Great case... for the price
I bought the version without fans – I just needed a budget case that could accomodate an ATX motherboard and my existing kit. But I was pleasently surprised by the quality of it, and this is a better case than some I have bought at more than twice the price.
The hinged glass panel side is a brilliant feature, as is the option to then lift it off the hinges once opened. The case is sturdy enough, when assembled, and has sensible options for cable management.
On the downside I did have to make my own fan filter for the front – the case design front grill lets in dust. Also there was not enough headroom above the motherboard to fit a radiator with its fans, so I had to mount that at the front instead. Also the top USB ports are 2 x USB 2.0, and 1x USBC. No USB 3.0 which is my most used type! And those ports are positioned top right side which is not very convenient – why not front mount them?
But really at this price there’s little to complain about.
Pretty good
Surprisingly good.
This is a cheap but cheerful case with enough room for my need.
I chose to go without the installed fans as they are usually rubbish, and I went with 5 non stupid RGB 120mm high pressure fans.
Good case for the money.
With fans - deffo worth the money.
So yeah, it’s quite good for how cheap it is.
Included argb fans are not great quality but for a budget build ? Nothing more to ask for.
The only real downside is cable management and holes for cables. Not a good placing of those, not much space for cable management in the back of the case.
But again – it’s a good budget case.
Decent quality, good for airflow and cable management. You get a USB C port on top.
Overall, a well built case with tempered glass side hinge which is the highlight. Plenty of room inside and for cable management. It did allow me to fit a 240mm aio
On top however. I had slight issues in fitting ram on a matx motherboard. I’m not sure if it was to do with the case size or the aio fan height as you got to install radiator too. I bought it for 47 roughly. If the case sticks around at 45. Then it’s a case worth the money.
Just what I needed
I had a spare motherboard from upgrading my main PC so this case seemed ideal – Full ATX or smaller Mobos supported rubber grommets on all the cable feed holes – white rubber would have been better but they are still very good. I fitted three white 120mm fans I had lying around. The glass door is really nice with a hinge and a white border of about 1 inch so any fingerprints are less noticeable.
My motherboard is B450 Tomahawk Max which has lots of fan headers and two 12v RGB headers – so my next step is to fit some lights. The only thing I found a bit less than perfect was the gaping hole in the PSU shroud which, with my black corsair 550X looked really awful – I fixed it by printing a couple of panels in white PLA with red flames.
Pc case
I bought this case for my pc to make it look nice and it’s stunning for its price and it had 4 fans which is great it has a mesh top layer and mesh front I bought this case as it is a cheap reliable case and very good fir its money.
Best case I’ve bought yet for the value
Case is perfect for all builds, glass panel on the side opens on a hinge which is extremely helpful for cleaning out the pc, also for the price you’ll not get a case for better value.
Easiest case I have built in so far.
Had the whole pc together within half an hour, cable management is very easy with this case.
airflow is great even with stock fans, only real issue is because of the good airflow the case gets dusty very quick.
Would be better if it came with 4 fans though as i had to remove one from the front to use as an exhaust fan until i get a new set of fans.
Otherwise great case. cant fault it.
How things have changed ..gone are the razor blade cheep cases of the past ..hello high quality well made cases of today ..this is the second ionz case as I was so impressed with the first one
Quality on a budget
Lovely looking case with quality switches and plugs
Would definitely recommend ionz..also bought ionz RGB fans and they are also fantastic for the price
Would definitely recommend
Excellent case
Used many different cases over the years and this one is one of the cheaper ones but also one of the best cases I’ve built into. Great visually once filled with RGB fans and the airflow thru the case is superb. Will be purchasing another very soo
