Straightforward to fit, privacy function works well.

Things I liked:
+ Pretty straightforward to fit to a large 27-inch monitor. No issues from my perspective regarding obstructing a webcam, because I’m using this on a desktop monitor
+ Privacy screen works very well actually. It reduces glare and makes it very difficult to see from angles other than head-on. Straight-on usage is almost unaffected. It is slightly more difficult to see if you think about it while in use, but to be honest, not noticeably so and you forget about it after a short time.
Things I didn’t like:
– The price of around about 80 for the pair is a little expensive, although if you do have two monitors to use this with, 40 each isn’t that bad.
– Not suitable for use with curved monitors.
Do I recommend it?
Yes, I think so – although it does seem highly-priced, it does work well. It’s fairly straightforward to attach and remove. Do bear in mind that I’m reviewing the 27-inch version for use with a desktop monitor; the laptop versions may be very different so make sure you read the correct reviews for your variant.
Complete privacy
The fact that it does protect effectively from prying eyes, one big reason why I purchase this was for the blue light protection/filter as I use the laptop a lot and my eyes get tired, but the blue light filter is working as I’m not that tired anymore:
Perfect for window glare/reflections
I put this on an iMac 21.5″ that had major glare from a window, it has completely sorted the problem which is great. It has a matt finish and is much easier to see the screen.

Great angle view, if you sit in front of the screen all is perfectly visible but if you slightly change angle: screen becomes full black.
Keep in mind that filters like these will dim your screen and make colours less vibrant so brightness and colour settings may need to be adjusted

Anti Blue Light and Anti Glare Screen Protector for MacBook Air 13 inch
This fits very nicely my MacBook Air 13 M1 (2022 model). The desired anti-glare effect is perfect and added blue-light reduction effect is very welcome. Installation was very easy. I am very pleased with this.
Reduces glare effectively
Upon setting this filter atop my monitor, I noticed an immediate change in the visual comfort of my workspace. While it might be a challenge to perceive someone’s screen from an angle, directly facing it was sharp and clear. The filter effectively reduced those pesky reflections which used to disrupt my focus, especially during daytime hours. The installation was straightforward; no fuss and no mess, and the choice of how to mount it proved quite versatile. Now, my screen feels more private and my eyes less strained. All in all, a commendablepieceoftech.
Careful not to bend
The PYS 31.5 Inch Privacy Screen for 16:9 Widescreen Computer Monitors is a great privacy screen for somewhat awkward or unusually snapped monitors.
It’s a shame that the non standard size comes with a bit of a premium but to be fair it at least achieves in what it aims to do and does a good job at introducing a privacy screen to a widescreen monitor.
The only real initial downside that sticks out is the packaging doesn’t do too much to protect it from any bends or the like, which will very much introduce a white blur to any area that does get damaged.
Great Privacy Screen for MacBook Air M2
It’s magnetic and easy to install, limiting the viewing angle to +/- 30 degrees and keeping my data visible only to those directly in front of the laptop. Plus, it’s anti-scratch and anti-blue light, making it a great overall investment for anyone looking to protect their privacy and sight.
Easy to use and very effective
This privacy screen comes in a stiff cardboard sleeve and a stiff plastic sleeve to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
There is an instruction leaflet, which is incorrect, as it talks about using glue. You don’t. It is magnetic.
(One does wonder how hard it is to get an instruction leaflet right)
There is a screen cloth, which is a nice touch and helps to make sure the MacBook Air screen is clean before you pop the screen on.
There is a magnetic strip at the top, and to the rear of the privacy screen, and you simply pop the screen on, and it is held in place. You just pop your fingernail under a corner to remove it.
The area of the screen with the camera has a notch cut out of the screen, so zoom calls etc are not affected.
The screen slightly darkens the display, which is resolved by turning up the brightness.
The screen fits perfectly, I have the 2022 M2 MacBook Air.
The privacy is effective, but the viewing angle is quite wide.

Easy to attach
I put this on my laptop screen when I’m working on the train whilst I travel.
It’s incredibly easy to put on and take off, using the magnetic strips. Which attach to my laptop and keep the screen protector firmly in place.
It keeps what I’m doing private from people around me and that’s exactly what I was looking for with this.

Great Desig
The PYS MacBook Air 13.6 inch Privacy Screen is amazing. It’s basically a magnetic privacy screen that I use with my MacBook Air 13.6 in M2 Chip 2022 (A2681).
I work a lot on the train when I’m travelling for work and I get really anxious about people seeing my what I’m doing due to the nature of the business I’m in.
I think it’s really good. You can’t see much at all apart from the shape of the screen when it’s on my MacBook Air unless you’re sitting directly in front of the screen. It’s perfect for what I needed it to do.
The screen is really easy to install. It just pops on and off, as it is magnetic. It fits well on the screen and my MacBook still goes into sleep mode when I put the screen down whilst the privacy screen is attached. It also supports the magnetics on my MacBook and when closed it functions as normal and goes to sleep.

When I selected this item I just noticed the magnetic part so I went for it. However, my laptops are not compatible for the magnet hold as my laptops don’t have metal at the top of the screen. However, you can us stickers to hold it up. Anyway, on arrival, I was totally impressive by the packing It canes in a selve and in a presentable box. The benefit already listed by the brand is correct. The only question for you is can you afford it?

Perfect Solutio
Now that I am working from home there are times when I am not comfortable with other being able to see what I have on my screen. Because of confidentiality I have to be careful what I share with others and this protective screen satisfies my needs.
This good quality protection screen is easy to install and not only keeps what you are doing private but also protects it from scratches etc.

How great is this. This is my first experience with magnetic screen protectors. I love it.
This is on in seconds. It’s so easy.
You can pop it on when you need to and off when you don’t. It pretty much aligns itself on the top and it’s on!
It’s brilliant for travel when you’re in close quarters and a whole host of other social scenarios.
I for one am converted. I will be using this from now on.
It works best in landscape mode and it’s better if your screen brightness is around 50-75% in my opinion.
If you stand to the side the screen looks dark, it’s only when you are sat right in front of it you can see it.
It works perfectly with face recognition, your stylus, and the touch screen.
There is no loss in screen quality to my eye.
You can still use it within your case and the screen is washable. An envelope is provided for when it’s not in use.
I particularly like that this will block a large percentage of blue light and glare.
I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

This is a very high quality privacy screen. I’ve tried a few, and I was impressed by this one. The degree of privacy provided is very good – it is diminished if you have the screen brightness turned all the way up, or you use it in a dark room, but that seems to be a problem with almost all privacy screens. The addition of the camera hatch is also very nice, and something I haven’t seen on many screens. Finally, the magnetic snap feature works really well (meaning you don’t need to permanently attach it to the laptop). The only negative note I have is that, because of the magnetic strip and the camera hatch, the MacBook cannot fully close when attached. However, this isn’t a huge problem and it still closes down as it would if fully shut. So overall, a great product and value for money.
