    Love this
Great product. Brought for work as was supplied with a wired one and didn’t want to be tethered. Sound quality is amazing, so comfortable too! I can walk the full office and to the shop next door maintaining connection!!!

    Wireless Bluetooth Headse
The Bluetooth headset provides a stable connection and the QCC chip ensures clear sound quality. The inclusion of a USB dongle enhances its versatility. However, the advertised 45-hour battery life seems exaggerated, as I found myself needing to recharge frequently. Nevertheless, it’s a decent option for hands-free communication.

A great investment if you take a lot of calls and need reliable, comfortable audio.
This Bluetooth headset is awesome for my work Teams calls! The battery lasts forever, so I don’t have to worry about it dying mid-meeting.

The sound quality is crystal clear, and the noise-canceling mic makes sure people hear you, not my noisy home office.

It’s soft and super comfortable to wear for long periods and the mute button is a lifesaver. It connects quickly to both my laptop and phone, and the USB dongle makes it easy to use on any computer.

    Great headse
Bought for work as headset for Teams and phone.
Very comfy, fast bluetooth connectivity and easy controls.
    Good for both ears use.
As people have said there is a lot of bass if you are listening to music but not relevant for me.
Great price, look good and super quick same day delivery.

    Great quality and comfortable
Great quality headset making it ideal for work and leisure. Particularly if you would prefer the sound in one ear and the other ear open to hear family members or background noises like your door rining etc.

Very easy to use, you just click the on switch, and it syncs and your ready to go. I’ve found since syncing with my laptop for first time, it now automatically syncs as soon as I turn the headset on.

The headset adusts depending on the size of your head, and the earphone side has a tilting function which makes it perfectly comfortable when wearing.

The microphone can be rotated forward for use, and also bends to the perfect position, or can be rotated back if you don’t need the mic. Better still you can toggle the mic on and off with a button on the side of the headphone.

As for noise cancelling, I find this a bit of a hard one to judge considering one of your ears is left open to external sounds, so I can’t really comment on that one. In my opinion noise cancelling only works effectively with both ears covered.

I’d certainly recommend this headset, either for gaming, leisure or work.

    Reasonable quality for the price
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this headset. But as I had an earache in one ear, I thought it would be a good time to use them, to make sure my painful ear was left uncovered, and these took over from my headphones surprisingly well.

Although these aren’t headphones and are meant primarily for voice chatting, the sound quality is actually quite good for movies and TV and is decent enough for music. There’s plenty of bass in the speaker, whether that’s a good thing for you or not.

It also has a nice and simple control system. There’s a big button on the ear piece that mutes/unmutes your microphone, and there is a rather unconventional on/off switch in order to turn the headset on or off, I actually find this preferable to the usual method of turning on Bluetooth headphones, which is holding a power button for several seconds.

There is also buttons for music control, such as play/pause and skipping, although these buttons are really quite small and a little fiddly to use.

My head is also on the slightly larger side, so I found that the piece of padded plastic on the non-earpiece side of the headset dug into my head slightly. It wasn’t a huge problem, but after 30 minutes or so of wearing the headset, it did start to put some pressure on my head.

All-in-all, I think the headset is reasonably priced, although I have had nicer headphones for 35.

Good for working from home if you have a Windows PC
This is a nice headset, providing both bluetooth and a USB dongle, which allows for pretty seamless integration.
In terms of comfort it’s good, and I do prefer mono-ear compared to dual ear, since you can still hear around you.
The microphone is pretty good, not the best out there (main branded 100+ headsets definitely do a better job), but the sound quality is good enough for people to hear what you’re saying without any issues.
As for sound quality in your ear, it’s good enough for speech, but like many others, it’s not great for music etc.

One thing I can say though, is although it works fine with a windows PC using the USB dongle, I couldn’t get it to work with a WYSE thin client terminal, which is unfortunate, since I would have thought the USB dongle would have sorted this out for me, but this wasn’t the case.

That being said, at 30 at time of review, it’s still a decent headset, with sufficient battery life to last a day of calls.

    Good head se
Having recently received this Bluetooth Headset,I’ve had a mixed experience with it. On the positive side, the headset offers a long battery life of up to 45 hours, which is impressive for wireless headphones in this price range. The inclusion of a USB dongle and mute button adds convenience, especially for use with laptops and during conference calls on platforms like Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and in office settings.
The headset’s QCC chip provides a stable and reliable Bluetooth connection, ensuring minimal lag or interruptions during audio playback or calls. The noise-canceling feature works reasonably well, blocking out ambient noise to a certain extent and allowing for clearer communication in noisy environments.
Additionally, the headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods, with cushioned ear cups that provide a decent level of comfort. The microphone quality is decent.
However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. While the sound quality is decent for spoken audio, such as during calls or video conferences, it may lack the depth and richness desired for music playback, especially for audiophiles.
Overall, this Bluetooth Headset offers good value for its price, with impressive battery life, convenience features, and decent audio quality for calls and spoken audio. However, those seeking high-fidelity sound for music may want to look elsewhere.

    Reasonable quality voice-only headse
You can listen to music on this, but you wouldn’t want to.
It’s really for handling calls and it does this job rather well.

The headset is comfortable to wear – if you’re not used to wearing just one ear pad, it’s a little odd at first but you soon get used to it. It’s great for driving because the free ear means you can still hear what’s going on around you which is important.

You can control calls from the headset, so if like me you don’t have BT set up in your car, this offers a legal way out as you don’t need to touch your phone.

Voice sound quality is excellent and the microphone pickup is also good.

