I have been using this for a week and im now up to 25 minutes, easing myself up to the recommended 30. Ive used it every other day and i have lost 2 lb! I pop headphones in and watch some tellie in my phone whilst using it. It took quite a few attempts to get the movement right so dont give up after 10 minutes like i nearly did.
The only negative i have about this product is the noise. I have been kicked out into the garage because no one else can get any peace whilst i use it and if i try to use it later in the evening or earlier in the morning when they’re in bed instead i wake them all up. That being said i would definitely recommend this! Its low impact (perfect for me and my dodgy back that cant do up and down motion like running or jumping) but gets your heart pumping and the sweatband really does its job and protects your skin.
I cannot for the life of me use a hula hoop and I also find this hard. My kids find it fantastic and can keep the weight going. This is worth the money paid and is so easy to set up and use
