I have seen so many videos which i haven’t trusted about these products and thought id find out myself.
I do rate this highly! Picture quality is clear and not uncomfortable which i expected. Does what it says on the tin and for the price i couldn’t argue.

Great camera
This is a great in ear camera. My daughter gets really waxy ears and it can be quite painful for her sometimes. Rather than blindly trying to clear them with a cotton bud using this is much safer. Definitely recommend but you must be careful anything you put into your ear can be dangerous if you’re not careful
Amazing life saver of a product!
I had a blue silicone ear plug stuck in my ear. Tried this product as a last resort to avoid A and E as I went deaf in one ear and it worked so well allowing me to see the obstruction and gently scrap it out. Hearing restored and so releaved. I then found I had a wax build up in my other ear I didn’t know about and began removing it too. My hearing is the best it’s ever been. Just be very gentle when working near the ear drum which you can see in my pic is almost cleared on that blue silicone ear.

Those silicone ear plugs are so dangerous. They liquefy in the heat of the ear when sleeping and then resolidify making it impossible to remove with fingers. I saved myself hours in a and e with this device and I am so grateful plus I could see any potential infection and decide if I actually needed a doctor for antibiotics which I’m glad to say I didn’t need.

I cannot believe the quality of the picture.
It states 1080p resolution and on both my devices( pixel phone and iphone 14)
and the picture quality is simply stunning.
I purchased this device to replace a similar one that also offered the same resolution.
The previous one i returned , as i wasn’t happy with the image quality compared to what was promised.
Its obvious that this one is indeed a true 1080p as described.The picture quality was twice as good or more.
The images are bright,thanks to multiple leds that give a crisp white light.
Battery wise i have been using it for a few weeks now and the battery is still not needing charging.
This is done via the supplied USB-C, so this will be quick and most people will have spare leads as well.
The app is easy to install and navigate,with multiple options to store and review images&video.
Once connection is made it really is simple to use.
The supplied tools are excellent although i haven’t used them all,they are well made and have a good feel of quality about them.
Overall i am very happy with this product and the attachments supplied.
The image quality really is something to marvel over.

I wasn’t too sure what to expect when I ordered this. I was quite skeptical but thought it was worth trying, as I’ve suffered with my ears for many many years. Doctors saying to use drops which doesn’t work if you’ve impacted the wax by using cotton buds…I know, I know, you should never do that. Well…now I won’t ever feel the need to anymore, as my ears are wax free and clear. I can also hear again properly. I love watching the wax whisperer on YouTube…so for those that also do, enjoy the video haha. I would recommend that you get help from a trusted family member or friend to help. You hold the phone while your helper uses the device. Go very very slow and gentle to make sure you don’t damage your ear drum.

Great quality camera
I was very suprised by the quality of the camera, considering how small it is.
The device works really well for removing ear wax.
Not sure why there’s spare tips shipped with it as the pre-installed tip doesn’t unscrew like the instructions advise.
Perhaps for a different model.

My ears have never felt so clean and everything seems loud! This tool really has changed the way of cleaning my ears, I always used to be nervous of how far I was pushing in the tools but with this, it’s a great way of making sure my ears are perfectly clean. Great value for money and easy to use, would recommend!!
Excellent Wax Removal Tool and accessories
The whole set is superb and excellent value.
The tool connects via wifi to your phone and the app is easy to download and use and turn off when required
End of the tool allows easy access to ear with good angle to see and then remove and dislodge any excess ear wax within the ear channel.
Used this product multiple times and good charge so doesnt need charging very often
Only used some of other tools that came with the kit but all easy to use
Would reccommend this product to anyone that is looking to clear some ear wax themselves if they are having issues
I was having issues myself and this allowed easy removal of wax and ears felt alot better straight away

