Super Comfortable and Premium Feeling - As Good As the META Brand
When buying from third party manufacturers, I always want to find ones that are as close as possible to the first-party versions.
I play a lot of fitness / sports games on my Meta Quest 3, so I wanted something that would hold up to a lot of sweat, oil, and movement without becoming unsecured from the headset.
I’m super happy with this set overall. It was a perfect fit right off the bat. It was very easy to install and gripped the headset well. I’ve played hours of virtual table tennis with it, and despite quite a bit of sweat and jumping around, this face cover has performed as well or better than the first-party version I had on my Meta Quest 2.
For the price, it’s hard to beat!

Putting this on the Quest 3 was surprisingly more fiddly than I expected, but it does sit reasonably tight once properly aligned. They’re somewhat similar to those official Quest 2 replacement silicone covers that Oculus/Meta had to send out to people last generation. Just put them over your existing fabric.
This one also includes a lens cover (basically just a piece of fabric that sits on the lenses when not in use) and two thumbstick grips, which I didn’t need to use personally.
Overall, it’s an acceptable solution for making cleanup of sweat and grease easier after your Beat Saber workouts.

Not perfect, but good to have
The rubber face pad cover is easy to install/uninstall, feels kind of cool (nice), easily cleanable, and does a great job keeping the light out – but not a perfect one 🙂 I still see small areas (marked in red in pic) where light does come in (I tried on/off several times to make sure it wasn’t me not installing it right) – I think with a little bit of a design adjustment that issue could be fixed.
The dust cover for the lenses fits nicely, and is a very welcome part (something that should have come with the device to begin with).
The two small control button covers fit perfectly, but I’m not sure if they improve the grip much..?
In any case, I think these are nicely produced items that I think most Q3 owners probably want to have.

The Meta Quest 3 Virtual Reality Headset is a terrific product, but as it comes many consider it’s let done by some of the peripherals such as the head strap, face cover, and controllers. This is where the aftermarket comes in, providing niche products to modify or enhance functionality of the headset.
Thus, this IFOYO set of replacement Quest 3 face cover, controller thumb stick covers, and lens cover aims at enhancing the user’s Quest 3 experience in three key areas. They come together in a plastic pouch, which in this case tore on opening, so not reusable — a minor point.
The Quest 3 stock face pad is to many users are not particularly comfortable, and the material appears absorbent and will likely become embedded with sweat etc. over time. Unlike many rival products this face pad has an integral nose piece, this helps the general fit and the nose piece is unable to simply drop off. The Silicone made face pad felt good in use, and provided a commendable secure fit. One of the best upgrades to the face cover, without having to replace the whole face assembly.
The lens cover is useful to protect the eyepieces when not in use. Fitted fine, albeit not perfectly. The stock controllers thumb controllers are topped with hard plastic, and the two thumb controllers certainly improved the tactile feel.
All in all, three useful upgrades in this Quest 3 set, that all fitted and functioned well. A firm 5 star recommend.
