I’ll admit to having never descaled a kettle before, but to my eyes this worked pretty well. Got rid of the worst of it but would probably go for a second cycle if I wanted it sparkling.

Got a new kettle and a week later the limescale had built up quite a bit due to us having “hard water” Used a homemade one but it did nothing. Used all three sachets tonight and it’s like a brand new kettle. Brilliant! Will be buying this often to keep on top of it. Filled the kettle up and boiled it, poured all three sachets in as our kettle was quite bad and it started bubbling and fizzing up. Left for around 30-40 minutes and it all had disappeared. Just rinsed it afterwards and voila!

I have used a few different brands for descaling my kettle and this is by far the best product out there! Living in London with very hard water, the kettle had built up a lot of linescale. As per the instructions I used all 3 packets and left for 30 mins.
After rinsing, there was no limescale remaining!
Definitely buying again.
Descale
Disappointed. I had a lot of limescale build up on bottom of my kettle. This product arrived today. I used 3 sachets at once instead of one, as recommended on the box. Only a very small amount of deposit removed.
Update: this is brilliant now. Had very thick layer of limescale. First time I half filled my 1.7l kettle as instructed and put three sachets in. Was hardly any difference. Based on reviews, I decided to try it again and bought 3 more sachets. I put much less water in my kettle and poured them all in. Checked half an hour later, and absolutely all the limescale is gone! Looks brand new
Will use regularly now.

I have never descaled a kettle previously but my 2yr old Smeg kettle started to show signs of scale and had a feint taste to the water..
I followed the instructions and used the three sachets and the kettle is back to new condition..

Sorted the iro
Used this on our iron as we live in an area terrible for limescale. Once we had followed the process the iron is working perfectly. Did need a slight clean out once the product had worked but once we did this it’s been perfect.

Been trying to clean my kettle with white vinegar, lemon juice and even tried bicarbonate of soda and nothing would get rid of the lime scale so thought I’d try this and it’s amazing forgot to take a before picture but the kettle is like new after using it and it gets used a lot for baby bottles, going to stick up
Perfect to clean limescale inside kettle
It did it work too good inside kettle. It made kettle looking brand new from inside. No limesale residue left post treatment.
It’s convenient to use. If limescale is more then heat water inside and keep it for more than 1 hr and lime scale will be completely gone.
Didn’t actually clean the water tank of the iro
I bought this product just to clean the water tank of the iron but it didn’t clean the green stuff from it I left the water in the iron by mistake and went on a holiday so when I came back it’s got green algae in it so tried to clean it with this stuff but it’s still not clean so I am disappointed I don’t want to throw the iron it’s works perfectly alright. But I used this to clean the shower chrome hanging basket had a rust on it and it’s cleaned it so well I am just surprised so it is useful on some things.
This is the first time I have used this particular limescale remover for kettles and irons.
I went through a lot before I plumped on this particular make.
I have a Ninja Kettle and have had it maybe a couple of months. It was expensive so need to look after it.
So I have on my images shown before images, during, as in adding the contents in the pack, and of course the after effects.
I am a VINE reviewer, this I bought, so my review will be the upmost truth as always.

Instructions are very easy to follow, directions are on each individual packet.
The image with number one is prior, and number two after ONE SACHET.
I started with one sachet, just to see if one will work. As I mentioned I have had this kettle several weeks now and not cleaned it in this way.
So the instructions state to fill the kettle up first, but not to the top, I filled just over 3/4 full
Once boiled added a sachet, states do this slowly. Once done close the lid, and leave for 30 minutes.
I put the timer on to ping when 30 minutes was up. On opening the lid I felt a little longer was required.
Instructions state re boil the kettle if any lime scale is left, so I did and left around five minutes.
After five minutes I opened the lid and voila’, all perfect, and after one sachet, brilliant.
I have a white board so on it I write kitchen appliances that require cleaning, I have added the kettle. It’s so I can remember when I last cleaned the kettle, cooker, washing machine out etc.
I will continue monthly with this Ecozone .. I do live in a very hard water area as well.
Usually when I clean my kettle I do not have any issues with any I buy, they all work. I purchased Ecozone for one reason, the price was cheap. I have this product on subscribe and save currently at review for 2.93 instead of 3.45.. maybe this maybe cheaper elsewhere, however I like my monthly’s altogether..
In regards performance, yes works 100%, so I am grateful to have my Ninja appliance sparkling again.
