The headset is easy to use, just plug into the phone and it’s ready to go. I use it for my calls at work so I don’t have to cradle the phone.

I bought these for work. I'm on the phone all day at the hospital and these were perfect choices. it's so easy to use and connection is simple. Happy to say that 5 of my coworkers also bought these from Amazo

Arama USB Headset: Reliable Audio Companion for Work
The Arama USB Headset with Microphone offers a functional audio solution for various settings, but it comes with its own set of pros and cons. On the positive side, the noise-canceling feature proves effective in minimizing background distractions during business calls or virtual meetings. The inline control adds convenience, allowing users to manage volume and mute functions effortlessly.

However, the build quality might leave some users wanting more. While the headset is functional, it feels somewhat lightweight, and the durability may be a concern over prolonged use. The comfort level is satisfactory, but users with larger heads may find the fit slightly snug.

In terms of value for money, the Arama USB Headset falls within an affordable range, making it an attractive option for those seeking a budget-friendly audio solution for work or office use. The compatibility with various softphone applications like Skype and Zoom enhances its overall utility.

In conclusion, the Arama USB Headset with Microphone offers reliable audio performance for business calls and virtual meetings. While the build quality may not be premium, its functionality and budget-friendly pricing make it a practical choice for those prioritizing affordability and functionality in their audio accessories.

    Great headset perfect for teams
Bought as a new replacement headset for work, and it’s a great product. It fits comfortably in my head with the adjustable fitting. The earphones are soft and padded. Good sound quality, and worked without any issues with my work laptop. Was more than loud enough on just 50% volume.

I liked that the mic piece is adjustable too, and the flip for the wire to be secured to my clothing is also handy to prevent any interference from moving wires. Overall a great product and excellent value for money.

I bought this headset to help at my job answering phones. It is compatible with my Cisco phone at work, and I appreciate how easy it makes it to talk on the phone and use my hands to write at the same time. It has been a lifesaver in keeping my hands and neck less tired from holding the phone. The one downside is that I sometimes feel it isn't loud enough even at its full volume, but that really depends on the connection I have with the other person, overall it is worth the buy.

    It works
I just used it for the first time today. So far it is working well. What I would have lived is a connection that allowed me to easily unplug the headset from the phone in order to leave my seat without taking off the headset.

Other than that, it seems good.

    Comfortable but a little flimsy
The video shows you what you get in the box.

    In a nutshell:

    Things I liked:

+ Plug and play – Windows detected both earpiece and microphone fine and the in-line controls simply accessed Windows’ own mute and volume controls, which is exactly how I want it.

    Things I didn’t like:

    – Doesn’t feel like the most premium headset in the world.

    Do I recommend it?

Yes. It’s a lightweight, comfortable headset for working and telecoms. It’s not really for listening to music – the speaker appears to be optimised for voice. It just feels a bit flimsy for the price of about 30, but if you can get it on an offer, go for it.

Comfortable and pretty good sound quality
These replace a headset that covers both ears. I need to be able to hear what is happening around me as well as communicate with other people via my headset. The quality of the sound coming in isn’t bad at all, and I am told by other people that they can hear me perfectly. This headset is good value and highly recommended.

    A good lightweight headse
My intial thoughts on this headset have changed as I used it – initially I thought this seemed like quite a light and (dare I say it out loud) cheap feeling headset. I thought this would be a negative for it given that the price point puts it with some more substantial headsets I use. So to me it didn’t feel that good quality.

However the more I wore it the more I realised, this is a very comfortable headset. I could wear it for an extended length of time and it didn’t start to feel heavy or uncomfortable. As it is a single ear piece it also didn’t weigh heavily across the top of my head wither – so top marks for comfort and lightness.

The sound quality is fine – maybe a little tinny at times but this is a headset for communication and the sound has always been very clear and crisp.

The one drawback I have had with it is that the microphone boom seems to be in an unusual position – for me it is quite close to my face and it’s not possible to move it away and adjust it in that manner. This isn’t a major issue and it hasn’t caused any issues with callers hearing me on the other end of the phone.

The controls fall easily to hand and means that you can instantly mute a conversation should there be a requirement to do so – much handier than trying to find the mute button on your laptop with the mouse! Volume controls are easy to reach to which gives you more control in calls.

My early misgivings were certainly not borne out and this is a very comfortable user friendly headset to use for much of the day.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFantastic!
Best headphone I’ve used! I work from home for call centre and need a decent headset. I also get bad migraines so need a headset that is comfortable, not too tight or heavy and doesn’t allow allsorts of beepy screechy noises! This fits the bill perfectly

Highly recommended. Your neck will thank you

The headset is very confrontable, the sound quality is very good as well. The only issue I have thus far is the mic adjustable so you can't move it closer to your mouth.

This headset works perfectly. It’s comfortable , fits great, easy to use. A great value for the money. The sound is fantastic and you can adjust the volume. It really does cut out all of the noise and allows you to focus on each call.

I wanted a better headset that what my work provided for my work from home set up. Got these via prime one day delivery and tried it out and they were bad with static for the people hearing me on the other end. I contacted there support and they got me out a new head set in just a few days. That one works perfectly. I've been using it for 3 days now. I take and make 25 calls a day and this new head set works great. I also leave it on longer as it is really comfortable and I forget I'm wearing it. I would recommend this product and if you have trouble contact the company.

I needed a headset for my home office and gave this one a try. I hooked it up to my Cisco 7821 and everything works as it should. I am very happy with the overall quality, sound clarity and the comfort. The in line volume works great as well as the inline mute button. This has really helped reduce neck fatigue and frees up my hands to get other tasks done while on a call. As others h ave said the cord is short. It works for me, but my phone sits pretty close to me. I would recommend a an extension cord. Other than that issue I am very happy.
