Egalt der Meisterdrache
Als groer Fan der LEGO NINJAGO Reihe und Vater eines begeisterten kleinen Ninjas (7 Jahre) kann ich nur sagen: Das LEGO NINJAGO Egalt der Meisterdrache-Set ist toll!
Das Set kommt mit 5 Figuren, darunter die beliebten Charaktere Lloyd und Nya, was schon mal fr strahlende Augen sorgt. Mein Sohn war sofort Feuer und Flamme und konnte es kaum erwarten, loszulegen.
Der Aufbau des Drachens war spannend und durchaus eine Herausforderung, aber genau das macht ja den Spa an LEGO aus! Der Drache sieht am Ende wirklich beeindruckend aus. Die beweglichen Flgel und der detaillierte Kopf sind echte Hingucker und bieten viele Spielmglichkeiten. Egal ob im Kampf gegen die Bsewichte oder beim Beschtzen der Ninjago-Welt — der Drache ist immer einsatzbereit.
Besonders toll fand ich, dass das Set so viele verschiedene Figuren und Accessoires beinhaltet. Mein Sohn konnte direkt in verschiedene Rollenspiele eintauchen und seiner Fantasie freien Lauf lassen. Auch die Qualitt der Teile ist — wie von LEGO gewohnt — erstklassig. Nichts wackelt, alles passt perfekt zusammen.
Fazit: Ein groartiges Geschenk fr alle kleinen und groen Ninjago-Fans! Das LEGO NINJAGO Egalt der Meisterdrache-Set bietet stundenlangen Spielspa, frdert die Kreativitt und lsst Kinderherzen hher schlagen. Mein Sohn und ich sind begeistert und knnen es nur weiterempfehlen!
Egalt le maître dragon.
Lego d’excellente qualit reprsentant Egalt le matre dragon accompagn de 5 personnages de la srie TV NINJAGO.
Le dragon est entirement articul (pattes, queue, tte et les ailes).
La construction demande environ 2 heures de montage avec 532 pices assembler, il suffit de suivre les tapes qui sont trs bien dtailles dans le livret de montage.
Ne pas confier la construction un enfant de moins de 8 ans car il y a beaucoup de petites pices qui demandent de la minutie et de la patience.
Je recommande pour les fans de la srie NINJAGO.
Awesome set of Lego
I have received this Lego Ninjago set to review on behalf of Amazon. It arrived promptly and well packaged.
My sons love Lego, however for me, they just feel so overpriced. That said, this is an excellent set, especially if you are into Ninjago. The set is no harder than most Lego sets to build, and once built, it looks awesome. The pieces are well made, as you would expect from Lego. This would make an ideal birthday gift or Xmas gift for someone.

This is a great Lego set to build. The instructions are easy to follow and they are clear for young ones to follow. I like how the dragon is articulated and you can pose it in various positions. The mini figures are great and look good on my lads shelf. The build is quite fiddly so some young ones may need some help.
Overall I can recommend this set if you are after one like it.

This Ninjago Lego model is very intricate. It did take a while to build but my 8 year old managed to do it on his own.
The finished model has lots of moving parts and was enjoyed playing with.

Perfect set for Ninjago fans and Beginner LEGO builders
This is a LEGO Set aimed for fans of the Ninjago series and a incredible set to build the iconic character Egalt the Master Dragon. The target age range is 8+ and my now 10yr old nephew had no problem building this following the pictorial instructions, which we chose to download the PDF version so we could see the instructions on our tablet which allows us to zoom in on the more complicated sections though the booklet inside is more than adequate and well produced. The model when completed is fully articulated and far sturdier than other models I have personally made so was very impressed with how this will be more than just a display item but actually something that can be handled and played with.
Honestly this is a very good example of a LEGO set aimed for the younger builder but still fun enough of a challenge to make it enjoyable. Finished result looks great along with the included character mini figures for extended playtime.
Quality Time
This fantastic Lego dragon took us a couple of hours to build but allowed some quality time for father and 9 year old son that is precious and which computer games and tablets just don’t give .
The dragon itself is quite intricate to build with many parts – some of them quite small . However on completion it looked magnificent and is now adorning said son’s bedroom.
Being Lego is good quality and certainly not cheap but on a number of levels in my opinion, this is well worth the asking price.

Another great set from lego. Easy to follow as each bag is labelled and each bag is opened when instructed in the instructions. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. The quality is superior and even the stickers are great quality. My daughter loved assembling them.

