Ideal light for beginners!
I must say I was really excited when I started to record some videos using this light. It’s easy to use and a good sized stand, suitable for high or low recordings. I love the fact that it has different lights, which you can use based on your needs. Ideal for beginners – friendly to use.
Brilliant light for my Sew Cushy Business
I was truly battling to get good pics, not being in anyway a ‘photographer’. This was suggested to me and all I can say is that it is truly a game changer for beginners like myself. Perfect light, easy to assemble and use, I love it!
Must have item for vloggers photographers
I am amazed to see the quality. Adjustable height from the foot to 6 feet it goes. I setup the stand and light in 5 mins. It was ready to use. Very lightweight. Ring light has two colours white and yellow and that is adjustable too. Great item, awesome price such a bargain. Dont wait and grab the offe

Great value for money
This ring light and tripod does exactly what it should. It’s a great height to take full length photos.
It is a little bit flimsy so try not to be too heavy handed. But I would definitely recommend it.
Sturdy piece of light equipme
It is pretty compact, goes almost 2 mt height and when completely folded it just occupies ~30 cm. There are couple of different settings such as light colors as white, yellow or both with different levels which you can increase/decrease easily. Phone holder works perfectly and even when it is set 1.90 mt height it is sturdy. I use it to take portraits and it does an amazing job.
Does the job
I bought this product to make cooking videos – great, easy to use product, the light has three settings for bright light, natural light and combination. Adjustable to around 1.8m high. When not using it to record it doubles up as a desk lamp to light up darker areas, which is useful if you need to be on video calls.
Good for streaming
Good points- The tripod is nice and sturdy, more so than a selfie stick. The different brightness settings are easy to use. The cable is a good length.
Bad points- the light ring is very feeble, I would not be surprised if it breaks very fast. It’s rattly and cheap. In contrast to the tripod.
My phone is too heavy so it doesn’t stay in the position I place it in for filming, it flops around and I can’t get it in a secure position. (Iphone 13pro)
I’d struggle to take it anywhere for fear of it breaking. Might be ok if I never move it from my desk.

Here’s why I really like it:
. The stand for the light can be made taller or shorter, so you can put it on the floor or a table, making it super handy.
What’s great is that the light can be made brighter or dimmer. It has three colors: white, warm yellow, and warm white, and each color has 10 levels of brightness. So, you can have just the right amount of light for what you’re doing. Plus, it’s super bright with 120 bulbs, even brighter than some bigger lights.
It comes with a phone holder that can fit most smartphones, with or without a case. You can put your phone sideways or upright, depending on how you like it.
You don’t need batteries because it plugs into a USB port. You can connect it to things like a USB charger, a power bank, a computer, or a laptop. That means you can use it whenever you want.
Some people say it’s a bit tall and wobbly, but considering the price, it’s pretty good. I’m really happy with it because it does what it’s supposed to, and I especially love the three different light colors for different situations.
Overall it gets the job done. But I have to admit it does feel cheap and flimsy. I’ve got a Canon EOS 4000D mounted on it and it can hold it okay, but trying to adjust it can be annoying.
It also has three different light colours to choose from and it does go pretty bright at its highest setting. It performs well.
I will say it’s the easiest piece of equipment I’ve ever put together, instructions were clear and easy to follow and had it up in the space of 2 mins. The lights are really bright and can be adjusted for colour temperature and light strength. The mini remote is easy to use to, switch on and off the light, increase and reduce light and change colour temperature, which has white, warm white and warm settings. Superb size too, extends really tall, as can be seen in the 1st part of the video, and is easy to resize and change camera angles and the light is demonstrated in the 2nd part. Fab quality for such a reasonable price, cannot wait to start using this more to make my VLogs more professional and able to use both hands as I’m not having to hold my phone. Very stable due to the wide base of the tripod, light makes a huge difference to pictures (as can be seen in the attached photo). Highly recommended
First attempts seem to work well, note plug missing
I have only tested this so far. It is a little flimsy in construction but does the job and the colour variations are useful. My biggest bug bear is that I then had to buy a plug to power it as the iPhone one is too low a wattage.
I first bought this towards the end of 2020, when I was on regular Zoom calls and the sun wasn’t rising as early as before. It was excellent, and I really appreciated the different colour temperatures and brightness setting available.
The problem was that my wife kept nicking it for her own Zoom calls, so I decided to buy another one. Sadly, this time, once assembled, it proved impossible to sufficiently tighten the ball joint that holds the light at the required angle. I sent it back and Amazon’s excellent returns process did the rest.
If I’d reviewed this after the first purchase I’d have given it 5 stars, but it has to lose a star because the second one was unusable. If I was buying again for myself, I would choose this one, knowing that I might have to send it back. If I was buying for someone else and it had to be right first time, I would investigate other options first.
