Sehr gut geeignet für Bandscheiben Vorfälle
Ich habe einen Bandscheiben Vorfall und habe mir sehr viele Sportgerte fr Zuhause gekauft, die man mal schnell platzsparend einpacken kann. Dieses Produkt ist eines davon und ich nutze es echt gerne.
Sehr vielseitig und die Videos die man ber Amazon anschauen kann um dieses Gert richtig zu benutzen machen sehr viel Spa.
Fr eine klare Empfehlung fr Menschen die Probleme mit dem Rcken haben und kein teures Fitness Studio besuchen mchten. Aber auch fr Muttis die whrend des Mittagschlaf, mal eben die Bikini Figur wieder erlangen wollen.
Qualitt ist definitiv sehr gut fr normal bungen fr Frauen.

Lo que mas me gusta de este kit es la variedad de ejercicios que se pueden hacer, es muy completo.
Este juego de bandas de resistencia y barra de pilates incluye 4 tubos de ltex de dos niveles de resistencia , una barra de acero desmontable recubierta de espuma, correas, un prctico temporizador con soporte, manuales y bolsa de transporte. Lo puedes llevar a cualquier sitio sin que sea una carga , y ocupa muy poco espacio. Incluye una gua muy practica para hacer diferentes ejercicios , as que no tienes que marearte por buscarlos aparte.
Esta muy bien lo recomiendo !!

Este juego de bandas de resistencia y barra de pilates incluye 4 tubos de ltex de dos niveles de resistencia (30/40 libras), una barra de acero desmontable recubierta de espuma, correas, un prctico temporizador con soporte, manuales y bolsa de transporte. Es un equipo verstil que te puedes llevar fcilmente q cualquier lugar y sirve permite hacer una gran variedad de ejercicios de pilates, yoga y fitness.
Tengo dos nios pequeos y no dispongo de mucho tiempo libre para ir al gimnasio; este set me ha permitido encontrar ese momento para mi y poder ejercitarme a mi ritmo.
Incluye una gua de ejercicios que sirven de referencia como punto de partida. La barra y sus correas tienen diferentes ajustes para adaptarla a diferentes rutinas de cuerpo entero. Los pesos (13 y 18 Kg) no son elevados, la barra no est enfocada para trabajar la fuerza y potencia, pero si resulta adecuada para la tonificacion y la mejora de la resistencia.
Lo que ms me gusta es la versatilidad y la facilidad de transporte. Los ms engorroso es que al principio cuestar tener que pensar la secuencia adecuada de ejercicios para evitar tener que estar ajustando las correas tras cada serie.

I was looking for a versatile way to work out at home, and this resistance band and Pilates bar set is spot on. It’s really easy to put together and take apart for storage. With multiple bands, I can tailor my workouts, getting a good challenge in without needing a gym membership. The included door anchor opens up even more exercises. If you’re tight on space or want the freedom to exercise anywhere, it’s a brilliantsolution.
I’m in my early 40’s and haven’t really exercised much and its starting to show. I have tried gyms in the past, but they don’t last. I suffer from a bad back so exercising more has been on my To Do list. Pilates is something my friends do but I never really wanted to try until now. I have been using this for little over a week and can say I feel it strengthening my core and particularly my abdominal muscles. I find it quite relaxing to do in the house and it’s so easy to put away afterwards. If you’re like me and in need of increased muscle strength and tone I would recommend this.

El kit es bastante completo para iniciar en el pilates desde casa.
Las bandas de resistencia son de dos modelos que me parecen bastante adecuados para principiantes o nivel intermedio.
Lo que ms me ha gustado ha sido que incluye un temporizador para poder calcular mejor el tiempo durante el ejercicio o entre estos.
Es bastante fcil de guardar ya que no ocupa demasiado espacio.

Il prodotto stato pensato davvero molto bene per quanto riguarda la possibilit di allenamento. Grazie al poster incluso sono presenti tantissimi esercizi da poter realizzare con il materiale a disposizione. Le bande elastiche lavorano bene, l’impugnatura confortevole. Il resto sta a chi si allena.
L’unica modifica che farei quella di rendere avvitabile la parte centrale della sbarra per permettere montaggio e smontaggio in maniera pi immediata.
Ultimo, ma altrettanto importante: l’azienda molto seria, pronta a rispondere alle domande dei clienti e prontissima a risolvere dubbi o problemi.
Good addition for home workouts
I got this Pilates bar set because I like doing stretches before I go outdoor jogging and this looked like the perfect entry level home workout set that won’t break the bank. The Pilates bar is covered in foam that provides comfort and stability during workouts. The 30 and 40 lbs resistance bands comes in two pairs allowing me to dictate how hard to push myself. The addition of a timer allows me to allocate time slots in between different exercises and helps me to track my progress whether I’m aiming for more reps, or longer holds. This really is a multi functional set that allows me to work up a sweat, stretch and grow stronger. The handy carry bag keeps everything neatly together and makes it easily portable. It’s well-made and with proper care, should ensure years of workouts for years to come.
Nice professional set but great for beginners
Nice set for Pilates. As a beginner I wasn’t sure what I needed but the instructions with this and I have found online have helped me get started with Pilates on my own. I think this is enough to get started but would still recommend classes to properly learn the techniques with a group.