Love this Lego set – it’s got all the high quality materials and design you’d expect from Lego and the details on the accessories and mini-figures are very cool. The dragon itself is impressive, it’s a brilliant model that is completely posable so you can use it in play or as a collectable piece.
The set was fun to build, taking around 1-2 hours. It’s not a big piece but there are some tricky parts so the recommended age of 8+ feels about right. Instructions are clear and easy to follow too. Once constructed there’s great potential for imagination and creative play.
Great kit for anyone who loves Ninjago or dragons!
Amazing Lego Se
This set is brilliant. A fantastic dragon (pictures are without the dragon wings completed) and five mini figures. As can be expected from lego the instructions are straight forward and comprehensive. Putting it together was as easy as we thought it would be and it looks great. Value for money for the time spent making this, and the enjoyment of playing with it after.
Great little Lego drago
My 10 year old nephew insisted we built Lego together and this was his Lego of choice. With his assistance, I built this set as he found it complicated to do it alone. I found the instructions to be brilliant, they didn’t miss a step and all the pieces were there, it was good fun to build. Although it was a little expensive compared to other dragons I would recommend.
It comes with an additional 5 mini figures and plenty of extra pieces for safe measure which my nephew loved! It’s a great little playset.

Where's the creativity?
As a child Lego was one of my favourite toys. I go back to the era when you bought Lego pieces and built things using your imagination. Lego did introduce kits to build for instance, a type of building. But these kits used the same pieces as the basic Lego.
Modern Lego kits, like this Ninjago dragon consist of Lego unique pieces. You assemble these in the same way that I would have done with an Airfix model. You get the satisfaction of the build but unlike Airfix kits, the completed Lego can be played with. The pieces can be articulated; you can fight imaginary battles. What you can’t really do, is dismantle the pieces and design your own creations.
So yes, this is a great, albeit expensive, kit. It will provide the pleasure of construction, some element of playability but ultimately it is a collectable model not a toy.

This LEGO NINJAGO Egalt the Master Dragon, otherwise known as 71809 is totally awesome.
The dragon is complex to build, yet (perhaps with a little parental help and encouragement) achievable for an 8 year old.
The dragon is flanked by ninja mini figures.
Once built the dragon is imposing and looks cool on bookshelves and as a bedroom decoration.
Overall, this is a challenging but achievable and enjoyable build, which I hope (as Lego enthusiast) may lead one day to an interest in Technical Lego.

My son is a big Ninjago fan so getting this for him actually made him feel over the moon.
The instructions that came with the set are very clear and concise, being easy to follow.
The details on the characters are amazing but frankly that applies to every piece of this set, all of them having great prints and I am yet to find one single piece which might have plastic residue or which would not bind together probably with the rest of the pieces.
The dragon in this set is not the biggest dragon in the series, this place being taken by Lloyd’s Golden Ultra Dragon which is a four-headed dragon but it is still impressive nonetheless.
The master dragon in this set is a sensei and what is very interesting in terms of details is that besides the fact that the characters can ride the dragon and fight while on it, the dragon itself can fight as well and its sword can be attached to its tail.
The whole set is extremely entertaining both during assembling and after, when limits are only set by one’s imagination.

