Liquid chalk
Does what it says it does. I tried a small blob of this stuff and it dries quickly. Pull ups on a metal bar in hot weather was normally tricky but with liquid chalk it’s so much easier.
Best liquid chalk so far.
Been doing strongman for a few years now, and currently switching to liquid chalk since last year and with all the brands I’ve used, I have to say this brand is the one I’m most satisfied with, quick drying and the value of money for this is reasonable, and I feel like I get getting Grip compared to using other brands. This definitely helped me win my last competition on the hold events.
Does the trick
I bought this for heavy kettlebell work and deadlifts and it does the job. It dries quickly on the hands and is great for preventing slipping when hands an art to get sweaty from kettlebell swings and snatches. Great chalk
Great product for lifting weights
Dries quickly. It has a pleasant smell, a light perfume.
Stick it well on your hands.
And it comes off quickly when I wash my hands.
The bag that comes with it is very useful.
Smells good, washes off easily.
This is a really good chalk product. It has a nice orangey smell, applies easily and washes off with not problem. The only criticism is that it sweats off quite rapidly, so I sometimes end up applying it before every set, which is frustrating. Ultimately, I prefer normal chalk, but this is less messy so sometimes I’m happy to compromise.
Newbie climber review
This is quick to dry and gives good coverage for the amount of liquid you need to dispense. It’s got a strong alcohol smell initially and stays put if left to dry properly but if you’re impatient (like me) it’s not very durable /hard wearing for multiple climbs and rubs off finger tips very quickly. For the price it’s good but one of many reasonable priced options
Great chalk, container could be bette
I mean it’s chalk, not quite as good as the weightlifting stuff but far less messy, doesn’t get on clothes or the bar unless you use too much, and it gets the job done well. Only complaint is the container, I get the middle size and the lid doesn’t close properly anymore, wouldn’t be surprised if it leaked when I put pressure on it so just keep that inind and be careful if you buy.
This is a decent liquid chalk. A little goes a long way; it has a lemon/citrus scent, but not overpowering; it dries quickly and you don’t lose an excessive amount if you clap your hands together when it’s dried (so if you’re looking to make that dramatic cloud of chalk before a big lift this isn’t for you). Yes, or course it transfers onto clothes and you have to reapply after a few big lifts, but that’s standard for liquid chalk. It doesn’t transfer as much as other chalks I’ve used though, so that’s a bonus. It washes off easily and washes out of clothes easily too, so it’s really not an issue.
The smaller size is a neat little bottle on a carabiner, so you can clip it to your gym bag and not have to rummage through the contents of your bag with chalked-up hands dirtying everything when you want to reapply it.
The lid flicks open easily and clicks back closed securely; which is simple enough to do with one hand, when the other’s covered in the chalk you’ve just applied.
In terms of grip: it definitely helps improve mine. I have nerve damage in one hand. Using this chalk allows me to still lift heavy without the need for uncomfortable wrist straps. I can lift considerably heavier with the chalk than without, and can comfortably lift to my limit without my grip failing.
Overall, this is a decent liquid chalk. I’ll be buying it again when I run out.