Easy to assemble, keeps me motivated
The ALongSong Pilates Bar Set comes with everything you need to exercise at home, it is extremely well made. There are instructions to put the equipment together and a useful Pilates Bar Workout chart, that gives you a selection of exercises for the upper body, lower body, core and back training.
The bar is well made and covered with foam padding it slots together easily, and tales apart for storage.
Thanks to the clips it is very easy to attach the resistance bands to the bar, there are a choice of two different resistances, 30lb or 40lb so you can tailor your workout to suit you. The foot straps are wide and have a soft feel and don’t dig into the feet, the handles are covered in foam and are comfortable to hold. The set comes with a timer and holder that clips onto the bar this keeps me motivated.
This set comes with its own storage, carry bag with plenty of room to fit everything in its perfect for taking to gym classes or to store at home when you are not using it.
This set is perfect to use at home and also good for beginners it is well made and really good quality.
I was impressed with this Pilates bar sett from AlongSong. I ordered this set for my wife to use, though I think I will probably use it as well, and below are the reasons as to why I recommend this to you if you are considering buying a Pilates bar kit.
In the box the items comes in you receive; the bar in 3 sections (1 mid-section and 2 end-sections which have adjustable straps), 2 x 30lbs resistance bands, 2 x 40lbs resistance bands, 2 x foot / handle straps, a digital LCD stopwatch / timer (batteries included) and bar clip, drawstring carrier bag, exercise wall chart and an instruction leaflet (please see photos).
Unlike many other similar sets the bars with this do not screw together but instead connect via metal pop buttons. To connect them is simple you just need to align them with the holes in the tube being connected to (please see photos) and then with thumb and finger squeeze the buttons to help them in the tube and push tubes together until they pop into place. To undo them simply press the pop buttons and twist the tube.
Things that stand out that I really like about this set are:
– the straps at the ends of the bars are adjustable which is great for being able to set to the right length based upon your height (please see photos)
– the foam covering on the bar is comfortable and feels like it will last well with regular home gym use
– the loops on the foot / handle straps are easy to get your foot in and out of and the handle sections are comfortable for holding
– the kit breaks down quickly and easily and fits well in the drawstring carrier bag provided (please see photos)
– the glossy colour wall chart is excellent quality and has some great exercises on it
– the LCD stopwatch / timer is a good addition and it clips on to the bar so can easily see when exercising (please see photos)

An incredibly well made Pilates bar set.
This is an excellent piece of kit for anyone who , like me , appreciates one piece of kit that tones all the muscles and is easy to transport.
Usually I would break this type of equipment down into positives and negatives but to be honest I haven’t found any negatives so far
. The bar comes in three solid metal pieces covered in comfortable foam which slot together easily and form a robust bar.
. Due to using carabiner clips the 30lb or 40lb resistance bands clip on easily and securely .
. The foot straps are very comfortable and do not cut into your feet when pulling against them
. The addition of an exercise wall chart is a really useful added bonus and cover all the major muscle areas to exercise.
. I like the addition of an exercise timer that fits onto the Bar as it motivates me to keep to my target goals.
. The addition of a carry bag and the ease at which the bar sections separate make this a useful piece of portable kit which can then be taken to exercise classes or where ever else you wish to exercise.
. Would highly recommend this to anyone who likes equipment that is good quality and does not take up masses of room. Far better than having a home gym or weights that take up space and need storing.

Genial para ejercitarte en casa de forma completa sin hacer un gran gasto. Materiales de calidad.
Este pack de bandas de resistencia elsticas esta compuesto por una barra de acero con anclajes en los extremos, 2 gomas de color negro con una resistencia equivalente a 18,2 kg cada una, 2 gomas grises con una resistencia equivalente a 9 kg cada una, 2 empuaduras/anclajes de tobillo, 1 anclaje para puertas o ventanas, un manual con ideas de ejercicios para realizar con el kit y una bolsa de almacenamiento para mantenerlo todo bien ordenado.
Lo he estado usando desde hace ya casi un mes y una de las cosas que ms me han gustado es que las gomas son bastante resistentes y no dan la sensacin de que puedan romperse fcilmente con la tensin. En cuanto a la resistencia, estas bandas se notan de mejor calidad que otras que he probado y los mosquetones parecen bastante resistentes.
En cuanto a los materiales de fabricacin, las gomas estn hechas de ltex as que ten cuidado si eres alrgico. Por otro lado, la barra es muy resistente y las uniones de las diferentes partes que la conforman son roscadas y quedan muy estables. Las empuaduras de las manos y el anclaje para puertas me han parecido correctos y cumplen con su funcin sin problema.
Debido a que en el pack nicamente tenemos 2 bandas de diferentes resistencias, casi no vamos a poder hacer combinaciones para ir aumentando la resistencia, lo cual es necesario para incrementar la intensidad de nuestros ejercicios paulatinamente o segn el estado en que se encuentren nuestros diferentes grupos musculares (no es lo mismo el estado basal de los brazos que el de las piernas, por ejemplo). Me hubiese gustado que incluyese ms gomas de distintas resistencias adems, como son ms cortas de lo habitual no puedo usar otras gomas que tengo por casa.
En cuanto a qu ejercicios realizar o cmo realizarlos, en el pack se incluye un papel con dibujos de varios ejercicios aunque, si navegas un poco por internet encontraras muchos otros acordes a lo que estes buscando.
En resumen, un set de bandas muy til para hacer ejercicio en cualquier parte y sin necesidad mltiple equipamiento especifico. Como punto a mejorar, me hubiese gustado que incluyese ms gomas de distintas resistencias, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que no es un set de los ms baratos.
Aun as es un producto que est bastante bien y se puede recomendar su compra.
