . Really loving the feature of button controlled tempreture , makes it ideal for preparing coffee . Other than tat , love that the top part ( cover ) can be removed and i can easily reach the bottom to clean it . The blue light on the button and the body is nice to look at .
    So far , loving i

    Quick and efficient.
It’s a good looking kettle, it boils fast and is easy to fill. The lid has to be removed to fill but, this is not a deal breaker as this makes it easier to clean the inside.
Only had it for a few weeks so cannot comment on reliability.
Overall It’s a good replacent for my old kettle.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersGreat looking kettle with useful temp settings (even if temp isn't accurate)
I mostly have the kettle set to 80C – in fact it does still boil before switching off, but it doesn’t boil for long, saving both electricity, and steam in kitchen. It seems that 70C, 80C and 90C function just the same as 100C if you’ve only got a small amount of water, but with more water there is certainly an earlier cut off. I really like the easy button push to turn the kettle on (or off) – though some people might object to the audible peep (1 peep for one or off, 2 peeps for auto off). I also like the no fuss lid, if you want to take the lid off to fill the kettle quickly. Finally – great looking kettle! Water level visible from all angles & illumination is nice.

Rather short cable limits where you can plug it in.
The kettle itself seems good value for money, compared to the much more expensive competitors. The only limitation seems to be the slightly short flex on the base station is just too short for where we normally have our kettle. As an example our previous sage kettle had an extra 23cm of cable which in our instance would make all the difference.

I really liked this kettle it works well, is good to handle and looks great in my kitchen.. or it did ( to be fair it is a few years on but a kettle SHOULD last years). Whilst it is still working perfectly I am looking to replace it due to how scruffy it is looking. First of all the paint has scratched of on the spout just by filling it at the tap and even sadder is that the paint comes off when I try to clean it, so the choice is more bald spots or stains or replacing it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersGreat for tea
I wanted a kettle with different temperature settings for brewing specialist teas. This hits the spot perfectly with four different settings from 70C to 100. Its also quite a large kettle, sits on a sturdy, attractive base, pours well and has a comfortable handle. A well designed piece of kit and a pleasure to use.

After some 20 years my current kettle broke down.
Finding a new one was not as easy as I thought but after lots of research, I settled on this one.
It’s even more striking than the photos would suggest. It’s rare for people to comment on a kettle but they do on this one!
And it’s packed with features found on models 2/3 times the price. For example, temperature control, limescale filter, a “keep warm” function and a good pouring spout. Additionally, it uses a 3kw element for fast efficient boiling. The lid fits snugly and provides a wide entrance for filling.
Temperature control is ideal for coffee & specialist teas as well as other uses of heated water.
The glass & stainless steel build are not only quality & classy, they fulfill a need. It’s easy to see the water level and there’s no risk of plastic flavour reported in other good brands.
Haden is a well established UK company which is also nice & they clearly have their attention on quality.
The only very minor niggles I have are that the power lead could be a little longer perhaps and that it is a bit noisy when heating at 100 degrees. Not so bad at lower temperatures though.
It’s early days yet so I can’t comment on the product longevity. I’ll update this review in 10 years or so!!
