It withstood a strong wind/rain over night. The rope it came with is not a great quality. We used chain attached at the wall and paracord to the posts but forgot to use the turnbuckles which are needed.

These look to be good quality and the fittings are good too. It remains to be seen as to how they stand up to strong sunshine but I am expecting two or three years of use -maybe more.

Waterproof
Delivered next day. Great product and worked perfectly in keeping the rain off. Unfortunately as I live in the UK not sure I will ever get to test the sunshade function.
Great quality, waterproof even in torrential downpour and easy to set up.
It shades beautifully
Open until now I have always made sunshades for my mother but this price was not worth my time and effort. It is a brilliant brilliant thing. I would recommend to buy one as it does the job particularly well as the ones I made always let the rain through, but this one is 100% waterproof And you can collect the rain to water your pot plants excelle

Now, I can comfortably enjoy my patio without feeling like I'm roasting in an oven. However, you need to set it up tightly and with a good inclination, or it may accumulate water in the middle. I had to make adjustments on the second day of having it.

I purchased this for my patio area for the summer as I like to have shade. I haven’t actually put it up yet as we haven’t had any sun.
I have inspected it and it looks to be perfect for what it’s supposed to do. Looks good quality and feels as though it will be waterproof. All of the fixtures and fittings are present and look to be of a good sturdy quality.
The colour is nice and the sail looks quite thick. Looking forward to summer with this shade.
