Working well
So far so good. After years of trying different items to help my back pain with no long time relief, have I found it ? Only time will tell but I like the care that company have put into the belt, fits well all day my pain has eased while I have it on, but will it last ..hope so.
Wasn’t sure if this would help when I bought it, but a low price (compared to others) and simple design, I thought it would be worth a try. Being a tall person (6’8″) when I am on my feet all day or on a long hike, I often get lower back ache. Wearing this belt on medium tightness actually helps to the point I can last all day on my feet without back ache. Also, in the gym doing chin-ups (belt worn tighter) the belt allows me to keep going much longer with no back problems. I guess these belts are going to be subjective and may help some people more than others, but it certainly has helped me.
Not sure about the magnets or self heating,…. I don’t really think that makes any difference – but doesn’t matter.

I’ve tried a number of belts but this beats them all, I am 83 and I use this while riding my spin bike for an hour a day and my back problem has gone, well worth the purchase
Immediate suppo
As soon as I wore the brace I felt the support it gave. The only cautionary note I would add is that if you are going to wear it over a pullover and not next to the skin then you may find for the larger person it will not fit. Think about the waist size at the point you want to wear the brace.
