• The temperature during use depends on the current ambient temperature. If the temperature in the area is low, we strongly recommend using our combination package or purchasing an additional steam generator. Usually, two steam generators are used at the same time, and the thermal effect is more significant.

Does the steam generator not work?

• There is protection function to prevent overheating and empty burning. The power supply will be cut off automatically when the water is dry, and the power indicator will be extinguished. It will recover automatically after 20 minutes and can be used after replenishing water.

Why did the lid crack?

• If you need to add essential oil, please put in a small round white box. Do not add essential oil directly to the water. Improper use can cause the lid to crack.
