What should I do if the temperature does not reach my expectation during use?
- The temperature during use depends on the current ambient temperature. If the temperature in the area is low, we strongly recommend using our combination package or purchasing an additional steam generator. Usually, two steam generators are used at the same time, and the thermal effect is more significant.
Does the steam generator not work?
- There is protection function to prevent overheating and empty burning. The power supply will be cut off automatically when the water is dry, and the power indicator will be extinguished. It will recover automatically after 20 minutes and can be used after replenishing water.
Why did the lid crack?
- If you need to add essential oil, please put in a small round white box. Do not add essential oil directly to the water. Improper use can cause the lid to crack.
What should I do if the product I received does not work or is broken?
- It may be the problem in the transportation process. Sorry for the trouble! We will replace it immediately.

The sauna heats up in no time, taking around 10 minutes to reach the perfect temperature. It can provide a continuous steam session for up to 2 hours, although I’ve only used it for an hour at a time so far. With 15 heat settings that go up to 140F, I can customize my sauna experience to my liking.
The safety features are top-notch, with the steam generator automatically shutting off when it’s out of water and a safety valve to release pressure if necessary. And the little extras, like zippers on the outside for easy arm access, really enhance the overall experience, allowing me to use my phone without stepping out.

No pens que fuera a ser tan buena, pero la estoy disfrutando un montn. Se monta enseguida, viene por medio de dibujos muy bien explicado paso a paso. No pesa nada de nada porque los tubos son huecos de aluminio. Vienen marcados por tubos verticales con la letra B y los horizontales con la letra A. En 5 minutos se calienta el agua y empieza a salir el vapor que puedes poner el calor a la temperatura que quieras y la cantidad de vapor lo mismo, todo se regula en el aparatito de fuera o en un mando a distancia que trae. Tambin trae una silla y se podra meter otra porque caben 2 personas. Hay que tener mucho cuidado con el cacharrito redondo que metes por donde sale el vapor porque quema. Me ha parecido un buen invento para tener en casa. De momento no le veo pegas.

Great product for in home sauna/steam room. Can pack away to make space only took 7 mins to reach maximum temperature.. chair a little small however just use a camping chair if you want to sit.. I was surprised by how similar the experience was to a full size sauna.

After reading the reviews I was 50/50 on whether it was going to be any good, but it arrived quickly, very easy and quick to assemble, it looks good, and works fab. It definitely exceeded my expectations for the price, it does need about 10 mins to warm up then you’re good to go. You don’t even need to be on maximum temperature for me setting p12 is more than enough to get a good sweat, then give it a wipe down, leave the door open and hooked to the towel holder on the outside and it’s ready for next time. I would definitely recommend this product if you don’t want to be disappointed a great steam sauna in your own home 5**** item.
Picked this up as i’ve had some soreness after exercise, and have contemplated cold baths, but have often thought about steaming, especially for weight loss. Picked this up and have not been disappointed.
Its HUGE, but in a good way. I’m 6ft1 and over 100kg’s and I fit in it fine. I was worried i’d be too big for it, but certainly comfortable in there.
It went together really easily, and came with some spare tube bits if required. Easy to operate and understand, and could easily pack down if you didn’t want it up all the time.
I did worry about the chair that came with it, but I just put a standard outdoor chair in there and it fits with me no problems at all. Super Happy.

Its super easy to assemble, as my husband did it in 10 minutes himself .I have to say that this is a perfect buying. Used it twice a week and I feel my skin smoothly after using it . The other thing is my two little ones enjoy playing inside as their secret house for hiding and seek. Highly recommend!
