I saw some reviews saying it doesn't fit this model but it does. They are tight but it's not a challenge to put them on or anything and quite the upgrade from the cheap foam they came with originally especially for the price and amount you get. I work from home and while I wouldn't call these noise cancelling they definitely have made a big difference in what I can hear around me. The people on the other end sound much louder and as these have some cushion they are more comfortable to wear all day. If you have the cheap foam that came with the head set definitely buy these. No regrets. People are way too hard on products on Amazon lol. This does exactly what it should and is exactly what I would expect for this price.

I purchased these as my old ear cushion was falling apart and I am on my headset all day for work. They came in quickly and installed with minimal effort and I have three left over for the future. The only draw back I have is with the comfort as they are a bit more stiff than the old one. Perhaps with time that will change.

I noticed that the ear cushions on my Savi W420 were starting to get flakey. These cushions are a great replacement. They're a little bit of a tight fit to get them on, but not really a problem. These cushions are slightly thicker & slightly stiffer, but that could be simply the age. Not any major problem. I'm very happy with my purchase.

These ear cushions are perfect replacement for ones that had worn off of my headset. A bit of a struggle for me to put on, but that may just be me. They work great and I am very happy with them.

I ordered these to replace deteriorated foam covers for a decades old headset. At about 2 inches in outside diameter these seemed like they would work on the slightly oval (1 7/8" x 2 1/8") earpieces on the old headset. With a little stretching and a few choice words (installing black slick covers on black slick plastic) they fit fine, are comfortable, and block out more outside noise than the original pads. In case it is of help to anyone the headset is a Labtec AXIS-302 probably purchased in the late 1990"s. Doubt I'll ever need the second set of covers that came in the package but they're here if I do. BTW, the microphone cover fit the old headset just fine also.

Fitted perfectly on my headset and these were made better than the originals that came with the headset and were for comfortable than the old ones! These look and feel great and are made to last a long time!
