Excellent sound and storage
The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, and the sound quality is excellent. The large storage capacity means I can keep all my favorite songs on hand. The touch screen is responsive, and the additional features like FM radio and voice recording are a bonus. It’s lightweight and perfect for on-the-go listening.
Nice sturdy product.
So far quite easy to use have not tried everything on it yet, easy to drop files on to it from computer, sound is pretty good and controls easy to use once you have got used to it, good value for the money.
Ordered with great conce
I have in the past ordered a few budget mp3 players, all work at first but the for some unknown reason decide to become difficult, either by not connecting to Bluetooth or rhe computer. This on the other hand worked straight out of the box. The only issue was that the supplied usb cable does not work, apart from that everything else was a breeze. I have only had this for a couple of weeks, so time will tell if this model will go the same way as the other budget players.
Handy MP3 Playe
Bought this for a trip this is a handy MP3 with 64GB of storage and an expansion slot for extra memory, the transfer between laptop and device is very quick. I have connected my bluetooth earphones and they work fine.
There are additional features like ebook but this is restricted to txt files.

bought to replace another [diff brand] mp3 player that failed, all i wanted was something to use whilst on holiday, or in the car – my ageing IPod classic had finally given up the ghost after some 12 years, and the chaps at Apple would’nt touch it as no parts available [lame excuse really!]
Easy to upload stuff on, using windows media player, small compact and earphones supplied seem ok. As per headline, so far so good, only time will tell

Lovely little thing. Nice weight to it. A good finish. Turned it on, shoved a couple of hundred songs onto it. Paired it with my bluetooth headphones, and it played until the battery ran out … on my headphones.
all I want is a big jukebox, I’m not interested in filing my obscure jazz collection into folders by double-bass players middle name, and the file system does what I want and it does it well. I went for the bright red one, as it stands more chance of me finding it when I put it down somewhere. Nothing for me to be unhappy about at all

I love being off-grid and love to listen to my meditations on my MP3, so when I lost my Sony MP3 I was gutted! and that to buy a new one was going to cost 74!!!!!!
So, I took a risk buying this one for 32
Before the Sony one, I bought a brand I didn’t know was rubbish so I was a bit dubious.
But this one is better than the Sony by far!
Also, it has a speaker which is useful when I teach meditation I can use the speaker for short prayers.

I am really impressed with this mp3 player ,it’s small but packs a punch its well made the sound quality is good I had a ipod for Yrs I don’t see that that was any better than this an so much cheaper ,hopefully I will have more yrs of listening to my music than my ipod that just stopped working

A nice little MP3 player sounds good, and decent amount of storage, with the ability to add extra storage if needs be. The only down sides I can give is that the righting is a bit small and that the screen scratches a bit too easy (but not deep scratches, just light ones) plus its a little bit hard to see on a sunny day. Great little Mp3 player.
Better than expected...
I wanted a cheaper MP3 player [yes some of us still use them!] to use at the gym instead of keep taking my ipod. After a bit of searching around I decided on this Mechen player and I’m more than happy with it. Even without using an SD card the 64GB holds more than enough for my needs,
Without using the supplied wired earpiece the sound is tinny, but I used bluetooth over ear pieces and that makes the sound more than acceptable. Even better with headphones.
Once charged the player lasts a long time before the need to re-charge and I find myself using it more often than my ipod!
The menu is easy to understand and navigate, and the linking up via bluetooth simple and intuitive.
For what it is this is a good buy.
Off to buy another for my hubby! It’s great.
One week in and all good so far. It’s way better sound with Bluetooth headphones. I use this at the gym, walking the school run and when doing chores around the house.
It was easy to add music too. Took a little time but that was my laptops age.
Good quality playback. No glitching of skipping.
Ot took me a couple of days to navigate and get used to the controls. The graphic equaliser features makes a difference to sound which is great. Would buy again. In fact. My hubby wants one – will be rebuying soon!
My only slight dislike is that I am a bit clumsy so having to get used to the screen size. That’s more an issue with my fingers than the device!
Bought to replace a failed Sony for which a replacement battery could not be sourced anywhere. Offers good specification and ease of use for the price point and has more ‘bells and whistles’ than I really need (especially the e-reader). Feels reassuringly chunky despite the small size and the silicone case is neat. The sound quality is OK for my basic needs on local walkabouts and bus travel, though I swapped the supplied earphones for a closer-fitting pair from Shure I had already and which improved things a bit.
Solid design with silicone case, uploads music fine, sounds good, bluetooth access good, lots of extras. Charged quickly and still full battery after trying for several hours. Voice recorder works, settings are easy and pretty lock page images, swipe up to unlock. Extra storage slot, stopwatch, alarm, calendar, video, ebook. Haven’t tried everything but I am impressed so far.
