Product arrived promptly… All plugged in… But the monitor didn’t work
2nd one came….. That didn’t work either….
After a bigger box and plenty of bubble wrap I was 3rd time lucky and got a working monitor…. Rest of bundle was fine.
Customer service was great, minus a little miscommunication.
The bundle should be cheaper for the quality of items.
To end… Vibox are a good company from Manchester… They have excellent customer service and sorted me out with no problem!
Perfect kit for beginner/intermediate gamers/streame
No problems so far, the first main box was delivered damaged but all the equipment inside was properly protected and nothing was damaged. The computer runs smoothly, however I was surprised that the plug to the computer was different and did not fit into an Irish socket, but I have dealt with this. The keyboard and mouse look nice and work well but it is not the highest quality product. The LED lights on the mouse stay on even when the computer is switched off so you have to unplug the USB cable from the computer to switch them off completely. The monitor runs smoothly and I have no complaints. The only thing I don’t like is the WiFi adapter which is weak, the computer has a very weak signal with the main router and this affects the speed of the Internet, I have another device that is in the same room and there are no problems with the network.
Overall, for the price the equipment is good and I sincerely recommend it.
Had for over a year now and starting off it wasn’t that good the build quality and cable management is shocking and they include a 1650 Mini and a Mini ITX motherboard with for the money your paying is not worth i

Seller did repair the unit sent back without hassle. Unit working properly now. After sales support is outstanding. Will recommend.
Only drawback is now I won’t see my son very ofter as it was a present for him.
