Great for Marvel and X-men fans.
This is an ideal Lego set for fans of Marvel and X-Men and in this set you get the X-Jet to build. There are 359 pieces in the kit which is a good amount. The recommended age is 8+ and I would say this is pretty accurate. My nine year old and eleven year old coped pretty well building this by themselves. They didn’t need much help and mostly it was just to check they had built certain parts correctly. Which they usually had. You also get four mini figures which I thought was great as you tend to only get one or two. These characters are Wolverine with attachable claws, Cyclops, Rogue and Magneto.

Overall the instructions for this Lego kit are set out in a straightforward and easy to understand way. The jet is a fun set to build and the characters also help to encourage imaginative play. For me the price is a bit on the high side at time of review. All in all it is a fun set and I would say it is definitely appealing to X-Men fans.

359 piece Marvel set that looks excellent buil
A quality set with 4 very cool minifigures. The instructions are very clear, making the construction process enjoyable and straightforward, and there are 359 pieces in total. The build didn’t take long and when completed, the set look great.

Perfect Lego and Marvel fans. It’s a worthwhile set but at full price, I think it’s a little pricey but has made a very nice addition to my collection.

Thank you for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.

    Great set!
Nostalgia had me ordering this set. I enjoyed building it with my little one. It was easy enough to build – instructions as expected from lego were clear and easy to follow. The set is great to have on display or play with.

Very happy with this but could be cheaper.
Great quality, easy-to-follow instructions, and the finished product is sturdy and very fun to play around with (and also serves as a nice piece of decor on the shelf). The detailing of the minifigures is spot on!

But it’s a bit of a modest build for such a high price. It has 359 pieces that are fairly simple for a tween to put together, lots of play potential and the minifigures are excellent, but it’s not quite perfect on its own. There aren’t any interactive play or barcode features and we added a few extra pieces of our own to make the model a little more playable and aesthetically pleasing, especially at the engines and cargo units. It’s a lovely set for a young X-Men fan, but I’d suggest snatching it on a deal instead of the RRP 74.99.

Would make a fun gift. I’d be happy to recommend.

    Great se
My son and I had great fun building this LEGO Marvel X-Men X-Jet Toy Plane that came with Wolverine, Cyclops, Rogue and Magneto Super Hero Minifigures. Perfect Lego set for me and my family as we are all Marvel fans on this house.
The set was more expensive than I thought it should be but I assume that is because it’s Lego and Marvel. Great that you get 4 minifigures and it’s is very playable as well as has shooting arrows that are fun to use.
Instructions were easy to follow, as you would expect from Lego. Good size set and looks excellent in our playroom.
Good gift for a Lego marvel fan. Food fun to build. Would recommend.

    LEGO Marvel X-Men X-Jet Buildable
I got the Marvel-themed Lego set for our family, and it’s been awesome! The quality is top-notch, as expected from Lego, and the instructions are clear. The kids had a blast building it, and it’s been providing endless fun ever since. Although it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it for Marvel fans. However, I personally think it should be around 50. Still, it’s a great addition to our collection, even if the instructions were a bit tricky to follow at times. Overall, a solid set for Marvel enthusiasts!

    Great product!!
This product was provided by Amazon vine!

LEGO is a well known brand and one that is available for all ages! From child to adult it’s great fun to create a 3D figure from scratch!
This is a marvel set and aimed at anyone 8 years and over. From a well known film X-Men this is a jet like model with additional figures. The set includes numbered bags and a full instruction book which sets out a step by step guide for building. The bags are numbered for each stage of the build and you do have a small amount of remaining pieces left over as spares.
This is great for a child which allows them to follow instructions and what their success create something. It’s also great for fine motor skills for children’s development.
We have adults in the family who still love Lego and it’s a firm family favourite of ours!

    LEGO Marvel X-Men X-Je
We are HUGH Lego fans at our house so any and all manner of arrivals always make us smile. This one is the Marvel X-Men X-Jet which will go down well with all Marvel X-Men fans.

As always with LEGO, great quality, really simple and easy to follow instructions and the ability to download the 3D LEGO Builder app which can take you step by step too. All bricks come in numbered bags, and I love the unique colour of this set….certainly stands out! You get 4 mini figures – Wolverine, Cyclops, Rogue and Magneto and while I know LEGO is generally expensive, this one seems overly so thus the loss of a star. Otherwise, love this and was fun to build.

    Love i
This Marvel-themed Lego set has been a delightful addition to the collection of a family that cherishes Lego and has recently developed an interest in Marvel superheroes.