This is a set that is part of the ninjago range. For anyone who doesn’t follow, think ninjas and weapons and that sort of thing. This set features a dragon and a variety of ninja mini figures, with weapons and outfits. It is aimed at over 8s, with younger children possibly going to struggle with the build as it is fiddly in places and has a lot of bags.
There are six bags as part of the build, although they aren’t large bags and so the whole build will probably take between an hour if you are speedy and three if you take your time or are a smaller child. There are some complicated elements such as attaching the wings which may need some assistance.
The dragon is very cool. It is completely flexible at every joint which means you can move it around a lot for a Lego set. This does make it somewhat delicate at the joints, but as long as you are careful you can play with it normally. The only area I had issues with as we built was the head so I advise caution there as it can come off easily, but that can be worked around.
Very good set, enjoyable build. No Lego frog for those who want to keep track of that, but does come with lots of custom weapons for the mini figures.
Nicely packed, model, well made, good quality
My son loves playing with Legos. This Lego set arrived nicely packed in its branded box. Since my son is a huge fan of Ninjago, he was very excited when this set arrived.
The set contains detailed instructions and good-quality pieces that fit well into each other. Furthermore, the set includes a dragon and 5 Lego Ninjago figures including charaters like Nya, Lloyd, Cinder, Sora, and his favorite Lord Ras.
The dragon comes with some great features as well. It has posable arms, legs, tail, and head and includes foil wings too.
With the Lego builder app, my son was able to zoom in and rotate the 3D model and track his daily progress as well. He enjoyed himself a lot while building this set.
Overall, this is a well-made product indeed. It would be great to give as a gift also. I am satisfied and would gladly recommend.!
El dragón es una pasada
Este es un Lego diferente a los habituales, un regalo perfecto para que los nios se familiaricen con otro tipo de juguetes, y se introduzcan en otro tipo de culturas.
La figura del dragn me encanta: estticamente es muy bonito, y adems est completamente articulado. Tiene varios puntos de movimiento para jugar en diferentes posiciones, lo cual ayuda a desarrollar la creatividad . Tener juguetes diferentes les ayuda a imaginar diferentes historias, y este es ideal para que piensen en dragones, guerreros y batallas histricas.
Tiene varios complementos, como un rbol con tesoros, muy original, o una espada para el dragn.
Y como siempre al tratarse de Lego, tambin hay que decir que las piezas encajan todas perfectamente (casi se da ya por sentado), y el material de construccin sigue siendo de la misma calidad: por mucho que se golpee no se rompen.
LO MEJOR
* Al dragn se le pueden mover las alas, para hacer como que vuela . Tambin se mueve la cabeza, la cola y las patas. Esto da muchas posibilidades a la hora de jugar.
* Es sencillo de montar, en un par de horas debera estar terminado. Y si ya hay experiencia con otros Legos, puede que en 1 hora lo termine.
* Tiene mucho detalle, queda muy bonito. La cabeza con el gorro estilo chino queda perfecta.
* Tambin viene con 5 figuras de guerreros para que jueguen a simular las batallas, y tienen todos una temtica similar, con letras chinas.
RECOMENDADO: EL DRAGN ES MAJESTUOSO.
A lot of Lego
This a big one. It took my grandson a while to put this together and dad helped. I’m not sure who had more fun grandson or his dad. They both couldn’t wait to start it

Good build, great dragon tad pricey.
He’s a good fun dragon which is a good size and a solid build which has put up with some pretty robust play with my 6 year old and his friend. I built this set as it’s too big for him to manage and it was a good fun build and the dragon has an articulated tail and neck along with opposable legs. He seems a little pricey compared to other dragons we have ordered in the past which were closer to 45 than 60 and a similar size, but I have just checked and that set is retired so I can’t recommend it any more.
It comes with 5 mini figures including my cat obsessed sons new favourite Ninjago character Sora who has little cat ears on her head dress and is quite good fun! A good playable set, just a tad pricey compared to dragon sets we have had in the past.

Lovely little Lego kit. Kept the children (and some adults) amused and quiet for a long time. Really good for the kids concentration and dexterity skills. Another good thing about this is once the toy was built they then had play battles with them so is like a 2 in 1 toy. What is there not to like.

Great box art as you expect from Lego, and of course the typical top notch quality and a fair price, these are always good value to me, as they are collectibles and always good quality. With all that aside, the set itself is great, complete with a decent set of mini figures aswell!

A Colourful and Eye-Catching Addition to the LEGO Ninjago Universe
Like other LEGO models I’ve built over the years, this Egalt the Master Dragon kit has the usual robust quality, bright colours and innovative design features that have made this brand famous. Unlike other LEGO kits I’ve ordered, however, this one came with a strong solvent smell that was instantly noticeable as soon as I opened the box. That wasn’t a big deal – the solvent odour no doubt came from adhesive and/or dyes and/or paint used in the manufacturing process. That’s a sign that the kit wasn’t long out of the LEGO factory. If you notice a solvent odour coming from your kit, don’t panic – just leave the box open in a well-ventilated room for a day and the residual scent dissipates.
Egalt himself has a distinctive oriental dragon look, from his conical hat to his curly moustache. Very stylised and stylish. The wings look like they were made by Meccano rather than by LEGO. That’s not a criticism – just an observation. Judas Priest fans might notice, as I did, that Egalt’s claws are somewhat reminiscent of those belonging to the Metallion (the beast on the front cover of the Judas Priest album ‘Defenders of the Faith’). In fact, the entire Egalt dragon looks more than a little like Priest’s Metallion. Not enough to be a clone, but enough to pique the interest of Judas Priest fans. In case you’re wondering who this Egalt character is, I’ll tell you here. He’s a dragon in Ninjago’s Merged Realms. Not just any dragon – Egalt holds the position of Master Dragon, fulfilling the role of a sensei.
In addition to Egalt the Master Dragon, the LEGO 71809 kit includes a tree with a “magic” hammer and a gong (of shattering), as well as five Ninjago miniatures: Lloyd, Sora, Nya, Lord Ras and Cinder, each brightly coloured, distinctive, and wielding a favourite weapon.
As is always the case with LEGO kits, the included instructions are thorough and easy to follow. LEGO rates this kit as suitable for ages 8+, which seems about right.
