Freezer works well and It has convenient size but I received mine with a dent and two feet missing so unbox it as soon as you receive it to check

I was running out of freezer space but didn’t want a huge appliance cluttering my kitchen. This under-counter freezer is the ideal solution! It’s surprisingly spacious for its compact size and easily stores all my frozen goods. The transparent drawers make it easy to see and locate what I need, and I love the adjustable legs for ensuring a perfect fit under my countertop. It’s energy-efficient and whisper-quiet, making it a great addition to smaller kitchens.

It’s rare that you can purchase a big ticket item and not feel like you’ve over paid. Generally this feeling is a good indication that the product is simply not good enough, rather than the price being too high – it’s always too expensive when something doesn’t work as expected. This is my third Comfee appliance and they’ve all been outstandingly brilliant. I would go out of my way to recommend them to anyone, and it’s not often I feel this way about a brand.
Like all Comfee appliances, this is a fantastic entry-level freezer at a very affordable price. Well I say entry-level largely due to how accessible it is; the quality far exceeds the price, making it excellent value. It doesn’t have any unnecessary bells and whistles, rather they’ve focused on really getting the basics right. And they have.
It’s a simple and well designed appliance, with two main shelves and a bottom drawer. The drawer is designed to freeze things quickly, something I’ve never seen before, and serves to separate the ‘in-progress’ freezing food from the frozen – genius! It’s easy enough to move (when empty at least) and only takes a couple of hours to cool down enough for use.
I raw feed my dog and two cats, and I desperately needed an extra freezer to store all of their meat. I was so restricted before in how much I could buy, that it ended up costing me a lot more in the long run. Now I can purchase in bulk whenever there is a good deal and not have to worry about storing it.
There is plenty of room and I have easy access and visibility of the contents. So much more than my main freezer underneath the fridge, that I’ve decided to put the pet food there and use this lovely new one for my own food! I no longer need to rifle through broken icy drawers to find what I need, and the shelving layout is much easier to keep organised.
I am super happy with this, and I see zero difference with similar products costing significantly more. I bought a Comfee dishwasher and a chest freezer coming up to three years ago, and both still work like a dream. I am confident that this freezer will also stand the test of time.
You won’t find better value than this, very highly recommended.
Freestanding undercounter freezer.
Gotten as a second ‘overflow’ freezer, fits well under the bench in our outhouse area. Easy to install, super lightweight & easy enough for one person to lift & move. Feet are easy to adjust to level the unit out & once plugged in the temperature balanced out at just under -10 fairly quickly.
Internally there are 3 draws or 2 & a half if you account for the bottom draw not being as deep because of the compressor. Running noise is surprisingly low too, you’d not really notice it unless you where really trying to pick out the noise.
All in all makes a excellent second or backup freezer.
Cold and quie
Nice freezer if not the prettiest thing going.
Its easy to level, In running the freezer itself is quite quiet, and its gets suitably low temperatures as you’d want from a freezer.
The adjuster requires a flat object to turn it such as a coin, but a plastic driver of sorts is included in the package even if it wasnt instantly obvious what its for.
The lowest drawer of the 3 is the one with the lowest capacity due to the compressor being at the bottom.
Pretty light and easy to move into place when installing, and the door seal also seems to work as intended.
Im not a fan of the freezing elements being exposed and used as the shelving in this unit however as it does make them easy to damage.
Not got much freezer space in my combi unit in kitchen so got this to add some much needed extra capacity with plan to install in garage. You can check the official dimensions so this is subjective but it’s just the perfect size, shape and weight for my need. Easy to move around, doesn’t take up too much room, yet adds 3 decent sized drawers that coped with a 60 freezer shop with some room to spare.
It came incredibly well packed… thick cardboard container with polystyrene on the top, bottom, and down all 4 corners, and lots of tape and extra bits of polystyrene inside keeping everything safe and secure – it arrived in perfect condition.
Setup was easy with rotating adjusters on the front feet that are easy to turn to get it level. Plug was safely tucked in the back and comes with a better length of cable than I’m used to on white goods (so thanks for that Comfee). And it even came with a handy wee themostat dial adjuster tool in the instruction pack (see pic) which makes it easy to adjust.
Speaking of adjustments – with the dial halfway between 3 and 4 I’m getting approx -23C as shown in the other pic, so dialled it down to 3 and hopefully that’ll be perfect. It is indeed very quiet at the specified 39dB… a lot quieter than my old fridge-freezer.
The instructions also say you only need to leave it sitting for 30 mins after moving it around before switching on, and 2-4 hours after that before it should be ready for frozen food and by all accounts mine froze up quite fast, definitely within 3-4hours. So yeah, all good n cool 🙂