    The Positives:

Quality and Instructions: True to Lego’s reputation, the set boasts excellent quality. The pieces fit well, and the instructions are clear, making the construction process enjoyable and straightforward for those with Lego-building experience.
Engagement and Play Value: After the swift assembly by the children, it’s heartening to note that the set continued to provide entertainment value. The kids not only enjoyed the building process but also found joy in playing with the completed model, showcasing the set’s versatility and lasting appeal.

    The Downside:

Price Point: The main drawback of this set is its price, which seems inflated considering the number of pieces included. It appears that the premium is attached to the Marvel branding. This aspect might be a point of consideration for budget-conscious buyers or those who weigh the cost against the quantity and complexity of the pieces.

    Conclusion:
Despite the steep price, the Marvel-themed Lego set emerges as a winner in terms of quality, engagement, and the joy it brings to young builders and Marvel fans. It upholds Lego’s standard of quality and manages to captivate the interest of children, both during the building process and in subsequent play. For families who are fans of both Lego and Marvel, this set represents a worthwhile, though somewhat pricey, addition to their collection.

Cool set, but the Marvel branding comes at a cost.
These co-branded sets — Lego Marvel, Lego Starwars etc — never seem to offer the same value as the Lego own brand sets like Lego City of Lego Friends. This Lego Marvel X Men Jet has just 359 pieces in just four bags. I recently made a Lego Friends set with my daughter that had more than double the brick count for less money, and there was so much that you could do with it! This X- Men Jet set includes the classic pictorial instructions, a set of stickers for extra detailing, and 4 X-Men minifigures. My 10-year-old son and I made it in a single sitting. Once constructed, the jet looks cool and is a reasonable size, but it doesn’t do a great deal. The cockpit and the reverse of the cockpit opens and there are torpedoes that launch from the rear. My son was very pleased with it though, so that’s the important thing!

    Another great Lego se
As a family of Lego lovers and now the children are starting to get into Marvel too, this looked like a great set to have. It’s the usual great quality of Lego – good instructions, easy to construct by competent builders. I do think that it’s over-priced for the number of pieces, but I guess that’s due to the Marvel name. The kids built it quickly – as usual!! But they have enjoyed playing with the built model too. So, overall, despite the heavy price tag, another great Lego set.

    Expensive but it’s Lego
It’s very expensive for this relatively small Lego kit. It stands at only 359 pieces and therefore should be around 40 and not 75 (at time of review). However it’s top class as all Lego and comes with excellent instructions and perfect pieces. The box is also smaller and less impressive than I was expecting.

I’m glad to see x men getting some lego love but the price is absolutely absurd

    This is crazy overpriced.

I want more X-Men sets and I want to support the theme, but this is just too expensive.

2 great minifigs, 1 so-so fig (Magento) and one very bad one (Wolverine who is much worse than the CMF version).

This has the same number of characters and nearly the same number of pieces as Shuri’s Sunbird, yet is double the price!

    You pay for the branding
I like Marvel and I like Lego so was looking forward to this. And if course it is very good with lots of attention to detail. The metalwork instructions are not the clearest and most children will require some assistance. I do think the price is too high but presume the licence does not come cheap.

    Looks fantastic
I’ve been a Lego fan my whole life and am always excited to see new arrivals. The new Marvel sets are very eye-catching and will appeal to many fans, I’m sure.

The X-Jet has lived up to all my expectations. It looks great once complete, the 4-passenger capability is fab, it was fun to build and the minifigures are awesome. My only slight niggle is that I would have liked to see Magneto in a more traditional outfit.

Price-wise it is high but I am sure plenty of Marvel fans will love it anyway. If a couple more minifigures were added, it would make the price more justifiable.

    Lego, our favourite
Arrived well packaged and with fast delivery an eccellent Lego set Marvel X-Men X-Jet toy plane, suitable for 8 yo children which include 359 pieces.
I ordered this set as a gift for my son who is a huge fan Marvel.
For the amount of pieces included the price is high but definetly the price is showing off the brand.
My son loves it, and I enjoy these sets also, seeing my kids developing their creativity, logic and keeping them engaged in buildings, not in screens.
Tbe set is coming with well described instruction, as we are use to it from Lego.
    I would highly recommend i

It’s Lego what more do you need to know…
Lego, excellent quality , engaging and challenging toys for children . Not only do children get a well thought out and made toy to play with but they also get the challenge of building it as well which engages them in motor skills and problem solving. This set is the usual Lego quality and design , the only downside is it is rather high priced but then again Lego is a well known premium toy brand . I got this for my grandson and he really enjoyed building and playing with it .

