Very nice shiny 3d printed dragon in egg
This is a lovely 3D printed dragon in egg model.
The filament is a multi coloured metallic purple and green and shifts colour depending on the angle you are looking at it.
The outer design of the egg is like small flowers as is most of the back of the dragon.
I used some small pieces of double sided sticky pads to fix it to the outside of the egg and its now taken residence on my shelf and looks really nice.

I would not consider this a suitable toy for a very young child though due to the sharpness of some parts
and if you stood on this you would know about it, but for an older child about 10 years and up i guess it should be fine.
The price for this version was 19.98 which considering its size seems fine due to the time it takes to print something like this so no complaints here.

    Beautiful printing
This little dragon and egg is absolutely beautiful; the filament they’ve chosen to print with is incredibly reflective and shiny, meaning that the colours change depending on the angle you view them from. It moves from purple, to green, to blue, all the while looking beautiful. I didn’t notice any printing errors or unfinished edges on either the egg or the dragon. The threading for the egg (where it screws together) was smooth, and I had no issues taking it apart.

The dragon itself is lovely. The joints move incredibly smoothly, making the dragon very flexible and ‘poseable’. It fits neatly inside the egg for storage, and, considering how thick the egg is, I am willing to bet it would keep the dragon decently safe. This is definitely a desk toy, rather than something for a child to play with – I wouldn’t describe the dragon as fragile by any stretch, but those joints definitely wouldn’t handle day-to-day playtime with young children.

I did initially raise my eyebrows at the price of this item, but 3D printing does take it’s time, and it is a very well done print. So, all in all, I would definitely recommend this!
