Tolle Flasche für unterwegs
Dies ist nicht unsere erste ion8-Flasche, aber die erste mit dem doppelt gesicherten Verschluss.
Grundstzlich finde ich die Qualitt der Flaschen toll. Sie sind bei uns tglich in Kindergarten und Schule im Einsatz und auch in Kinderhnden bisher immer 100% dicht und super in Handhabung. Sowohl der Kunststoffdeckel als auch der Edelstahlflaschenkrper fhlen sich sehr wertig an und sind robust fr den tglichen Einsatz. Beides ist als splmaschinenfest gekennzeichnet.
Die Trinkffnung hat in meinen Augen die perfekte Gre und es geht absolut nichts daneben. Bei unseren alten Flaschen gab es einen Bgel am Verschluss und einen Knopf, der den Deckel aufspringen lsst. Das hat ehrlich gesagt bei uns zum sicheren Verschlieen ausgereicht.
Bei dieser Flasche hat nun ein Schieber den Knopf ersetzt: in der oberen Position ist der Deckel verschlossen, in der unteren lsst sich der Schieber drcken und der Deckel geht auf. Dadurch ist die Flasche sicher noch zuverlssiger verschlossen, als mit dem alten System, allerdings springt der Deckel auch nicht mehr ganz so zuverlssig auf, sondern es braucht manchmal eine zweite Hand. Strt mich nicht weiter, aber fr manche Einsatzbereiche vielleicht eine wichtige Info.
Ich nutze die Flasche im Alltag fr Wasser, das bleibt angenehm temperiert, solange man die Flasche nicht in die pralle Sonne stellt.
Speziell bei dieser Flasche hat sich nach wenigen Tagen der Aufdruck an einigen Stellen gelst, siehe Bilder. Das Problem hatten wir bisher noch nie, im Gegenteil: auch von der Langlebigkeit und Haptik der Farbe war ich bisher begeistert. Das Petrol scheint leider anflliger zu sein. Trotzdem eine super Flasche!
Brilliant water bottle
I’m so pleased with this water bottle – it’s the ideal size (holds enough drink, but not too much so it doesn’t end up being too heavy), doesn’t leak and it can even go in the dishwasher!
It looks really smart too, and the metal seems to keep my water colder. The secure catch on the lid means it doesn’t come open by accident, but is still easy enough to open.

Super cute bottle
I love water bottles. I keep buying them to the point my cupboard is overloaded but then just go and opt for the same two for work, every single time. This bottle is lush though, it’s really well made – solid stainless steel and a gorgeous navy and baby blue squiggly pattern! The sensory feedback on the pattern alone is lovely. The bottle is nice and compact but holds half a litre, fair play! It’s so easy to clean and it feels lovely to drink out of, the lock on the top is a pain to open but once you learn it, it’s easy. All in all, I love this bottle!
Great for summer - it keeps water cool for hours
This Ion8 insulated bottle will be great for the summer as it keeps my water cool for hours.
I love the wavy pattern on it and the lid can be locked so you can’t accidentally open it. It also has a carry handle that sits neatly in the lid when not in use. It’s easy to hold and easy to clean (it’s dishwasher safe).
I have a few Ion8 bottles now and love all of them. If you have an Ion8 straw, it fits this bottle too.

great water bottle
Great insulated water bottle. It’s not leaking, keeping drinks cool. The lock seems good quality as well, so far I didn’t have an issue with that. Easy to wash, looks really good too
Really well made - Easy to clean - Leak proof
We absolutely love these bottles and you can see from the second that you hold it that the quality really is in the manufacture. from the locking lid to the easy to remove top and pull out silicon insert, you know that you hygienically and easily cleaned these bottles without any issue at all. They are also very robust in both the printing and finish.

Cleverly designed and works very well
I ordered this for my partner as she recently dropped her water bottle, that she keeps by her bed at night, and being made from plastic it unfortunately cracked. So when I saw this I ordered it. Being stainless steel she can drop it as much as she likes.
My girlfriend loves the design and colour scheme. It does look much better in real life than the product photos portray. The wave pattern isn’t just for aesthetics it’s also very practical. The slightly raised wave pattern looks good but also makes it easier to grip. The flask is well made and everything works as it should. The carry handle folds away if you don’t need it and there’s a small clasp that locks the cap closed which is pretty neat. Even though it’s just a bottle/flask a lot of thought has gone into the design.
As far as performance goes we’ve been very impressed. She uses it for cold water mainly and keeps it by the bed. The ION8 ensures it’s fresh and cold whenever she needs it.
We’re also very happy that it’s dishwasher safe and carbon neutral.
Overall we couldn’t be happier with it. It’s very well designed and does what we need it to.
Good quality
This thermos flask takes 500ml, I checked it and 500ml is approx 0.5cm below the rim. The thermos weighs 250g when empty and 748g when full (500ml).
The flask is well made, stainless steel coated in a mat paint making it easy to hold. The cap is a strong plastic and screws on/off to make filling/washing easier. The cap also has a popup hanging/holding ring, catch lock and sprung catch. I filled the flask with boiling water and was surprised by how cool the outside felt. When emptying it later the water was still steaming hot. Initially I did find that when I turned it upside down and then back again it leaked a little, but tightening the cap as far as it would go stopped the leak.

Great bottle made from stainless steel, bottle holds around 500ml and is insulated so your drink stays cold a long time.
The bottle design is eye catching and I really like the wave pattern. Lid has a helpful latch for carrying and opens with ease once you know how.
Doesn’t leak, easy to carry.
A good size water bottle. Kept my water from leaking. Easy to use once I’d mastered the buttons, push down and press for open. Then lid pops up. Push button Up to shut then lift the loop over to lock.
My water tasted good longer being in this metal drink bottle and it did stay cool.

Stylish and functional insulated flask
This Ion8 insulated flask is a wonderful product, which special features that feel both high quality and practical.
This has several features, such as a flip out carry handle where you can hang it on a digit or tie up against something. There are also rubber bungs, and a clasp with a flip switch to prevent any leakage. This also acts as insulation, as an insulated flask this well keep hot drinks hot or cold drinks cold, as to how long this will need testing but looking at the quality and the size, being 500ml, this should easily last a day.
A final note on its practically, the flask opening is large, larger than most insulated flasks on the market, which helps with cleaning the inside of the flask. The interior has the lettering SUS304, which indicates the interior is made from food grade stainless steel.
Overall, alongside it’s practicality and quality, the appearance is nice and pleasing. There is a texture to the glossy ripples design which adds to its grip. This would make a lovely, functional gift to encourage drinking more fluids.
Brilliant - in so many ways...
I have a few ION8 water bottles. They’re very well made and robust. In a stylish, summery Wave design, this one’s a vacuum insulated steel version – and the build quality is very high. One thing I appreciate is that this lightweight water bottle is easy care and dishwasher-friendly. But in use this bottle really is a cut above. Leakproof, it features ION8’s ingenious triple lock cover.
If you’re new to ION8, it’s really intuitive. The final step is pressing down on the slider button at the front of the bottle which pops the cap backwards to reveal a sports’ mouthpiece that’s very easy to drink from.
This bottle is slimline – handy to stick in the side pocket of a backpack but it also fits the cup holder in my car and adds to its overall versatility.
The Wave design has a beauty that’s more than skin deep with the high shine waves set against a matte teal blue background. There’s a degree of non-slipness inherent in it. It’s amazing how much there is to say about this ION8 bottle. It even features an integrated carrying handle which could be linked to a carabiner.
