Easy to fit on a vent and nice and secure
Great to use with my iPhone and case as they already both have the magnetic charging circle on the back. Also comes with a stick on circular magnetic piece, for those phones that don’t have one already.
Very easy to fit and seems nice and secure. Simple to adjust position and angle for best viewing when using your phone as a satnav. Highly recommended.

Very simple and elegant in comparison to others we’ve had. This one is easy to attach and looks sleek once on even without your device. The magsafe works so well too.

Holds my phone in place
This product is great. It does what it says on the tin. I was confident in using it based on the description. I think there are some areas can be improved but it’s too early to tell yet. It’s well made, and will look forward to using in continously.

Driving through bustling streets and winding roads, the necessity for a secure mount became evident. Encountering rough patches, the magnetic hold remained unyielded, a testament to its promised stability. A drawback noted, the lack of charging capability required some adjustment in routine, necessitating separate arrangements for keeping the device powered on long journeys. The elegance of the design did not go unnoticed, adding a touch of sophistication to the interior. However, the limitation posed by air vent compatibility might deter users with incompatible vehicles.
Stylish, Good Quality Phone Vent Mou
The holder comes in it’s own box which contains the vent mount, the circular holder, a metal ring for non Magsafe phones with a wet wipe and a phone protector sheet. It also has a small “operating Instructions” booklet, do not throw this away as if you look closely the top of each page is perforated and acts as a guide for you to place the metal ring on your phone.
I have had Lamicall products in the past and they have all been good quality and this is no exception. The glass front of the holder looks really stylish and is probably the best I have seen phone mount wise. The actual glass is surrounded by a small silicone ring that holds the phone just off of the holder to protect it.
The vent mount is of very good quality and has a wider hook (12mm) when compared to others and it is an all metal construction which means it is very strong. When fitted it is very sturdy and secure in the vent.
I have a phone with a Magsafe case and the phone holder held my phone really well, I could not shake it off. I also tried the holder with another phone that has a metal rectangular plate on the back and it held that, although not as well as the circular one.
All in all this is a good quality, robust, sturdy and very stylish product that I really like. The price (16.99 at time of review) is a limited time offer, but even at full price (19.99) I think is a fair price to pay for the quality and construction of this holder. 5 stars all the way.

Very sturdy magnetic car vent holde
Please note this is not a charger — it is only phone holder. Assuming you know that then you’ll be happy with this as a phone holder for your iPhone or other phone equipped with a magnetic ring. I like this style of holder as it clamps safely onto the vent, but it supported mostly underneath the holder by some plastic tabs that provides support to the dashboard itself. It’s hard to explain without seeing it, but you’ll understand once you install it in your vent. I think it protects the vent itself and also provides a good stable base for the phone. The magnetic attraction itself is very good and I’ve had no issues using this in the car. Recommended!
Looks good and holds phone
I really like the look of this. It is a nicely engineered piece of kit. It feels solid and quality. It holds the phone well—holding my iPhone 12 through a silicone case without using the supplied magnetic ring.
There is a little silicone bead running around the circumference aimed at keeping the glass or metallic back of your phone off the glass of the holder. This nice touch will prevent scratches, although I wonder how long the silicone bead will last.
My only complaint is that I didn’t check if it fitted my car! Sadly there is nowhere in my humble Peugeot 107 for it!
Looks and feels like quality…
Lovely looking phone holder with its shiny glass plate. But more importantly it works! My MagSafe phone fits and holds onto this MagSafe phone holder very well. This replaces my last one due to the phone constantly falling off, going around a corner or a roundabout (and not driving like Lewis Hamilton)!
This is a solid construction and fits in the vent really really well, with no movement.
If you don’t have a MagSafe phone case, don’t worry, there’s one included that you can stick onto either your phone or your case.

