Having a toddler is a whirlwind of activity, and this busy board has been a brilliant way to channel some of that boundless energy into focused fun. The underwater theme is a hit, and the variety of switches and lights keeps my little one engaged for surprisingly long stretches. It’s sturdy enough to withstand enthusiastic toddler hands, and the portable bag makes it a lifesaver for outings. It’s not just about keeping them occupied, though — I’ve noticed a real improvement in their fine motor skills and problem-solving abilities since we introduced this toy.

This busy board has been a delightful addition to our household. My little one is absolutely captivated by the vibrant sea creatures and the interactive switches and lights. It’s a fantastic way to keep them entertained while subtly introducing them to basic concepts like cause and effect. The sturdy wooden construction gives me confidence in its durability, and the smooth finish ensures little hands stay safe during playtime.

This busy board is surprisingly versatile — my toddler loves it and I find myself drawn to fiddle with the switches as I walk by. The sea creature theme is adorable, and the overall design is sturdy. My only suggestion would be to include some type of stand to give it a slight angle, since it’s intended for floor play.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this busy board, but I’ve been so delighted with how well it keeps my toddler occupied. It’s great for quiet time, car journeys, or just whenever I need a few minutes! I like the variety of activities — there’s so much more than just simple switches. The lights are an especially nice sensory touch. My only improvement would be a built-in way to store it, but a bag works well enough.

This wooden board came well packed in a box that included a cute pouch. This toy works with 2 AAA batteries which are not included in the package. My son likes to switch on/off the light switches and that’s why I got this wooden board to have fun with the functions it has. The board is made of wood material which looks of good quality, has no sharp corners and does not harm children. It’s a nice toy but I still think that having the same activity it can get boring for kids very quickly. The price is reasonable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice Wooden Board

Well made item supplied plain boxed and in a draw string cloth bag.
The seaworld link is tenuous as its just some printed images which do not connect with the electrical board.
You turn, click, press, insert, rotate etc the various switches and they make a coloured light come on.
The large rotary knob switches a ring of leds on in sequence which is speed variable.
There are no sounds which is a shame.
It will teach kids about different switch types but after a few minutes this will be left.
It needs sounds! The 4**** is generous but it is well put together and it all works.
Requires 2 AA batts, not supplied. No instructions. Small cross head SD needed for battery box.

Straight out of the box (after I put in the batteries, not supplied), my little one spent 20 minutes concentrating on figuring out all the little switches. She particularly likes the dial which controls the speed of a circle of lights and the cable connector. I like that it is a toy which lights up but which isn’t noisy.

A couple of the traditional switches in the middle are a bit stiff for little fingers and my toddler keeps asking for help with the keys as they are a bit fiddly and only fit one way round. If those elements were tweaked to make them a bit more user friendly for a 2 year old, I would give it 5 stars.