    Bluetooth Headse
The headset arrived part charged and switched on with a voice saying “Pairing” immediately. It was very simple to pair the phones to my iPhone, no problem at all. The headphone sat over my ear comfortably enough, with no need of adjusting of the head band.

The sound quality is reasonable, from the headphone and from playback of the microphone. Certainly it works fine in making voice calls.

Ancillaries supplied include a USB bluetooth dongle, a small charging cable and a case. The case itself feels robust enough for normal daily use. Construction quality is good and I imagine this headset will survive minor knocks.

I’m not a fan of any headphones as I always find them uncomfortable with a maximum use time of 20 to 60 minutes and this headset is much the same.

    A useful item at work.

Great headset but not without flaws
I currently have a Jabra headset, which are probably the standard when it comes to office headsets, as someone who works both in the office and from home having a second headset so I don’t need to get my other out of the bag every time is great and the main reason I wanted the second one, simply for convenience.

The Kensing headset feels well made, it’s sturdy and robust, well padded and includes the required accessories with a storage bag. It works as a plug-and-play headset and the audio and mic quality are acceptable.

The main negative is the weight of the headset, its bulky and heavy, especially for prolonged wear, even with the additional padding it starts to feel cumbersome after an hour Zoom meeting. The other negatives are the supplied cable is too short to actually use it plugged in (I mainly use my Jabra plugged in rather than over Bluetooth) and the supplied storage bag is cheap and nasty.

The positives are the design and audio quality, the headset feels better quality, higher grade materials and that the mic articulates is much better imo.

One thing to consider is that the Jabra is more than three times the price of the Kensing so I guess the question is are they three times different? I’d say no, making the Kensing a great value headset worthy of 4*

One ear gr8 for comms and VC calls
This is a fine and smart looking headset. I have used similar though less robust pro ones in the past and those were wired. I found the bluetooth connection, although it connected with win10 easily, the mic input was erratic as to whether it connected. This may be a Windows audio problem I have heard of. On the Mac it worked fine and gave good audio.

Unfortunately I found the ear pad and tightness of the band too much for the prolonged use I anticipated.

    Top-notch headset for remote work!
This headset is exactly what I’ve been searching for to cater to all my work-from-home requirements. It seamlessly integrates with my Amazon WorkSpaces, Teams, and Avaya One-X softphone. Callers come through loud and clear, and I’m equally audible to them. Not a single instance of lag or audio issue attributable to this headset. They’re impeccably crafted, robust, and effortlessly rechargeable by simply placing them back on the charging base at the end of the day. In terms of comfort, they’re on par with any headset I’ve worn. Granted, wearing a headset for 8 hours straight isn’t always ideal, but these haven’t caused any discomfort. They pair flawlessly with my work laptop using the provided dongle, and in the evenings, they effortlessly connect to my iPhone for personal calls, offering superior audio quality compared to using the iPhone alone. Additionally, they pair effortlessly with my TV with minimal lag. Considering the price and quality, it’s a no-brainer purchase! Give them a try — you won’t be disappointed!

Reasonably comfortable and clear wireless Headse
This headset came well presented in a cardboard box with a handy drawstring carry sack. There’s a Bluetooth Dongle included and a basic 55cm/22″ USB A-C charging cable. The headset appears to be made of reasonable quality materials.

Charging is straightforward and has red for charging and solid blue for charged LED indicators. Whilst handy, the charging cable is too short to charge when the headset is in use.

The 270 rotatable microphone means that you can wear the headset with the speaker either on the right or left, as you prefer.

Pairing to my Windows 10 PC via an existing Bluetooth 5.3 dongle was straightforward. Pairing via the included dongle was also OK – it paired OK but reported the dongle as ‘BT-88′ and I couldn’t discern what version the dongle actually is.

The headset was comfortable to wear, with the swivel nature of the speaker housing allowing comfortable flush sitting on the ear. The lightly padded extensible headband helped with the comfortable feel. The clamp strength was just right for comfort without feeling loose.

In use, Music reproduction was surprisingly poor for a 40 headset. The bass was boomy rather than rich and the voice was a bit washed out – the headset speaker was nowhere near as good as a 10 year old set of Sony MDRZX310 headphones I ran from the same PC to compare. Those headphones are still sold on Amazon for about 15… The music I used to test was Adele’s album ’30’, which I figured was a good way to judge voice reproduction as well as music.

Pairing with my Galaxy Note20 was straightforward and the microphone worked well during calls. The Microphone mute button is handy. There was no discernible noise during lulls.

The manual is very good and comprehensive.

    Pros :
    Comfortable
    Easy to pair
Bluetooth Dongle included, should you need it.
    USB-C charging

    Cons:
    Poor Music reproduction
Basic music controls – no Next or Previous
Pricey for the sound quality (of music)

In summary, a comfortable headset that’s fine to use as a headset but it’s not really up to the claim of ‘crystal clear music’.

    Good for calls
    Price at review 39.99

This is a single ear headset which is ideally suited to telephone type work, either paired to something bluetooth (like a mobile phone) or to a PC that either has bluetooth or using the supplied USB dongle.

The headset boom mic is reversable so you can wear it on either ear. The earpiece is designed to cover the ear and so blocks out other sounds. The microphone has noise reducing capability.

For call center type work or other conferencing this would work well and the advantage is that the other ear is free so you can still hear what is going on around you. It is comfortable to wear.

The microphone quality is good and picks up a good frequency range of vocals. The earpiece speaker is however quite strong on the bass side and lacking somewhat in other frequencies. For spoken word this is okay but the quality isn’t amazing or anything and I don’t think this would be very good for listening to music etc.

The buttons on it are nice and handy to answer calls, instantly mute it or to raise/lower volume.

For its office style purpose it works well.