Great to build, a bit pricey
I’ve not seen any X-men Lego before so jumped at the chance to review this because my son adored those films and Lego too.
The level of detail in this set is excellent – the centre console in the seating areas looks so cool :).
The mini figures are well made – you can remove Wolverines claws, there’s little hinged storage boxes to store them in.
Underneath is 2 mini disc shooters (could do with spares of them, it won’t be long before they’re lost!) and lights that can be angled down, and there are missile launchers on both engine bits at the back.
Overall, a lovely piece to build, it looks fabulous when it’s finished.
I did think it was a bit pricey for what you get, but I think collectors will be salivating over this one and pay it anyway.

    Great but tad expensive
Was really excited to receive this item as I am a big Lego lover. At 74.97 (time of review) I was expecting a lot from this but when, it came, I was a little disappointed as it seemed a lot of money for what it was. They seemed to be definitely using the Marvel brand to add to the price. I was personally rate this item more around the 50 mark.

Upon opening the box this set included 4 numbered bags, 2 ship pieces, stickers and an instruction booklet. The instructions were fairly easy to follow but if a child was constructing this some adult assistance maybe required. The only problem I had, with the instructions, was that I found the pictures a little dark and as there is a lot of blue Lego I did find it a little confusing as to where some of the pieces were meant to be placed.

good jet with great figures but price is high
This Lego Marvel set of the X-Men jet and figures is really fun and look good as either a static set or for the kids to play with.
This dark blue jet was easy to build and didn’t take long as it’s not that many pieces at only 359 in the whole set and at just under 30cm when built it’s not a huge jet.
The best part of this set is the 4 figures you get, and this is also where I feel half the price goes. I already had Wolverine but getting Cyclops, Rogue and Magneto was a nice addition. I just feel that for the price it needed something else for Magneto so you could have a little battle.
The jet has some details and some rare parts in new colours plus my little boy loves flying it around.
Overall, for 74.97 its very expensive for the number of parts and the finished model, you are paying for the figures the licencing for Marvel. I try not to think about the price per piece aspect as it was a fun build but if goes on offer for less than 60 it would be a better deal.

    Stealth plane memories
This model has two cockpit sections that hold all four characters, all with nice attention to detail inside. Wolverine is a bit tricky to fit in and can only be a front seat passenger!

Two disk firing launchers on the front and removable crates to hold the spare red disks. A further two launchers on the rear wings.

Engines look cool just wish they had put a spinning turbine fan or something internally, but I guess they may technically be rocket engines.

All the characters are awesome. (If you can get over Magneto’s choice of attire…)

Built this with my nephew and we both enjoyed the build. Hoping a third party LED set will become available for the build.

8+ Age range seems about right for this build.

At its current price point (69.99 at the time of review) it’s not the best value set. At this price I personally would have like to seen the Jet being a bit bigger and with a couple more interacting/moving parts.

Overall a solid 4 stars from me.

This is another beautiful set from Lego consisting of a superjet with 4 X-men characters.
All well made and with lovely colours, but for the price I was sincerely expecting a bit more, certainly with more pieces and action figures.
The packaging box was already smaller than what you would expect for this price range and once built, although all looking sturdy and very much loved by my son, I wouldn’t rebuy at the current price.

    Super cool
Wow this really is so cool, me and my nephew sat down and built this together, it did take quite a few hours but he absolutely loved it. As with all Lego items it comes with easy follow instructions.
I would recommend the set for anyone that is a fan of marvel as you don’t really get a whole lot for your money with this set in comparison to other larger Lego sets, you are definitely paying for the branding. That said if you are into marvel this is fab, the packaging is everything and love the throwback to X-Men. Lovely kit, and once built their imagination can go wild with storylines.

    Takes me back
The LEGO Marvel X-Men X-Jet Buildable Toy Plane is an impressive set that combines the excitement of LEGO building with the allure of the Marvel universe, specifically the X-Men series. It’s designed to captivate both kids and adults who are fans of Marvel, offering a satisfying building experience along with the fun of imaginative play.

The attention to detail in the X-Jet model is remarkable. It captures the essence of the X-Men’s iconic aircraft with accuracy, making it an instant hit with fans. The pieces fit together seamlessly, as expected from LEGO, and the finished model is both visually striking and sturdy. This makes it great for both display and play purposes.

The building process is engaging and provides just the right level of challenge for kids, making it an excellent way to develop their fine motor skills and problem-solving abilities. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, ensuring that builders of all skill levels can enjoy the process.

However, it’s important to note that due to the complexity and number of pieces, younger children might require some assistance from adults. Also, the price point might be slightly high, but considering the quality, detail, and the branding association with Marvel, it seems justifiable.
