Started to use few weeks ago, already feel the difference. I did not make any blood test so it can be a placebo effect but at that price it’s still worth it.
Tasteless and getting good sleep
While the pills are on the bigger side, they go down easily and seem to be working, I’m getting some better sleep now thanks to them and I’m overall happy
Magnesium Plus
I normally take magnesium and vitamin D daily in 2 supplements, this one has a range of types of magnesium for maximum effect and absorption, and also includes D3, with zinc as well, which I believe is good for the immune system, I will be able to cut out the extra vit D while I am taking these capsules.
The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no aftertaste, but 3 capsules is a bit much to swallow if you are also taking other supplements or medications, it also makes it a bit more expensive as at the optimum dose it will only last 5 or 6 weeks.
I’ve started off with 2 a day and will increase this if I find it doesn’t have the same effect as my last capsules – it usually takes a week or two for my leg cramps to come back if I am not taking enough, so if that happens I will increase the dose then.
Lovely complex but at reduced dose
This is a 6 in 1 magnesium complex with added zinc, vitamin D3 and B6. The tub arrives perfectly sealed and in great condition just as previous supplements I got from Vitabright.
It has 120 capsules and has very good value for money if the daily dose is reduced. There is no way I am taking 3 capsules a day but will certainly take 1 in the evening and if I believe that I need to absorb more magnesium and vitamin D I could increase later to morning capsules.
They are easy to take and no aftersmell.
