Cradle Cap Cleanser by NAVEH Pharma is a natural and effective treatment for cradle cap. Its ingredients are: Olive Oil, Olive Squalan (squalane), Vitamin E and fragrance.
I like that Cradle Cap Cleanser is made with naturally derived, plant-based ingredients and is gentle enough to use on babies from birth.
Most cases of cradle cap are mild. Your baby likely won’t need any treatment, and the condition eventually goes away on its own but this product eliminates it fast.
Apply to baby’s head 5-10 minutes before bathing, gently massaging the product into the scalp. Wash it out with your usual baby shampoo and rinse. Do two shampoos if necessary as the product is very greasy.
It doesn’t smell bad – just a hint of olive oil with a sweet fragrance (unknown) If the problem persists, you may repeat the procedure the next day/night and so on until the baby’s head is clear of the problem.
I put a pump/squirt of it onto the back of my hand and rubbed it in. It absorbs nicely and leaves a slight sheen and delicate scent. I’ve applied a few pumps of it to little ones head and gently rubbed it in.

A little help to soften cradle cap
Overall, I’m satisfied with this baby cradle cap gel. It’s important to note it’s not a miracle worker; it won’t completely eradicate the cradle cap. However, it does soften it significantly, making it easier to remove with a gentle silicone brush or sponge. My only gripe is the size of the bottle for the price — it feels a bit small. Effective
I normally use coconut oil for this task so was interested to try this alternative cradle cap cleanser even though this one is considerably more expensive.
So I would normally use the solid coconut oil, massage in, leave for an hour or so then use a plastic comb which removes the softened cradle cap. This product from Naveh is made with olive oil, olive squalan, Vitamin E and Fragrance. It says it is preservative free and doesn’t use any unnecessary additives. You apply to the cradle cap 5-10 minutes before bathing, massage gently and then it shampoos out and washes away.
Its a much quicker and easier solution than I was previously using. It’s a little pricey at just under 15 for a 30ml bottle when I usually pay 2 for a 300ml jar of organic coconut oil but it you want simplicity and convenience then give this a go. It works well.

Used it on my ten year old who had some dried skin on his scalp. Just have to wash it out. There’s no smell or anything but you definitely need a good shampoo as it’s basically oil. Using it on Baba for her bath tonight.

Glad to see it has all natural ingredients however the scent it gives off is quite strong. Works well and is actually very simple and easy to use. Simply apply to your babies head for roughly 30 minutes and then wash off with a gentle shampoo and brush with a soft baby brush. It helps to loosen, the dry skin on the head and with repeated use it certainly works .

The cradle cap lotion comes in a spray bottle. Just spray on the affected area, rub in and wait 5-10 minutes, then rinse it out. No scrubbing is necessary and it causes no peeling. A good product that can be used from birth. Value for money.

I love how natural and gentle this is all while doing what it says it will do! I have been putting my 3yo hair in a pony tail for ages, it was only when I did 2 pigtails with a partin I realised there was cradle cap all over!! Thought I’d give this a go and really plesanty surprised with the results, small bottle but it goes a long way when rubbed into the scalp. Would definitely recommend if your struggling with cradle cap, reasonably priced

I used it only once and was amazed by its “instant” results. When I washed my baby’s hair, it effectively removed half of the cradle cap, leaving the other half to be taken care of in the next wash. I am definitely going to use it again. It is very easy to use and gentle on my baby’s skin. Additionally, it hasn’t caused any irritation or redness, which is a common issue with my baby’s sensitive skin. I am extremely satisfied with the product.
I find this Baby Cradle Cap Cleanser to be an oil-based cleanser, unlike typical shampoos, it does not lather but instead moisturizes my baby’s scalp. I leave the cleanser on her hair for 30 minutes before shampooing and combing it with a baby brush. It effectively loosened the yellow patches on her frontal hair after just one wash, which I found amazing. I appreciate the natural ingredients and how easy it is to use. If your baby has moderate to severe cradle cap, it may require a few more washes before seeing the patches come off. I believe leaving the cleanser on the baby’s hair longer moisturises and softens the patches.

Soft and gentle
Whilst I was a bit surprised at how small the bottle was when it arrived it is a product that whilst mainly olive oil based, it foams up nicely and is soft and gentle on baby. It goes on easily, washes off just as well and with the natural ingredients in it, helps you do your bit for the planet whilst looking after baby. Really can’t fault and really happy with the product.

Though aimed at babies and toddlers we found this is the only ointment thats been able to fully remove my 10yr olds dandruff issue without causing irratation or pulling hairs out – its mainly oil but also soothes the scalp within a short 5min waiting time. The application is really easy due to the precise nozzle. Good value for money and quick results.

Really impressed with this Cradle Cap Cleanser. Very gentle and effective and a great solution for cradle cap. Infused with olive oil and vitamin E, it is a natural and gentle way to deal with cradle cap rather than unnecessary scrubbing of the child’s delicate skin.
Spray on and can be simply washed off shortly after without any fuss. I noticed the improvement shortly after I started using it on my grandson.

Works well
This foam for cradle cap works well. Easy to apply, leave in scalp for ten minutes then shampoo off ensuring to rinse hair well. Mainly paraffin oil so it will soften and loosen the seborrhoea off the scalp, use a comb very lightly to help remove. If the cradle cap is very thick it can take up to 3-4 applications before clear. A little costly should last quite a while.