I had a previous iteration of this phone holder, from this brand, and must admit, this one is sleeker and just looks a bit “quality” than the previous one. Not sure why or whether it’s just some sort of placebo but it does to me.
Anyway, the crooks of it is that this phone holder is absolutely perfect for my use case. It fits my car vents perfectly and my iPhone 15 sticks to it like a glove. It hasn’t fallen off – and I have gone over some rough roads might I add! – and if I’m honest don’t think it is likely to either.
Granted all of these things are dependent upon your phone case / the quality of the magnet being used but I’m extremely happy with this holder and more than happy to recommend loads!

Having owned products made by Lamicall in the past I was in no way surprised by the excellent quality and look and feel of this Lamicall Magsafe phone car holder.
The mount has a metal hook which will affix to most air vent types (see item description to check yours are compatible) and then a base plate which holds it secure once mount is in place. To install the mount first turn the nut to extend out the hook so that there is enough clearance for it to go inside the air vent and through over the back of the vent blade you have chosen to fix to. Then close the nut to retract the hook until it stops on the back of the vent blade. Would advise to not overtighten here as the vent blade is likely plastic in your car whilst this hook is metal so if over tighten it could damage the air vent.
The holder is what really sets this item apart — it just looks top quality and will not look out of place in expensive high end cars. To fix the holder to the mount you first need to loosen the nut on the rear of the holder so that it is pretty much as loose as it can be whilst not falling off. Then push the rear of the holder over the ball of the mount (with the nut on rear of holder in place as above) and once clicks in you then tighten the nut of the holder to secure the holder and also to fix it in the angle and position that is best for you when driving (please see photo’s).
The strength of the magnet is excellent meaning your phone is very secure when driving, even over bumpy roads.
In case your phone is not made with in-built Magsafe compatibility or your existing phone case is not Magsafe then this item comes with a Magsafe sticker than can be affixed to the back of your phone or case. There is also an instruction pamphlet to show where to position the Magsafe sticker but this information and templates are provided for iphones only. This is no issue though as you just need to place the sticker central on rear of phone side to side and just above centre on the height for optimum position.
I do recommend this Lamicall Magsafe phone charger if you are looking to purchase a phone holder for your car which is magnetic and not a clamp based model. Need to bear in mind that with it being so small and compact it is only possible to rotate it 360 degrees and tilt it slightly where it sits, since it does not have an arm from the air vent mount.
A Supurb example of a high quality phone holder.
Like most people, I have tried vent phone holders and then thrown them in the bin, as they are useless, made from cheap plastic hoping to make a quick profit.
This my friends is something different.
It is made from luxurious materials, that look and feel exquisite.
Even the vent clip is well thought out and constructed well.
I have tested this on 3 vehicles all with either square or oblong air vents, all had positive results. The holder was a solid fit, with no movement and held both my iPhone 14 and my Samsung S24 Ultra with ease, although as my Samsung isn’t magsafe fitted, I used the included round magnet, which is strong enough to hold my phone, even on our UK roads.
With the included circular magnet, it means I do not lose the wireless charging facility, which is another positive.
You see I cannot find a single negative for this, and I have tried as I generally don’t like vent holders.
premium quality magsafe holde
I’ve tried a few of these magsafe phone holders and I can honestly say that this is the best one by far. Firstly the magsafe plate feels really weighty and robust and I think it may be glass coated, or possibly resin coated. It also has a nice visual design and it looks very expensive. The clip that attaches to the air vents is also very good quality.
I’m extremely happy with this and I can highly recommend.
Works in a 2023 Kia Stonic & Armoured Tuff Case
First lets deal with the only issue we had, attaching the vent mount section to the car as instructed, caused the whole unit to tilt forward and became unstable, mounting the vent mount attachment near the bottom of the air vent, so that the lower arm rested against the air vent surround, made for a much more stable platform.
We tested the Lamicall mount with both the wife’s iPhone 13 mini, in a pretty standard MagSafe compatible case, and my iPhone 15 pro in a heavy armoured tuff case, both were held in place securely and there was no movement during our trip, which to be honest surprised us.