Effective, quick and easy to do
I got this because as a hearing aid user I often get a lot of issues with my ears, I’ve had a few like this in the past but have struggled for a few reasons to get along with them, however this endoscope has fixed any issue I had previously.
Firstly it’s all neatly packaged inside a box, meaning I won’t be losing any of the interchangeable attachments, or the USB C Fast charge cable provided with the unit. The fact the stick section of the endoscope is longer than many others I’ve seen and used means I don’t feel like I’m trying to put the whole machine inside my ear only for it to still not get where I need it.
The light and camera are very high quality, allowing me to not only clearly see the areas that need cleaning most, but also with the image not being inverted like with many others, it’s a lot easier to control inside my ear without causing discomfort or pain.
The app is clean, easy to install and understand and even shows a battery percentage for the endoscope itself, so you know if it’s going to need charging once you’re done.
Over all the build quality and value for money is way higher than I’ve seen in other things similar, and if I ever need another I’ll be getting it from here.
It works
The camera connected to my phone reasonably easy. I bought it to check for wax in my ears so I won’t be using the tools that came with it. The camera is a little fuzzy but the image can be seen. I found it quite difficult to get the right orientation. Going slow helps. To remove the wax I will be using an irrigation machine. Buying both is less than Specsavers charge.
I doubt very much that any medically trained person will recommend using this device. Mostly due to the high risk of injury. I loved it though.
There are very limited instructions relating to actual wax removal and ear cleaning. A few lines about the tips and going slowly, but the vast majority of the small manual is related to the app and technical info so please be very careful.
There should be a huge disclaimer not to use without a silicon tip in place. Especially when you see some review images of people using it with just the bare metal tip. I also think the additional tool kit should not be used at all for anything relating to your ears. It looks more like a miniature torture kit.
In saying all that, it worked really well for me. Many years of my right ear feeling “full” and occasionally being blocked during summer months have now been resolved. I had tried the olive oil and bulb syringe technique several times last year with no luck. It even seemed to make things worse. One lengthy session with this cleaner and the problem is solved.
My right ear was slightly more sensitive during the clear out and the wax was a little softer even though it’s been a year since the olive oil, but it still worked. A large plug of wax sitting on the lower part of my right ear drum which I was able to clear. I also cleared the walls of the ear canal from a layer of dark wax. My left ear drum was pretty clear so it was just a layer of harder wax surrounding the ear canal that I cleared.
The Android Suear app doesn’t require any permissions, unless you want to make recordings. I haven’t tested the iOS version. I installed it on an old phone just in case. If you’re worried, uninstall straight after use, but they have a “No data collected” policy and over 100k downloads over the past few years on the Play Store. I had a technical concern related to the unsecured Wi-Fi, but fortunately, it only allows for one connection at a time. If the picture quality drops, use the provided brush to clear the lens then a cotton bud if necessary.
I’m not even partially trained so this is not medical advice, just a suggestion: clean very slowly with no sudden movements and if it’s painful, or even uncomfortable, please stop. Hold your nose and blow while on cam to view the drum and avoid contact with it as much as possible. Make sure the top is screwed down securely and a silicon tip is fully fitted before use.
4 stars due to lacking instructions and warnings, but it did everything I needed it to.
The camera is very clear and easy to clean ears although care is needed. Downside is that the silicone endings can slide off so make sure they are firmly on and on one occasion the end unscrewed itself. Thankfully it didn’t happen when the attachment was actually in my ear. Good piece of equipment but use carefully and wisely
I have multiple perforations and so I bought this to monitor if I get any more. It’s been really helpful. The pictures are clear and have been used to send to drs for my partner to get treatment for infections.
You can also use to look closely at your pores and one of the attachments can be used to apply pressure to clear pores.
This camera can also be used for micro filming!
It charges fast and works well. I’d advise practicing moving it and looking at the phone as it’s like working in a mirror, takes practice! You want to work out how to use it before putting it anywhere delicate!!
Clearly, the official medical advice is that you shouldn’t be sticking anything in your ears.
That being said, before buying this otoscope the alternative was to blindly dig about my ears with cotton buds, more often than not just compacting the problem as opposed to actually solving it!
With that in mind, this scope is great. Clear camera image, with a fixed short focus that gives you a clear view whilst in use. Easy to connect to your phone (download the app, connect via WiFi). The assorted heads are made of thin silicone which slides over the top of the metal “spoon” section at front of scope- this metal spoon can be unscrewed though for use of the scope without a tool attachment fitted.
Battery life is good, and charges via usb quite quickly.
All in all, great value for money and has saved me an expensive trip to the audiologist already
Second use - broken but now sorted
I was so impressed when I bought and used. Just used it for the second time and it’s broken. The extraction tool has come off and I can no longer attach any new ones.
UPDATE- was offered a full refund but declined as I found the part, screwed back on and it’s back to working again. Great customer service and I know I could easily be back in touch if anything is to happen in the future.
Brilliant quality images
I was a bit concerned before buying this type of product, as putting anything in your ears can be dangerous.
But once you start with it you realise how easy it is to use.
Very thin with a tiny head with led lights. Amazing how well it lights up.
Picture quality is excellent on my phone, which it pairs with easily.
The silicone ends are strong and didn’t come loose or break.
I did think I was getting loads of wax out as it looks like that on screen, but in reality I was getting a tiny bit! Multiple goes needed lol.
Battery didn’t last as long as I thought it might, but maybe it came partially charged not full. Fairly quick to recharge.
All in all a great piece of kit.
I haven’t used the metal extras as I’m not even sure what they are for, but I didn’t need them anyway.
How amazing is it to have tech like this available at home so cheap now! I’ve been a bit worried about ear wax for a while and to be honest I do use cotton buds and get a lot of wax out every month. I’ve been repeatedly told cotton buds are bad but also didn’t have a better option other than letting the wax build up. I’ve found this camera really easy to use. The picture is clear enough to see all my gross wax, it does take a bit of getting used to how to use it but once you figure out it’s very efficient at removing minor wax deposits. I could even see my ear drum in one ear which was pretty cool to actually see. It’s worth checking youtube first to see what a normal ear looks like so you have comparison – there are some ear specialist doctors making videos on there using this style of camera. The main camera is really outstanding quality for the price and way way way way better than getting wax out with cotton buds.
