Great system
Great system. Have now brought three in total. First was for my dad gaming through lockdown, then my son wanted to move onto a pc and just brought for my daughter. Customer service is quick and solved my issue first time (user error).
I’m not techie but the system looks great and runs their games at a high enough speed I don’t get moaned at so win!

I never write reviews but feel obligated to due to how impressed I am with this purchase. The PC itself is the perfect gateway for those looking to get into PC Gaming but who dont have the knowledge to build their own. There are various other places of course where you can buy a ready built Gaming PC but this is easily 200-300 pound cheaper than you will find a PC of the same specs from any of the other big sellers. On top of that the specs really are impressive. Sure, the hardcore PC gamer who spends thousands on his rig and then updates pieces regularly might not be massively impressed but if youre like myself – someone whos always been interested in PC Gaming but been put off by the expense and lack of expertise in building one then this is perfect. I’ve downloaded Destiny 2 to test it out which looks great and runs completely seamlessly, more so than on my PS4 which I now only notice due to seeing how smooth the PC runs it. I’ve briefly jumped into a couple of other games too and all run fantastically while looking great.
The fact the PC runs well isn’t the main reason I am so impressed however, if youre spending over 600 on something you do kind of expect it to work well. What I wasnt expecting however was the additional services and items being of such quality. When purchasing the bundle you will also be treated to a 22inch 1080p monitor, a gaming mouse and gaming keyboard aswell as a cool headset with microphone. All are quality and cool bits of kit, purpose designed for gaming and have additional features such as RGB lighting and extra buttons and shortkeys.
All of this comes packaged nicely and is ready built and installed so you can simply wire it all in and use out the box.
The PC has Windows 10 pre-installed so if youre current PC is backed up to OneDrive simply signing into your account will have all your files and documents ported straight over. To put some icing on this delicious cake Vibox kindly also include a completely free AAA game for you to play and get stuck into your new rig. I went for Civilisation 6 but there are numerous availble games including the Witcher 3, GTA and Call of Duty to name but a few. To redeem your free game you simply email Vibox following the instructions in the welcome note, they had responded with my donwload code within the hour.
As I said I NEVER write reviews, let alone ones this long. But if anyone is considering getting into PC gaming but is a bit on the fence like I was and wondering whether this PC is gonna get you any bang for your buck then allow me to confirm – this PC is great and the additional services and features are above and beyond what I was expecting. Probably my best ever purchase on Amazon and in general.
Value for Money
Thrilled thus far, been wanting to find a PC that I can start gaming with for a reasonable price and now I can finally run everything smoothly so am loving it.
Quick delivery and free Haribo’s are a sweet touch too.
Good for SOME games
Really good for some games like truck and bus simulators, minecraft, sims, not so good for war type games, it will play them but can become juddery at times. Internet was extrmely slow so had to use wired internet so its now fast as it should be. For the price its definitly worth it but dont expect to play fast paced games

Amazing PC For The Money!
Great Value for money a huge upgrade from what I previously had, has Handled all the games so far (Warframe,Warzone,Rocket League and Total War and Destiny 2) the Fps has not even come below 60, which is perfect for a smooth gaming experience.
The PC is well built and has decent cable management and looks amazing with the RGB fan and RGB Mirror effect on the front.
Best Customer service
I recently purchased this pc from vibox, and during set – up noticed that a couple of keys on the keyboard weren,t working – i contacted vibox, who apologised and sent out replacement the next day. The pc it self it just what i wanted, and so quiet. This is the 2nd machine i have had from them, and i highly recommend them, not only for the products but for the quality of their customer service also
Great pros
I bought this for my son as a first gaming computer, he is delighted with it. Came within a day or so of ordering. Everything works beautifully, easy to set up. And customer service have been brilliant for the few questions I’ve had.
Light years ahead of the Dell I bought 5 years ago
Only had it a few days.The keyboard had to be replaced,one or two keys not working.Replaced the next day.Had a go on War Thunder, looks good. Just received the code for Resident Evil.
No lie, this is like one amazing PC! It handles all of my games really well!, the rainbow LED’s and keyboard are amazing too plus the fact you can customise the colours on the LED lights is an added bonus, it’s so silent I can never hear it.
it’s just ah no words can describe how much I’m loving this PC so far it’s an excellent choice for any kind of beginner or experienced gamer!

Very impressed
This was really exciting to recieve in the mail it was my first gaming pc. I managed to set it all up just fine and it runs every game I have tried to, even overwatch which surprised me. This pc looks cool and functions really well. Monitor is good too, so is the keyboard and mouse and everything that comes with it. I’m very impressed. Really good for a first gaming pc.
I didn’t buy for gaming and I’ve yet to claim my two free games (I will be) but this is one awesome looking machine. Open the box and you’re smacked with a load of cool goodies. Came with a 22″ Samsung HD screen which I was pleasantly surprised at. Remote control for the fans and lighting in the tower is great for customising your room ambience. Mine came with a free bag of Haribo, again pleasantly surprised and I ate them once I set the PC up, chuckling to myself, the kids were equally amused but hey, the small things count eh? Superfast for my audio editing, I’ve not used it for anything else yet.
Bought for my son as entry level PC for gaming and the odd bit of homework. I can say I am impressed with the package as whole. The monitor is decent the keyboard and mouse too are pretty good. The pc itself is good value for the money, nothing fancy but still good enough to run all the games at low/medium setting levels. I think this is great value for money for someone starting from scratch. Only down side we have found is the WiFi card is a little weak, not a big deal for us as will have it cabled but if you have a low WiFi signal where you are thinking of placing the PC, perhaps upgrade the WiFi card.
good value for money and speedy delivery
I was shopping around for a new laptop/PC that i could play my games on. Found this option and thought it was a no brainer for the money and what you get in comparison to some other options out there at a higher price. Everything was delivered as expected and so far has worked great. I was also expecting a long lead time with the pandemic but this was delivered alot earlier than Amazon advised
Although this product wasnt as great as i originally expected, but considering its a bundle prebuild it wasnt bad.
My main aim for the review is the exceptional customer service. I used it, but didnt fit right with it. So in the refund return communication Vibox helped me out greatly, and sorted postage which was amazing. If youre a beginner, and dont expect to play the newest games, something from Vibox is for you! Or as a flashy general PC! Nothing bad to say about them as a company or what they sell! They do what they can always. Just remember if youre looking at playing the latest games, consider hardware upgrades hehe
It’s very good PC for the price. Runs well most of the games. Only 1 so far wasn’t able to play even on low settings “7 days to die”. Fan is very good. Had to connect different WiFi booster, but didn’t find it a major issue. Contacted the seller for free games codes and replied very fast. Happy customer.
Sorry for putting a bad review before but I recommend this pc now it gets good fps on high popular games like fortnite and 7 days to die I do like this pc and it works fine now and I forgot to remove the bad review that I left when I had the problem but I have removed it now
I’ve been looking for a PC for a while so I can do my graphic design work, finally settled on this and I have to say it fits perfectly in my art studio!
It got delivered very quick and so far it’s handled everything I’ve needed it for like Photoshop and Illustrator. I chose Overwatch for my free game and I easily get over 60/70 fps on high settings — would definitely recommend
For me, a perfect buy. Does everything I need it to do and more and is 100% worth the price, also looks beautiful and runs like a dream. Delivery came 4 days earlier than was estimated, which was an amazing unexpected surprise.