Unlike our other mount, we really did like the look of this one, with its clear glass front and silver bezel, it really fits in well with the whole modern ‘Tear down’ movement that has become so popular with phone skins and cases.
Overall the Lamicall Magnetic Phone Holder does everything that it claims to do, so from that point of view, it easily gets the full 5 stars.
Class in Glass
I’ve used Lamicall equipment before so had fairly high expectations and I wasn’t disappointed. Super-compact and made from premium-feeling materials this is possibly the nicest magnetic phone mount I’ve owned to date. The deeply knurled knob that extends and retracts the fixing hook is click-stopped to help stop it from loosening under vibrations and it just feels so sure and secure. Likewise the collar that you tighten to lock the ball joint is a breeze to tighten or loosen. The circular mounting plate feels cold to the touch and is made from Aluminium or an alloy of some kind while the face is glass with subtle graphics and the ring of 20 N52 magnets visible around the border. N52? It’s apparently the highest performance grade of Neodymium magnet and boy do they hold! I’d twist your handset when you remove it for fear of ribbing your vent out. Around the edge of the glass face plate, there is a thin silicone ring sandwiched between the glass and the Aluminium/alloy holder. It doesn’t seem to sit any higher than the glass face but it does appear to offer some cushioning.
The unit is compatible with all MagSafe handsets and comes with a self-adhesive metal ring and wipes to attach it to a phone or case that isn’t MagSafe by default.
There can’t be many mobile phone holders that have the looks to actually enhance a car interior but this comes as close as I’ve seen. Not cheap but unique and classy enough to justify the price in my humble opinion.
Strong MagSafe phone holde
The magnets in this mount are strong. Strong enough it can hold a non-MagSafe phone with a metal plate under its case. It may be hard to see from the photos but there is a rubber ring around the edge of the magnet face. This is a nice touch as it should help protect your phone or case from getting scratched.
The mount arrived in a small box that contains the mount in two halves, the vent attachment side and the magnet side. These are attached together via a ball and socket. Also included are a cleaning wipe and metal ring to attach to non MagSafe phone or cases. Theres also a booklet with instructions of how to attach the ring to said phone. This booklet includes a paper guide for aligning the ring. These guides are only for iPhones X to15, including Mini and Max sizes.
The mount attaches to the cars air vent by inserting the rod between the vents flaps then by turning the dial it pulls the hook behind securing it in place. This hook is wider than other phone mounts that secure them selves using this method which made it a little more difficult to attach might limit on where it can be placed. Once in place, all feels very secure. As stated above the magnets are string enough to hold a phone that has a metal plate behind the case. Adding that extra functionality for non MagSafe phones.
It’s still early days testing this mount but so far the strong magnets have held both MagSafe phones and non MagSafe phones with a metal plate under their case with no issue. Speed bumps and pot holes have not caused the phone to fall off. I like how this phone holder does not protrude as much as others on the market while still having the ball and socket allowing it to be position how you wish.
Please note that this holder will only fit “traditional” style air vents. It will not attach to round style ones like you find in Mercedes cars.
Secure and stylish mou
This magnetic car mount caught my eye for its design and promise of strong hold. True to word, it kept my phone secure through various driving conditions without a hint of slipping. The glass panel adds a touch of class to the car’s interior. However, the inability to charge my phone while mounted was a drawback. Adjusting the viewing angle was smooth, enhancing navigation visibility. The installation was straightforward, but check your air vent’s compatibility.
How did I live without this?
The phone holder is very easy to install – apply the metal ring to the back of the phone, assemble the holder onto its clip and use the hook to mount the holder onto the airvent.
There is plenty of adjustment, and the ball joint can be tightened so that you can touch the screen without it pushing the phone around.
The ball also means you can easily change the orientation of the phone, so useful for switching from one view to another.
I’ve spent so long with the phone sliding around in the centre console, its great to have it firmly placed. Hopefully having it in my view won’t encourage me to use the phone illegally while on the move!

This is a very compact car phone holder which could easily be slipped into a pocket when travelling so that it can be used in hire cars.
The hook fitted securely on the air vents of two cars that I tried it in with no wobbling.
The ball and socket joint allows you to set the phone at a convenient angle.
There’s a self adhesive steel disc to attach to the phone and a cleaning wipe to get rid of any dirt on the phone first.
